"I heard Him say it twice as I was driving along the Feather River and just about to come upon the Oroville Dam. As I looked up I saw the Dam and I saw the water coming out in streams. Not physically but in the spirit although I was unaware of it at the time. I literally thought I was seeing the water pouring out of the side of the dam. I was awake and driving yet still in a vision state. I heard Him say "It is time for the things that have been held back to be released into My fullness."

PREPARING TO CAUSE A NEVER HEARD OF FLOW

==========================================

He said He was preparing to cause a flow that was not seen, nor heard of since the beginning of time. I began to weep and had to pull over as I sensed the Lord speaking of this very area. He said the things that have kept us from seeing the victory in this land have been by our own hand --built dams that have kept pride and unforgiveness and unmet needs and hurts from being released from us and that they have been dammed up inside of us causing stagnant water where there is no release of His flow.

"It is time," He said for us as a body to blow up and tear down the dams that we have made and release His living water that has been kept plugged up inside of us. He then showed me the water as it blew forth from what seemed a small hole shaped like a human heart and it was like a gusher and it's stream went up then out onto the land and where the water went, the people began to lift up hands in praise almost as if they had been in drought for years. This was the first water they received.

DANCING THE DANCE OF THE LORD

Rejoicing came upon the land as the people danced the dance of the Lord over the city. I cried as I shouted "Oh Lord let it be so! let it be so! and He said "Do not doubt or waver for it is and has been doubt and unbelief that has kept me from this place. I have come several times and I could not pass the dams of unbelief. Yet today I say I will come again and I am looking for those who believe.

I just continued to cry as He showed me in the Spirit that over this nation there have been dams erected in many cities and some have already burst with a renewed passion for His son but others are still holding back and even re-enforcing their dams and sin is abounding there.

I heard Him as He wept and said, " Denise I desire to see my cities and my creation in the free flow of the Love of my Son and I desire to dwell once again with my children as they prepare for the walk in the days ahead yet I can only come to those who will receive me.

I CANNOT PENETRATE THEIR WILL

=============================

Many that I have placed to watch over my children have re-enforced their dams and I can not penetrate their will and yet they are crying out for me not realizing that their personal will is keeping me from answering their cry.

I said, "Lord how can I help? What can I do?

And He said, "Those who I have called to pray - must pray and those who I have called to watch must watch and those I have called to lead must lead and those who I have called to love must love....Believe and tell them to believe that the flow of my presence will provoke those to jealousy who need me.

SUCH AN AWE, AND A FEELING OF LOVE

===================================

After a time I was free to go and I stayed in a state of Awe at the mighty Love of the Lord. I had encountered such a feeling of Love that He so wanted to saturate us with. Beloved I pray we will all ask Him to show us the dams we have built in our hearts and lands and that we will do everything to release His flow back once again in our country, cities, and nation.....

Steve (AT THE ELIJAH LIST),

We often share our testimony publicly and have shared on Christian television in Virginia (which went into five prisons here and in Jamaica) and in prisons & jails whenever possible.

The crime that placed us on America's Most Wanted was robbery and drug related and the reward that was offered for us (because we went on the run) is what caught the attention of "America's Most Wanted."

Our crime placed us in a book called "Ridiculous Crimes and the People Who Commit Them."

We share whenever possible because we know there are many like us who are just needing to meet Jesus. You may share whatever you desire. Our lives are transparent because all we desire is to show how Jesus can take such throwaways and make them useful gifts.

You can find parts of our testimony on Aglow International Prison & Jail ministry web site and in a news magazine published by Core Ministry Called "Christian Inmate News" this month.

Our life is to see Jesus lifted up and all men & women free in Him. I am just silly enough to believe that Jesus Christ can transform a whole city where there is no need of a jail because the people love Jesus too much.

That is our prayer for our area.

We have a 600-man facility and we are touching as many as possible. All it takes is one and you get the whole family. It did mine and He is no respecter of persons.
