A CALL FROM HEAVEN TO JOIN TOGETHER IN FASTING AND PRAYER

There has gone out a call from heaven to join together in a series of 21-day fasts with focused prayer for our nation and the world. The most eminent fast begins September 1 at sundown, culminating at sundown on September 22, 2002, the day of The New England Call --a solemn assembly at City Hall Plaza in Boston. The New England Call commences at 6 am and ends at 6 PM on the final day of the fast. Estimates of between 50 and 100 thousand Christians comprising three generations are projected to attend.

A POWERFUL DREAM FROM THE LORD -- A "DESTINY DREAM"

After partnering with thousands of others to bring forth The Call DC on September 2, of 2000 -- a solemn assembly with an estimated 400,000 in attendance that literally changed the spiritual atmosphere in this country – I was visited in December of 2000 with a destiny dream that has set the course for future "Calls." In the dream, I was playing tennis with Cindy Jacobs, a well-known prayer leader in the nations. I knew she was mentoring me and four or five others. I knew that one of these individuals had broken through into great influence and the others were being prepared for breakthrough. The dream ended with Cindy embracing me, which triggered the deepest sobbing of my heart.

"NO ONE IS TARGETING FALSE IDEOLOGIES"

Wakened from this powerful dream, I went into my living room to pray about it. The inward voice of the Lord Jesus reverberated strongly within my Spirit: "No one is targeting false ideologies with massive fasting and prayer." A great spirit of faith and joy spontaneously welled up within me as I began to see The Call event of America's youth praying and fasting. I saw The Call New England, with thousands of youth prayerfully seeking God for another Great Awakening, closing the door to false ideologies, religious heresies, and intellectual pride, which have occupied the portal meant to bring rich blessing to this nation.

DIGGING THE WELLS OF REVIVAL AT HARVARD

The impression was clear. God wanted to dig the wells of revival at Harvard University and close the door to false ideologies that have come through Boston and New England. (God independently dropped the same directive into Kansas Senator Sam Brownback’s Heart who called confirming the word, "Lou, you need to dig the wells of revival in New England and close the doors to false ideologies that have found entrance through Boston.") God clearly wants to break the back of humanism in America and use the Call as part of His plan.

God showed me "The Call New York City" in the 40th anniversary year of Engel versus Vitale--the case where prayer was first removed from public school, where the false interpretation of the Establishment Clause in the constitution regarding what has come to be termed “separation of church and state� received a major writ of endorsement, where God received official divorce papers from a secularized, humanistic court.

I could see The "Call Nashville" -- a cry released for the "Sons and Daughters of Thunder," who would bring forth new music from heaven that would lead thousands to Christ --the spiritual counter to the Beatles music revolution that swept through the US beginning in 1964.

"I COULD SEE THE CALL HOLLYWOOD . . ."

I could see The Call Hollywood and a Nazirite army of youth crying out to God for a spiritual shift in kingdom influence over the arts and media culture in our nation.

I could see Dallas on the 40th anniversary of Kennedy's assassination and the 30th anniversary of Roe versus Wade. I could see massive fasting and prayer to release life, life, life -- dramatically affecting the death culture so prevalent in the land. "My God, You can reverse Roe vs. Wade, both in the hearts of men and women and in the courts of our nation." The dream captivated my vision.

"IT'S THE COURTS! . . . A CONTEST OVER THE COURTS!"

Cindy Jacobs has brought additional clarity to the dream explaining why the symbolism of tennis was used. She affirmed, "It's the Courts!!! It is a contest over the courts." I then understood fully the interpretation of the players in my dream. The one who had already broken through to great impact was The Call DC. The breakthrough manifested itself in the presidential election and the Supreme Court decisions affecting that election. The other four or five being prepared for breakthrough were regional Call events. The deep weeping in my heart was the finger of God, touching the core of my very vocation in Him -- to call the youth of America to fasting and prayer and shape history.

God has raised up intercessors for America; now let there arise a young prayer army. I urge pastors, youth leaders, and parents to ingrain this wonderful duty of prayer for our leaders into a heart habit for the next generation. The next generation must be trained from an early age to carry the future of America on their knees, praying for their governmental leaders and in so doing, establishing righteousness and the blessing of the Lord upon the land.

THE "CALL" TO FAST FOR "THE CALL NEW ENGLAND"

Young and old, give yourselves to 21-day seasons of fasting, targeting these ideologies in unified agreement prior to the upcoming regional Call gatherings. We must believe for historic change in America now! The fast for The Call New England begins at sundown September 1, 2001.
