On January 4, 2009, I woke up hearing a heavenly song: "The winds of change are blowing, and they're blowing hard." It was a beautiful song with many tones and instruments playing. As I heard this song, I saw myself in a small room; then a fierce wind blew in the room and ripped away the walls around me. In fact, as the walls were being ripped away by the wind, it looked as if the walls were actually melting - by the speed of the wind blowing. As I woke up I said out loud, "The winds of change are blowing, and they're blowing hard!"
The next day, I received this newsletter from Barbie Breathitt in which she shares of the winds of Heaven bringing great change. It's a great word of how to embrace and prepare for the changes coming.
Last week when I had this encounter we had windstorms where I live in the Great Northwest, and wind gusts were up to 50 mph in some areas. Through this encounter, the Lord revealed that the winds of His change will happen at great speed. He will blow away anything around us which stands in the way of bringing His change to us. AND as the winds blow, Heaven is rejoicing in song: "The winds of change are blowing, and they're blowing hard!"

Prophesy to the Dry Bones!
God's mighty hand brings comfort, enabling us to cross through the wilderness valley of dry bones. Learning God's majestic ways gives us strength to climb over obstacles to reach the highest mountain peaks. In the valley God reveals destiny and purpose, because many are disjointed, dry, barren and dying in their confusion. We set our goals to reach the cloud-covered mountain tops.
Resurrection power is being released to enable us to speak to and encourage ourselves in the Lord. We are to bring forth new hope and speak life to those that are dead and despairing. As our ears are tuned to hear the Lord's voice, His words will create abundance. The Source of eternal life will connect us to others that will empower us to become all we are destined to be.
"The hand of the LORD was upon me, and He brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones...He asked me, 'Son of man, can these bones live?'
"I said, 'O Sovereign LORD, You alone know.'
"Then He said to me, 'Prophesy to these bones and say to them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!...I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.'
"So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them. Then He said to me, 'Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, "This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live."'
"So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet - a vast army." Ezekiel 37:1-10
The Winds of Heaven Bring Change
The winds of Heaven will facilitate great changes and unify those that are called to walk together - so the Lord's commanded blessing will be released.
Earnestly seek God's glorious face and He will answer the questions that have been on your heart. Spend time resting quietly in His presence to hear His voice. Be willing to relinquish and transcend the desires of your flesh to come into the unity with His Spirit. He will direct your steps, enabling you to make the necessary changes to bring you into a good place.
John 12:26 says, "If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor." When Jesus walked the earth He came clothed in humility and He poured out His life for those who love Him, but equally important He gave His life to save those that hated Him and were His enemies.
Refuse to be distracted by those who try to pull you off the center of love. God loves unconditionally and offers great grace to cover our multitude of sins. How can we offer any less to those around us?
Transition and change is never easy or comfortable; it stretches us to a new level and capacity. Maintain your focus on the only One who embodies truth and light and continue to trust in His sure guidance and care. Total surrender to God's purposes in our lives insures a stability that the world cannot understand. As the four winds blow and the earth is shaken the only thing that will remain unshaken and true is God's unshakeable Kingdom.
Isaiah 54:10 says, "'Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet My unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor My covenant of peace be removed,' says the LORD, who has compassion on you." A heartfelt pursuit of God's love will release great insights, revelation and new strength to courageously move forward to accomplish His plans and divine purposes in life.
Psalm 27:14 says, "Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on the Lord!" In a time when hearts will grow faint from fear we are called to show the way by letting our lights shine in the darkness pointing to freedom.
What Was Lost Will Be Returned
We are emerging out of a wilderness cycle. The Spirit of the Lord is bringing restoration to those that have been slain, wounded, lost hope, and struggle with their faith.
We are entering a new season where all that was lost or stolen will be returned. Learn to prophesy as the Lord commands to overcome the situations and stormy surroundings. David was encouraged that he would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. We too can possess this promise as we forget those hurtful things that try to prevent us from reaching our potential or that draw our attention to the failures of the past.
God doesn't look at us in our sin, weakness and failures. He sees us through the cleansing Blood of Jesus. Faith looks forward expecting to receive the blessings and good things of life. We get what we expect. As we leave the dryness of the desert that tried to weary and drain our excitement for life, we will receive a fresh breath of the Spirit. By preparing for the next level of anointing, power, and favor the Lord will redirect our paths.
There is a fresh impartation of "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" coming to those who believe - that reach out and boldly declare it with confidence. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so! Crossing over from the wilderness wanderings of hopelessness and despairing lack, into the promised land of increase, abundance and joy comes as we agree with the Lord's plans for our lives.
We are on the very thresholds of moving into the glory realms through covenant relationship with Jesus. We can choose to come up higher in the realm of peace, prosperity and understanding of fresh revelation or remain content in the struggles we find ourselves battling.
Genesis 17:2 says, "I will make my covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly." Multiplication is always better than addition because the acceleration rate launches you into the fullness and overflow of the immediate. This is not a time to wait for tomorrow or some future date in the by and by - but the time is NOW!
Are You Willing to Embrace the Changes?
God gave us freedom of choice to exercise our will to bring change and create an environment around our lives that will enable us to prosper. Are you willing to embrace the changes that are necessary to go to the next level? Will you take a risk to break a cycle of defeat? If you continue on the same path eventually you will come full circle and repeat the same habitual mistakes over again. To enter into increase and fullness you must release your faith to see the unseen and possess the impossible.
The word change scares some but it also represents an exciting challenge to others who want to break out of the status quo of normality and become exceptional.
Pray and ask Holy Spirit to reveal the areas of change that need to take place in your life. Receive, and embrace them with thanksgiving. Ask for understanding and then release them from your life. Prophesy as you are commanded. Allow your bones to shake, rattle and come together. Take your position in this great army of harvesters that are being raised up to bring in this end-time harvest.
