God's prophets today often get a timely word just as the enemy is pulling out the stops on a particular strategy. In this case, Joni is seeing Satan using RED TAPE with STRINGS ATTACHED to tie up the body. This is simple yet profound. If you find yourself in a situation that seems to have no end of "red tape" and the enemy, (usually through people) is attaching all types of restrictions and sudden "strings attached" to what you are wanting to do," Stop and pray. Two points:

1) Ask the Lord if this is really HIM that you are about to go/get into 2) If it is, relax and let HIM untie and unwrap the red tape. The Lord responds to our faith, our trust, our rest, our expectancy at his goodness. The opposite is also true. I had a dream in the wee hours of the morning Sunday, 6/25/2001...

The enemy was trying to tie up a body with red duck tape and then put paperwork over it's face and mouth, and the papers had strings attached to it that were being wound around the head, face and mouth. I saw it happening, plus experienced it as if it was happening to me. I was in a very deep sleep and woke up only because I was screaming in my sleep and the dog where I'm staying heard it and barked until he woke me up. - In the dream, I felt smothered, shut up, and tied down.

I felt that the Lord was saying that the enemy is trying to tie up the Body of Christ with red tape and paperwork with strings attached.

I felt the direction to combat it was to "pause and pray" and got Psalms 35 - the Lord will fight the battle and send His angels to pursue and defeat the enemy.

When I awoke from the dream, I was too scared to move for a while - it was so real! But I felt that the Lord told me it was 3:41 a.m. - and I recall Bob Jones using an interpretation on that before and felt it applied - that when we see that it means this: 3 = "Father, Son & Holy Spirit" are 4 = "for" 1 = "you"

I'm also reminded of Proverbs 10:22: "The blessing of the Lord makes one rich and adds no sorrow with it."
