Clement: "WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR IS NOW ABOUT TO BREAK THROUGH THE
HEAVENS"
November 2, 2006--Phoenix, Arizona
 Our
Waters Have Been Purified
"I will begin with this city. I will take the salt of forgiveness, the salt of
unity, and the salt of grace, and I will take it to the source of the water supply
of the cities of Arizona. And I will pour it into it, and the waters that were
meant for revival, and the waters that were meant for breakthrough, and the waters
that were meant for restoration that became impure because of religion, are going
to be purified in these cities."
"I will begin with this city and when I do," says
the Lord, "the soil shall no longer be barren, and a revival and a restoration and
a breakthrough of salvation and deliverance shall take place, and multiply and
multiply in your schools and universities. It shall go into your legal system; it
shall go into your political system," and God said,
"they will look at Arizona and
say, 'What has happened?'" God says, "You shall say,
'Our waters have been purified'"
says the Lord.
Nothing Will Be Lost
"I have watched over you Arizona, and I remember the days of your covenant. I
remember the prayers. I never changed My mind about the promises I gave; how the
enemy came to the vine. I will arise, I will arise," says the Lord,
"and nothing
will be lost. Nothing will be lost. I will restore everything to you. I will
multiply. I will restore double, triple more than you ever had before," says the
Lord of Hosts.
"I have cried with you and watched man fall to the ground, and I
have prayed with you and never, never forgotten the unity of friends and loved
ones as they stood the test of time. I promise you, I will restore. I will
restore what the enemy took from you. I will restore, and I will multiply. You
will dance again."
"This is the promise--I will take your children and give them
more than you will. Satan beware! I will take your children, and I will take
their hearts and fill them with Me. I will restore, and I will multiply. There is
a place beyond the veil; no one's ever been there, and I am calling you there."
I Am The Lord, and I Will Bring It to Pass
"The joyful thing
about it is this--because it didn't transpire in the time it was supposed to, now
there shall be a greater portion which shall be granted to you"
I felt the Spirit of the Lord telling me something very unusual and very
sovereign is about to break in the regions, in the canyons, in the desert areas.
What you have been waiting for is now about to break through the Heavens.
Some of the promises that died and were
buried as the bones of Elijah, a warrior, that had died, fell on the bones, and
came back to life. The bones speak of the
prophetic words that were promised, but were buried and they said, "It is finished."
That will never happen again.
God said, "Somebody died;
somebody gave their life
up, fell on the bones of the prophetic word, and came to life." Now God says,
"Every
word that was promised in the early 90's, in the late 80's, in the 60's that did
not come to pass, I am the Lord, and I will bring it to pass."
"The joyful thing

household, and to your children, and to the people of this region," says the Spirit
of the Living God.
God says, "All death and all barrenness is going to end tonight, completely." The
Spirit of God says, "Hear what the prophetic voice is speaking to you. I speak of
this night, it shall not be forgotten. For even as men stand together as
apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists, pastors, shepherds, as they stand in
one accord, even tonight this unity that is being brought forth is pleasing to
me," says the Lord.
"I am removing the power of barrenness. I am removing the power
of death. I will take the generation that is dead unto God and dead unto the
Spirit, and they will fall on the bones of the prophetic words that have come and
been brought into this city. And I will raise them up, and they shall become the
voice of the new generation," says the Spirit of the Living God.
The Winds Shall Be A Sign
There is a velocity and speed of wind that's going to come. God says,
"In Arizona,
you will feel a wind that will blow for days, and this wind shall be a sign that
My Spirit is breathing upon this soil of this region again," says the Lord of
Hosts. The Spirit of God says, "Let the wind blow indeed, for surely, this will be
a sign. I am speaking of the elements where it will be days, and they will say,
'When
will this stop?'"
God says, "The winds shall be a sign. May I send you a sign?"
says the Lord. The Spirit of God says, "I will not send you one, I will send you
two, for you have asked of Me, and you want a double portion. Some would say, 'But
is it not a wicked thing to send signs?'" God says,
"I am not looking for those that
are searching or seeking for a sign; it is My prerogative to send a sign if I
wish. There shall be one, then there shall be another," says the Lord,
"two signs; one shall be the wind that shall go for days, and this shall be a sign of the
wind that shall come upon the houses and the people who have called upon My name
and said, 'Lord we are dissatisfied.'"
God says, "Your dissatisfaction shall be turned
into satisfaction." God says, "Your mourning shall be turned into joy and dancing."
The Spirit of God says, "I will pay off properties in a nine-month period. I will
pay them off Myself, so that you will be debt-free, for this is the hour to be
debt free," says the Lord.
God says, "Let me allow you to understand that when the wind comes in the natural,
it shall be a sign that the wind shall come in the Spirit. The only time the
wind shall come is where there is unity. You are going to see the manifestation
of miracles, creative miracles, signs, and wonders as a result of this wind that
shall come."
God says, "Things that will astound you even in the political realm in
this region," for God says, "I will fill this house with politicians that they may
hear the Word of the Lord and speak it out, so this country may be changed by My
power," says the Lord.
I Will Take that Same Canyon, and I Will Shake
It
"There shall be another sign in the canyon that you call Grand. Why, for there
you look at history and men say, 'There is no God,' and others say, 'There is a God.'
May I fill the canyon? Something very unusual shall happen. In the canyon that
they call Grand, and I call, My rocks shall fall as a trembling takes place.
Rocks shall fill a portion and they will say, 'What is this?' and they will say,
'It
is nothing.'" The Spirit of God says, "I will remind you that even in the soil of
Arizona, in the desert areas and in the canyons, there shall be a shift, and
demonic strongholds that have held tight shall be shaken to the core."
Is this the ravings of a mad man? NO! God says, "I've been jealous of this region.
I watched over it, and I've been jealous. Why? The congregations of the mighty,
the enemy focused to pull them down. Congregations of the mighty brought to
nothing. The laughter was horrific, how they laughed. They said, 'Now we have
divided men, and we have put the blame on this one and on that one.' I listened to
their words; I listened to their laughter of demonic strongholds, and it echoed
through My canyon."
The Spirit of God says,
"Therefore, I will take that same
canyon, and I will shake it. The same strongholds that came in to divide, Diablo--to breathe to divide, to speak to divide, I have rid this territory of these
leaches. I have rid this territory of those that would steal." God says,
"Now the
same laughter that came from these strongholds, six strongholds, will be turned
into torment, fear, and trembling. For I have returned with a vengeance to
Arizona."
"The congregation of the great shall become the congregations of The
Mighty."
