I want to caution our readers when you read where Kim Clement says, "I will wipe out and drive out rebellion from your White House." Be ever so careful to keep praying for the President, as does Kim. Kim has stated so many times that he continues to pray for the President of the USA. We want to pray for each president we have.
We would all like prophecy to not look like a riddle, but it often is. That ONE STATEMENT can mean many things, prophetically, and it is normally after the fact that we come to understand the meaning of a prophetic word. My counsel to you is to just pray that any rebellion be removed from the White House. It can even mean a spirit is expelled from the White House and replaced by a Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Our job is to repent ourselves and pray for our leaders.
I just wanted to exhort you not to draw a hard and fast conclusion on what is meant by that prophecy. I continue to pray daily for President Barack Obama and his wife and family.

Spirit of Fire, Baptism of Fire, Return to Our Land Again!
The following word was prophesied by Kim Clement on June 11, 2010 from Orlando, Florida:
The Spirit of the Lord says, "They have forgotten what the baptism of the Holy Spirit is. They have forgotten what the holy fire is. They have forgotten that I am the God of their forefathers. They have forgotten that it was through prayer, and through prayer and fasting, that your forefathers brought the truth and the sacredness and the strength into this nation, and they would dare to expel those values and those truths," says the Lord. "I will come. I just need somebody to shout out for Me, and I will come," says the Lord, "and I will pour out of My Spirit upon you. Shout!"
I pray, Spirit of fire, baptism of fire, return to our land again and baptize our young men and our young women so they will prophesy and see visions and dream dreams! I release that now! I release that now! Lift Him up!
God says, "I speak from this house because I trust you," says the Lord of Hosts. "For they have turned Me down, and many states have said 'No,' for they are fearing man; they have feared man and they have said, 'We must be friendly, and we must bring them in, and we must push out the Holy Spirit and the baptism, and the Parakletos, and the signs and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.'" God says, "It is impossible for you to expel what has been planted by the Apostles. It is impossible for you to expel the fire that once came." God said, "I'm going to send a baptism like I did on the Day of Pentecost, and," God says, "because you made a choice, I make the choice to do it as well!"
"Do you realize," says the Spirit of the Lord, "that the baptism that I'm about to send to you is greater than the baptism that took place at the turn of the last century? They boast and speak about the Azusa revival." God said, "It was wonderful, but do you realize that this land is in the same place? It is dry, it is thirsty, but," God said, "there is a remnant of people that refuse to bend down to the spirit of Babylon, that refuse to bend down to compromise, that refuse to stop the Spirit of God from resting His feet on this land."
The Spirit of God said, "Yes, I have watched how rain has come, but it has been destructive. But," God said, "what is going to come now is a baptism like you have never seen, for your children and your children's children to capture what they gave to you, and what they prophesied was for your children. Rejoice! It's yours!"
Send us the fire, send us the rain, we're ready!

There is a Window Open in Heaven
Over America
The Spirit of God says, "There is rebellion. There is rebellion in this nation and it has become as witchcraft. Now," God says, "Watch as the baptism of the Spirit comes. I will wipe out and drive out rebellion from your White House, and I will shake it off this land," says the Lord!
God has opened a window in the Heavens, but it's not big, and I said to the Lord, "Why isn't it all over America?" And He said, "I cannot open where there is no great need." And I said, "Lord, America has incredible need." And He said, "Not the need I'm talking about."
When Jacob laid his head on that rock he had nothing. But America is lavished even in a recession, which is recovering so quickly as prophesied. There is a great need for direction, for destiny. What I saw was this window open. It's just a window that's open in Heaven, and the Lord said, "I just have to shine on one person." We know it's not just one, but one company. "And that word that I have must just go into the heart of one person and it will spread like wild fire."
Your decision makes descendants. Every decision you make, makes descendants, good or bad, blessing or curse. Your decision can be just like Lot's daughters when they impregnated themselves out of fear; they created nations which became multitudes.
And apparently, some decisions have been made in this nation and in many nations that have created bad and cursed descendants; and I'm not talking about your children naturally, I'm talking about spiritually. Apparently, the Church was too passive 20 years ago. But this has to change now, and the prophet brings you a word, and this is the word:
"The Place of Pain that We are In is About to Be Turned into a Place of Reign"
There is an opening in the Heaven, and I saw it; and the Spirit of God said it will come upon them like the 120 (see Acts 1 and 2), and it will breathe upon them—and these are companies all over the nation, and they will suddenly rise to the occasion. And they will be like warriors that will not be satisfied until they see the outburst of this incredible Spirit that apparently has been hurt, is sorrowful; the Holy Spirit has been grieved by the shunning of the most beautiful gifts that He gave to mankind—the gifts of the Holy Spirit—grieved because of abuse and misrepresentation.
He said to me, "I want to restore and restructure this." He said that it may not happen within the four walls of the Church, that it may begin to go out into the highways and byways, and that there would be baptisms of the Spirit in valleys, prisons, back street alleys. This is going to happen.
If I've ever felt the passion and strength of a prophetic word like this; I've never felt it like this: It's today. There is an opening and we must take advantage of it. And the place of pain that we are in is about to be turned into a place of reign. In the place where we said, "God could never be here," we'll say, "God was in this place and I never knew it."
We did this in Chicago—we said, "Send it up the ladder." Send your prayers up the ladder, because the pain of Jacob was being sent and it was ascending up the ladder, and the angels were taking it and presenting it to God; and once they sent it up the ladder—once the pain from Jacob's heart was sent up the ladder—taken by the angel of the Lord, what happened? God sent a word back down the ladder and He began to speak and tell Him the long-term vision.
Listen, this short-term challenge is just for a moment. Now you are going to look at the big thing. There are descendants that are going to come from you because of this one decision that you've made, thus saith the Lord!
"This Baptism Coming Shall Capture a Young Generation, and I Will Baptize the Islamic Youth with My Holy Spirit"
God wants to bless America, the sound of sirens must go. The sounds of war must go. The Middle Eastern infiltration shall not be as it is in the United Kingdom. God will not allow it. "What are you saying?" Yes, they will always be present. God said, "With this baptism coming and with the refreshing of the Holy Spirit, it shall capture a young generation. This is My strategy," says the Lord.
"And then I will take you to your proclamation for your nation. Do you know what I will do with the youth, the Islamic youth in this nation? I will baptize them with My Holy Spirit! Yes, we won't behead them. We won't kill them. We won't do the barbaric things they have done to their own," says the Lord. "I will baptize them with the Spirit, and they will shout, 'Yeshua, Yeshua, Yeshua, Yeshua!'"
