As I was praying for the Elijah List conference in Cardiff (July 26-28) I saw myself suddenly standing in a large field. The field was dug over and the earth looked rich and moist, as if there had been some rain.

I saw men digging in the field and they appeared to be digging up potatoes (staples)

"That's good," I thought. Then I saw eyes - two eyes, and the Lord came and He had eye drops. The drops seemed to be very clear water and He put it in both eyes.

I was in this field, and I saw Carl Brettle and some other people, like Steve Shultz and other people involved with the conference.

MANY DIFFERENT COLORED GEMS

The drops of water went into our eyes and then as we looked at the earth that was dug over, we saw in the soil many gems of different colors. The people digging the potatoes (natural provision) didn't see the gems and so we started picking them up. As we had a handful each, we took them to a nearby barn that had a tap outside.

Someone turned the tap on and this very clear water came rushing out of the spicket. We all held the gems we had picked up under the spicket and the water washed off some of the earth that was clinging to the gems.

"THE LORD BEGAN TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT THE CALL OF GOD ON WALES"

Then the Lord said "Arise and SHINE."

Then he began to speak to me about the call of God on Wales in the 1904 revival. I remembered the huge ship I saw 2 years ago. At that time I saw the ship (the call) of Wales being resurrected. This call was to take the gospel to the nations and was only partially realized in 1904 - but God always completes His calls and commissions.

The Holy Spirit showed me the gems represented His people with the gifts and callings He had deposited in them. They were already there in the earth (Wales) but they weren't seen UNTIL Jesus anointed the eyes. These are people who are there in Wales. . .. Presently not seen-- but they going to be taken and used to fulfill Wales' call.

I believe that one of God's purposes for Wales and for this conference is to help bring forth these precious stones, to pick them up, (It's really Jesus who is revealing them), shine and wash them with the water of the word, and help to set them in place to be used as the call of Wales is released to the nations, especially Europe and America.

MANY PEOPLE WITH POWERFUL PROPHETIC ANOINTING ARE IN WALES

There are many people in Wales who have a powerful prophetic anointing. God is going to bring confidence to these gems that will enable them to step out in faith and minister their deposit of Christ. Some of the most accurate prophetic words I have ever received have come from people in Wales. Not particularly people in full time "ministry." But those gems who are hidden in the earth right now- about to be dug up and washed off and used in a powerful way.
