Note from Steve Shultz, Moderator: This call for fasting/prayer on Saturday has come to me from three sources, including the author--Pastor J. CONRAD LAMPAN. His ministry is from Australia to the U.S. If we fast and pray on October 31, we will be coming against those fasting and praying with Satan to create an evil web over cities. My wife and I (Steve and Derene Shultz) on more than one occasion have had significant breakthroughs in our life during/as we fasted on October 31. Probably not a coincidence, wouldn't you agree?
Why not use the "miracle" of the Internet to email this to all your lists and all your friends. The enemy can choose to use the Internet for evil--but the church can use it as an emergency medium to call one-another to unified prayers against the enemy.

Dear Friends:
Many of you are joining prayer groups or prayer chains during Halloween. If you have not yet agreed with anyone to pray for our communities October 31st let us encourage you to do so. If you wish you can join us in our time of prayer during the next Saturday.
LET US THWART SATAN'S KNITTING
As we mentioned in our previous letter we are going to be praying on October 31st in order to destroy the Devil's plans. As most of you are probably aware Satan's servants are fasting and praying these days because October 31st, Halloween night is the time when they cast spells for the whole year to come. They also "knit a web" in air that cover cities and houses and if possible nations.
In order to "knit" that web of demonic powers over places and people they have to be free to do so. If we think that Halloween is just a tradition that will not harm anybody and there is no need for special prayer time we are just giving Satan and his aides freedom to act.
OPEN HOLES IN THIS WEB--DESTROYING LINES OF POWER
Whenever we pray and especially when we agree in prayer what we do is "open holes" in Satan's "web": that is we are destroying his "lines of power". Can we imagine what we can achieve if Christians from all over the country and the world come in agreement to pray specifically for our communities at the same time Satan's forces are trying to have those communities bound in their "webs"? In such a confrontation: guess who is the victor? The church has been given the power to pray and to bless. The Devil can do only what we let him do!
Join us in prayer. Our prayer groups and our church will be praying next Saturday [October 31' especially during the evening -because it is then when the forces of evil will be more active- until past midnight. Join us any moment you can.
Let's pray evil out of our communities in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ in the very moment evil is being knit together!
