Feel free to forward this word to friends that live in California. A Word such as this can be "tested" over time by watching what occurs in California. However, it should also spur you on to pray for what God is desiring to do in California. Just as man is losing control over power, even so, God's Own power and river are increasing -- as is His Government.

"Just as there are those powers that be whom are regulating the cost of natural power throughout the state of California," says the Lord, "so will I now set an increase in my government that will result in My Precious Power receiving more attention than it's ever known throughout California."

NEW RIVERS IN THE SOUTH

"This I will do especially in the south, where I will cause new rivers to be formed that will come at great price, but they will produce precious fuel in order to transport my cargo and produce my harvest" says the Lord.

"Yes, but I am calling to those in my body to pay a price, a great price will I exact in order to release the full production of my precious fuel," says the Lord. "No longer will I wink at those who have subverted my truth for unrighteous gain, and no longer will I allow those who've used my Voice to gather up for themselves to continue.

THE INCREASE OF THE LORD'S GOVERNING IN CALIFORNIA

Instead, I will begin releasing a righteous judgment into my house throughout California, and those who are of My Truth and who have My Heart will begin to feel the increase of my governing, and those who are anxious to see more for themselves will be thwarted as I cause a true release of My Fire to further burn away that which hinders the flow of my power."

"I have heard the intercessory cries of those throughout California, and now I will release true admonishment and raise New Leaders who will not go in the way of human trends, human methods or human means.

NEW MANTLES WILL SPRING TO THE FOREFRONT

For truly do I control you now California, and truly do I exercise my sovereignty over you by allowing those who've been where they belong but have been wrong to be forcefully removed and New Mantles and Powerbrokers and Entrepreneurs and Meeting Holders and Gift- Releasers will spring to the forefront."

"Just know that I am doing this at great price, and it will be a true time of encouragement for my people if they will but look to me for all that is to be secured. Look to me, O church, and know that I am sustaining, rearranging, and re-girding you for that which I want you to do. And you shall surely see all of it, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken."
