Brother Steve,
This is just a word of personal confirmation of the above-named message;
I think it is curious that the LORD has been leading me to shout out a particular word in intercession--just shout it out! I have been led to use that commanding word a lot lately. I had absolutely no idea what it meant!!
An intercessor friend from Jerusalem was here in the USA on furlough about a month ago. I was requested to take her to the airport, which I did. We got to spend a number of hours together in intercession, worship and sharing. She heard me speak that "word" in tongues, commanding in intercession. She quickly informed me that she had recognized some of the words I had been saying as Hebrew (I have never studied Hebrew--not yet anyway). She told me "that commanding word" I had been repeating literally meant "mercy" in Hebrew!
(I very much appreciated your expounding with the scriptural basis for the use of such a word, commanded in prayer and intercession!! Thanks!)
