The Song of Heaven Over Ireland: A New Wave of Public Worship is Rising Up from the Earth
Word for Ireland, Received Saturday, July 3, 2010:
Whilst in prayer for a trip to Ennis, Southern Ireland, the Holy Spirit began to speak sweet and powerful words about this blessed land:
The Song of Heaven Over Ireland
"Ireland has a song; the song is buried deep in the heart of Ireland; the heart of Ireland is buried deep in the people; and the people are buried deep in pain. But the Father has a song that He is singing over Ireland. And the Bridegroom has a song that He is singing over Ireland. And the Holy Spirit has a wind that He is breathing over Ireland.
"It is a holy wind;
It's a healing wind;
It's a wind of harmony;
It's a wind of unity,
It's a wind of peace."
The Drum, the Dance and the Father's Heartbeat
Into this heavenly declaration unfolding in my spiritual hearing, God poured out imagery and further sounds. I heard the beat of an unstoppable drum as a crescendo that was being poured out from Heaven and released to earth. With an almost involuntary response, I was almost unable to prevent myself from responding, and my gladly feet began to tap to the tune of the Father's heartbeat over Ireland.
With this, a powerful scene unfolded before my eyes – an army of traditional Irish dancers, anointed for spiritual warfare, who danced to the tune of a sound that originated in Heaven. Their feet were anointed to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ. My physical being felt waves of anointing flowing from the throne of God as I witnessed this wonderful prophetic scene and prayed for revival in Ireland.
The Holy Spirit began to speak again, and my ears filled up with harmonies ancient and new, with the sounds of the drums, the pipes and the timbrels:
"There is an ancient song: ancient melodies with the new wine that is being poured out for Ireland. There is a drum and an army of drummers who will march to the standard of the King of Heaven. There are pipers to whom the Holy Spirit will give breath and stamina for worship rallies and parades upon the streets of Ireland.
"A new wave of public worship is rising up from the earth of Ireland, a wave of worship that has no secular connotations, but reverberates with the holy passion of our Heavenly Father. A passion for souls, a passion for righteousness, a passion for discipleship. Ireland, arise from the ashes of a crushed generation and sing a new song to the nations, sing a new a song and dance a new dance for the glory of your Father."
The parade of worshippers continued to be added to as melody was laid upon melody and harmony upon harmony, creating a breakthrough sound in Heaven and on earth. To the dancers came those with timbrels adorned with ribbons, and they whirled around in adoration to the King.
African Co-Labourers Arise in Ireland
To the parade of worshippers there now came African brothers and sisters. I saw many Africans praying, and they joined the Irish song and dance lead worshippers in a divinely created alliance, and I heard the Holy Spirit say:
"This is an example of a cross-continental, collaborative strategy. I am calling forth an anointed army of warrior worshippers that know how to pray and know how to worship, but it will take the coming together of two continents in Ireland to produce the breakthrough anointing that I desire to pour out upon Ireland."
The final words of the Holy Spirit that I heard were, "There is a breakthrough anointing upon the dance and a breakthrough anointing upon the song."
