Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Greetings!!!

For many days now, feelings has been sweeping over me that are not pleasant as they were mostly negatives. I tried not to react but instead have been laying them down at God's feet each time they come. Try to picture these scenes in your mind as this explains what is happening to many of us lately.

THE ENEMY COMES WITH AN "EXPLODING PACKAGE."

The enemy comes to your house as a delivery messenger with a "exploding package" and since you have been forewarned about it, when the delivery man arrived, you are ready and you immediately returned that package back "unaccepted" to him. But the messenger is persistent, and he delivered it again and again and you found yourself running back to him each time to returned it. If this happened once, we will have the strength to do that, but if this happened like around the clock without stopping, we will find ourselves "out of breath" after sometimes.

WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING THIS, LORD?

But then, when I tried to asked the Lord...."why are you allowing him to do that to me ". These were the words that come back to me...."NOT BY MIGHT, NOT BY POWER BUT BY MY SPIRIT." saith the Lord. And when I tried to meditate about the application of this message, this is what I got.

As always, I pray that each reader will test and discern them and allow the Holy Spirit to confirm it to you.

THE INTERPRETATION:

Many of us this season are going through spiritual attack, and most of these involved issues from the past which we thought we already have victory over. This can comes in various ways. It can be struggle of the minds and hearts that covers lust, anger, fear, anxiety, guilt, and all other negative emotions and feelings which we use to struggle before and thoughts have already overcome and NOW THEY COME FLOODING BACK TO US.

Some of us are attacked physically and old sickness and symptoms are SEEMINGLY MANIFESTING in our bodies.

Some of us are attacked financially and the same old patterns SEEM TO BE REAPPEARING.

THE REASON THE LORD IS ALLOWING IT . . .

The reason the Lord is allowing it THIS SEASON is that because in MOST CASES in the past, many of us have tried to solve and resolve these issues by OUR OWN STRENGTH. And many of us have successfully overcome them in certain ways, but TODAY many of us found that we are attacked once more in the same way, however this season we are quick to acknowledge that we are tired of fighting against them and have no more strength left.

So today in the midst of these situations, we found ourselves NOT DOING MUCH BUT CRYING TO THE LORD MORE. When pondering about it, this vision came before me.

THE SNAKE ABOUT TO SHED IT'S OLD SKIN

I saw a snake that is about to shed off it's old skin. For a season, it was still, then after a while it wriggles and moved forward and intentionally pass through rough places like in between dried branches so that these rough objects will sort of trap the old skin and the snake just slides away moving swiftly with it's new coat of skin leaving behind the old skin.

WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW IS NOT AN ACCIDENT

Then these words were impressed in my heart:

"My people, what is happening now is not an accident. It is part of the final preparation. For this season I am perfecting what many of you have started. In the past, many of you have tried to overcome BY YOUR OWN STRENGTH. But this will not last, for THIS BATTLE IS MINE AND BY MY SPIRIT YOU WILL HAVE TOTAL LIBERTY.

"Do not fight against the feelings that seem to overwhelm you, to some of you I am calling you to remain still for I will move on your behalf. Continue to rest in me as many of you are doing now. To others I may allow you to move in rough grounds and you have to be active even though it is difficult, but know also that IT IS ALSO MY STRIPPING AWAY OF ALL THAT IS NOT MINE and when you come out of it, you will be made new in all way.

I WILL NOT ABANDONED YOU

"I am breaking forth all unplowed ground to make way for the great outpouring that is coming forth. Do not fear for I have not abandoned you. Do not be deceived for the past has no hold over you. You have been washed by the blood of the Lamb, you have been purchased at a great price, you have been redeemed.

"To Me, you are perfect and beautiful, clothed in My Son's righteousness. And this righteousness will soon shine forth in your lives for you have acknowledged Me and have trusted in Me.

"Arise shine for your light has come and the glory of the Lord is resting upon you and it is about to break forth.

HERE IS A PERFECT TIMING

"This shining forth will not be delayed for my perfect timing has been set. It will not be long for I have purposed it. It will come for I have declared it."

HE HAS TORN US TO PIECES BUT HE WILL HEAL US!

Hosea 6: 1-3 says:

"Come, let us return to the Lord. He has torn us to pieces but He will heal us; He has injured us but He will bind up our wounds. After two days He will revive us; on the third day He will restore us, that we may live in His presence.

"Let us acknowledge the Lord; let us press on to acknowledge Him. As surely as the sun rises, He will appear; He will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth."

May the Lord bless cover us all with His unfailing love and mercy.
