"Training centers, retreat centers, fasting centers, prayer centers, and worship centers will arise. In the United States, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Florida I will be home for many such centers. I then saw the eyes of the Lord begin to focus in upon New England. God's eyes focused again and right in the apple of God's eye I saw the reflection of the city of Boston. I sensed the Spirit proclaiming, "Boston, your 'Cradle of Liberty' is going to rock again with the Glory of God! There's a second birth coming into your cradle...a birth that will rock America!" This birth will not come forth with the sound of a baby's cry. It will come out with a shout of Resurrection Power raising New England from the dead!
