BOB JONES ENCOURAGMENT --- SPECIFICALLY FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE ELIJAH LIST

I have been privileged to become a friend of Kathie Walters. She and her husband are founders of "Good News Fellowship Ministries" (Macon, GA). See the link below. I have sent several stories out to the ELIJAH LIST from Kathie, about her family, and Bob Jones, with Bob's permission to Kathie to publish them with us.

"BOB JONES WORD - 19TH DEC 1998 TO KATHIE WALTERS FOR STEVE SHULTZ LIST"

Bob said that from now until Feb 14th [1999] - God was going to "Light up our darkness" Psalm, 27 (Amplified) He is going to take us from fear to "dwelling in His presence".

He is inviting us to His Throne room. He will teach us His ways, He will correct the things we are doing personally and as a "church" that are not His ways Is 55 6,7.

Bob said that in 1985 he had a word from the Lord that a rocket would blow up, [referring to the Challenger accident in 1986] but that God's "Rocket" will go up in visitation and we would go in heavenly visitations to God's presence. Bob prophesied in 1985 that this [heavenly visitations] would happen when the gas price was at 65c. That-- at the time seemed highly unlikely as the gas prices were steadily rising and they have been between 87c-$1.00 for the last year.

Do you know that in Dothan, Alabama last week [week of Dec 13-19-1998] a gas station had gas for 65c a gallon!!! So folks it's time .. Well, I [Kathie Walters] bear witness to this because last week as I was sitting in a local revival meeting a heavy anointing fell on my shoulders like a cloak and the next minute I was lifted up into the heavens among the stars. It was breathtaking. I never knew that "space" was like such an eternity of never ending boundary-less space...it was so silent like a silence I have never experienced before. I was looking down and I saw the earth like a ball slowly rotating. Then it was as if I zeroed in on certain nations. When I asked Bob about it afterwards he said that it was just a sign "that God was getting us ready for some heavenly visitations."

Bob Jones also said that as the Challenger that exploded had a woman on board, so in this rocket of Gods'-- there are going to be some highly anointed women teachers. They will teach Gods' ways . Also God is bringing forth some great men teachers.

Bob also said to read Psalm 65,66,67,68 and 69 in the Amplified Bible. Especially Ps 66:13 As we come with "entire consecration" God will teach us His ways and we lay down our own ways we will able to embrace His.
