I sure appreciate this word by the Chavdas; they know how to tell it like it is! We are in a "code blue" situation in our nation in many areas. BUT there is a solution to this medical emergency: Dr. Jesus. Let's pray, fast, and press through as the Chavdas share below.

Code Blue: Calling Dr. Jesus
How many of you watch medical shows? When there is an emergency and a patient needs to be resuscitated, the staff calls a "Code Blue." It's a serious life-and-death situation, and everyone knows how to respond.
Right now, our nation and the nations are in a Code Blue situation. Terror alerts in Europe are at their highest levels. Economies are shaking and on the brink of collapse. Our national debt has skyrocketed. Unemployment has stayed high. Morally and culturally we are a backslidden nation. We need to go to God. We need His supernatural answers.
The Bible gives us certain ways to get God's assistance during a "Code Blue" emergency:
Fasting and Prayer
In the book of Esther, the entire nation was in peril of being wiped out in mass genocide. The whole community was in "Code Blue." Esther called a fast. One of the ways to release God's provision is to fast. It releases His answer and intervention.
Press Through
In Mark 5 we see a woman who was in a Code Blue situation. For twelve years she had an issue of blood. She had suffered, she had spent her life savings on treatment, and had only grown worse. She was cut off from her community and she was desperate for a miracle:
When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, "If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well." Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, "Who touched My clothes?" But His disciples said to Him, "You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, ?Who touched Me?'" But the woman... came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth. And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction."
Sometimes God makes a visitation, but sometimes we have to press through for our deliverance. This woman did not stay home. She went to where Jesus was. She pressed through the crowd and opposition for one touch of His garment. You may have to press through your own doubts and fears. You may have to press through disappointment. You may have to press through waiting for the breakthrough, but keep pressing into God in prayer, thanksgiving and praise. If you feel you've prayed and have no more words to say, pray in the Holy Spirit.
If we can touch Him, we will be healed. It is not a time to get depressed. Go out and press through like the woman with the issue of blood. No matter what your issue or the nation's issues, God's word for us today is, "One touch is all you need." Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. One touch will restore marriage. One touch will heal finances. One touch can turn our nation.
Stretch Forth
2 Kings 6 records the story of Elisha and the school of the prophets when one of them lost an axe head in the river. It was a borrowed tool and irreplaceable by the man who had lost it. What did Elisha do? He threw a rod over the water and the iron axe head came to the surface. Sometimes when we face impossible situations, God wants us to activate the anointing He has placed in us with action. The anointing breaks the yoke. God is looking for those who will stretch forth their rod to release His supernatural answer.
Don't Worry
In Matthew 6:25-26 Jesus says, "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?"
The enemy will try to overwhelm you with fear and anxiety. The Lord is saying, "If I can take care of the birds, I can take care of you. Don't worry. The things that you can't handle, let go and put in My hands today." Exchange your worries and anxieties for His peace today. His yoke is easy. His burden is light. Enter into His rest.
How? Hebrews 4:11 says to "strive to enter His rest." Philippians 4:6 tells us to "be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Replace the anxiety, fear, depression with something else. Replace it with prayer. Replace it with praise. Replace it with thanksgiving!
Stay Connected
Jesus was perfect in every way. He was in full communion with His Father, and He was filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Yet He calls the disciples to follow Him. Why? The Lord had need of others. He had need for fellowship. Out of the context of community, He was able to minister to the people. On the night before His crucifixion, He took His closest disciples with Him to the Garden. He asked them to be with Him to watch and pray with Him as He wrestled through the most intense battle of His life.
It is not good for man to be alone. God created us for community. If Jesus needed others ? then we need others. One of the tactics that the enemy will try to use against us in a Code Blue situation is "isolation." Stay connected to faith-filled Believers. Be a contributing member in your local church. Join or start a watch even if it is just your family or a few people to tap into the power of corporate watching and praying.
Write it and Present it
King Hezekiah was faced with certain invasion and ruin at the hands of the greatest armies of his day. His enemy sent an emissary with a letter detailing the destruction that was to come to Jerusalem's gates to terrorize the people. Hezekiah took the letter to the Temple and spread it before the Lord: "O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, the One who dwells between the cherubim, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made Heaven and earth. Incline Your ear, O LORD, and hear; open Your eyes, O LORD, and see; and hear all the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God" (Isaiah 37:16-17).
When you don't have an answer, God does. Write down the situations that threaten you, your family, your job, your nation. Lay them down before the Lord and say, "I don't have an answer, but You do." Then give it to the Lord. He is the One who is enthroned between the cherubim. He created the heavens and the earth. He knows the number of hairs on your head and the plans He has for your life. Nothing is an emergency for Dr. Jesus! He can take your Code Blue and turn it around. Nothing is impossible for our God!
We thank all of you who have joined us for Reclaiming a Nation: Forty Days for Awakening. We are in a Code Blue situation, but God has given us His solution ? "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14).
Each one of you is part of His supernatural answer for America. Let us continue to press through for God's breakthrough for our nation, our economy and that our mid-term elections would bring leaders who would return to our Judeo-Christian foundations and that would be friends of Israel.
May God give us leaders such that it would be to His glory to give us the victory through them.
