Some time ago, I was granted to have an interactive vision where I was shown a beautifully dressed bride. She was regal in her appearance. As I gazed at this picture, the Holy Spirit whispered to me to approach the bride. As I did this I could sense the presence of holiness and the fear of God all around her.

Then to my surprise, another word came to me. "What do you think she has on her feet? What type of shoes is she wearing?" I just had no answer that seemed to fit. So slowly and humbly I approached the "bride" in this vision. I cautiously lifted the hem of her garment and was shocked at what I saw! Yes, the bride wore army boots!

As I pondered on this, it seemed very fitting! In the book of Ephesians, we are called the "bride of Christ", but we are also called the Army of God. Yes, these boots are made for walking - and that's just what they will do! One of these days this warring bride is gonna walk and tread upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing will in any means harms us.

There is victory in the cross of Jesus. But we are called to enforce the victory of Calvary! Let's enter into the beauty realm of God as the Bride of Christ. But also remember that according to Romans 16:20, "May soon the God of peace crush Satan under your feet." Yes and amen. It's to put your boots on!

TARGET PRACTICE: Points for Prayer

o Take the entry verses in Exodus and Isaiah and pray them over your own life and family and call forth the warrior presence of God to battle in your behalf.

o Call forth God's Warrior Angels to be released in behalf of your congregation, church in the city, and nation. Release heaven's arsenal by sending heart felt invitations to the throne of God! Call forth reinforcements to come to your aid in your fight against evil.

o Call forth Michael and his warriors angels to come to the aid of Israel and battle for her destiny (see Daniel 7 - 9). This is very strategic at this critical time in the Middle East.

o Strengthen yourself by declaring that NO WEAPON formed against you shall prosper in Jesus Name! Sing, declare and recite what the blood of Jesus has done for you!

THE DESPERATE PRAYER OF THE HEART

Father, we cry out that you would deliver us from our false, passive postures towards taking authority against the enemy of our soul. Forgive us of our fears. Cleanse and forgive us in Jesus name. Holy Spirit, empower us with holy boldness to take our rightful position seated with Christ Jesus in the heavenly places far above all power, rule and demonic authority.

We choose to put on the full armor of God and to extinguish the fiery darts of the enemy by the Blood and Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We cancel Satan's schemes against our lives by the work of the cross and the resurrection of Jesus. We declare that God is for us, in us and mighty to save and deliver us! We proclaim, that Christ who is in us is victorious over all the power of the enemy. We put on our army boots and rise up to be all that God intends for us to be! Sanctify me as a warring bride and a worshipping warrior in Jesus Great name, AMEN!
