"From Passover To Pentecost--10 Days Of Developing An Expectation For The
Future"
 EXPECTATION
is a function of emotion!
If you will remember, we are in a process of moving from Passover to Pentecost.
Pentecost is a time of fullness.
Fullness means: "I fill you until you run over! I fill you
until My plan is fulfilled!" (John 1:16) The concept of fullness means that there is a place of
abundance for you to experience (John 10:10). Fullness occurs when something
fills up or comes to completion (Mark 2:21, 6:43, 8:20). Think of the
fragments of the fish and loaves that filled the baskets. That is a good example
of fullness. The Lord takes what you have, breaks it, blesses it, and you
have more than when you started. Fullness is happening in your life when the
measure of Christ's blessing is overflowing (Romans 15:29).
The Following Prophecy and Exhortation is from
The Glory of Zion Outreach on April 30, 2006:
The Spirit of God began to move in the worship
and Barbara Wentroble moved forward to prophesy:
"This is a time of discovery. For even as I AM bringing
discoveries in the earth, and I AM bringing discoveries in technology, and I AM
bringing discoveries in alternate fuel, and I AM bringing discoveries in the
medical field—THIS IS A DAY OF DISCOVERY FOR MY BODY! I will cause My Body to
discover who they are in Me.
It is Christ in you, the hope of glory, that will sustain you in the days ahead.
The mysteries that have been there throughout your life, I will now begin to
explain. For I AM the God who reveals mysteries, and I AM bringing forth the
discovery of the mysteries that I have stored up for you for this hour and this
season. Open up your understanding, and open up your eyes and SEE!
This is something that I have reserved for this generation. There were those,
even the prophets of old, that looked into the future and only saw a glimpse of
what I have reserved for this hour. This is a day of unveiling. This is a day of
discovery. This is a day when My people shall understand and experience that
which I have reserved. Do not get caught in what I did in the past, but
understand that was only a building block to bring you to this season, and to
bring you to this time. That which I have reserved, I have reserved for this
generation. This is a time of discovery, and you will discover even the purpose
for which you were created."
Then I began to encourage the people:
This is a time of discovery. Let the Spirit of God move on you. He created your
spirit within you. He formed your spirit, so it would awaken to Him, and you
could live in eternal life with Him, worshiping.
Then the Lord said:
"For there is a depth in you that I have not pressed into,
and now I AM beginning to bring forth the drill of My Spirit that can go deeper
into you, where you have not been touched before. You are entering into a time of
Me touching My people, so that they press through and touch Me.
My virtue has been stored up to be poured out upon you! You are fearfully and
wonderfully made, and now I will break through that barrier that has kept the
oil sealed within you, and new oil will flow. This is MY TIME of DISCOVERING the
riches in MY PEOPLE that have been stored for this hour."
Then LeAnn Squier sang:
You shaped me in my mother's womb,
Wrote upon my heart Your redemptive plan and put a hedge around my life.
You clothed me with a garment of favor, even in my mother's womb.
Now You will unfold Your redemptive plan,
For I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
I am written on Your heart and You already know all my days,
I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
You will NOW unfold Your redemptive plan.
John Dickson sang:
It doesn't matter if I stumble or fall,
Your favor has clothed me and not my shame.
I will stand up and receive my call.
To you, my strengths and weakness are the same.
You have closed the door to my past.
My full supply will now last,
New wells, new wine, and new oil are on my way,
Fountains of hope in the wilderness and water from a rock are here to stay.
I leave yesterday behind, and I step into my future that's in Your hand.
I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
You knew my name before my mother and father did,
You knew me before the foundation of the earth.
I leave yesterday behind, and I step into my future that's in Your hand.
I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Joe Knight finished by adding the following
exhortation:
"This is a time for God to reveal His original design for
our lives. Some have believed the lie of the enemy, and have gotten off course,
but God is bringing you back to your original design."
10 Days of Developing An Expectation for the
Future
May this be a time of visitation, where the presence and power of God invade your
space and order your steps! MAY YOU BE RESTORED AND HEALED--body, soul, and
spirit! Expect God to move!
Day 1: Read Psalms
139, Ephesians 2. May the Lord show you who you are in Him. You are
ORIGINAL--fearfully and wonderfully made! Thank Him for forming you in your
mother's womb. Spend the day PRAISING! This is very important in the process of
breaking cycles.
Day 2: Memorize and speak forth
1 Thessalonians 5:16-24. Decree that your whole
spirit, soul, and body will be sanctified! Also read
Joshua 3.
Day 3: Sing or praise with
Psalms 23. Agree with God for the restoration
of your soul. SOUL is linked with "breathing." Soul refers to the entire inner
nature and personality of a person. Read Deuteronomy
26:16-19. Declare that you will be set on high in a new place with a
seal called "SPECIAL." Decree life, and life abundantly. Read and underline
Matthew 6:25, Luke 12:22, John 10:10. Thank
God for the prophets in your life (Acts 3:23).
If you have quenched the prophetic anointing in your life, confess it as sin.
Memorize Proverbs 29:18. Ask the Lord to
open up new vision and revelation over your life. Memorize
Jeremiah 30:17.
Day 4: Ask the Lord to make your heart PURE!
Declare that the seat of your feelings, desires, affections, and aversions will
come under the alignment of the Holy Spirit. Read the Beatitudes
(Matthew 5:1-12). Ask the Lord to send help
or aid to your soul, so you can attain your highest end. Declare your "end" will
be greater than your beginning. Read Haggai 2.
Ask the Lord for your soul to prosper in a new way.
Read 3 John 2; Hebrews 13:17; James 1:21, 5:20; 1 Peter
1:9. Now, ask the Lord to make you "see." The pure in heart SEE HIM
(Matthew 5:8).
Day 5: Memorize
Proverbs 18:14. Ask the Lord to remove any vexation of the spirit of
the world and its influence on your spirit. Thank God that you are a spiritual
being, and that you will live eternally with Him. If you do not have this
assurance, stop and ask the Lord to remove any doubt from you. Receive a
cleansing through His blood. Read Hebrews 9.
Ask the Lord to cleanse your conscience and restore it to full working
authority. Ask the Lord to renew your communion with Him. Take communion with
Him. Your spirit is that part of you related to worship and divine communion.
Read and underline John 12:27; 1 Corinthians 16:18; 2
Corinthians 7:13; Matthew 11:29; 2 Corinthians 7:1; 1 Peter 2:11; James 5:20; 1
Corinthians 5:5; 1 Peter 1:9; Matthew 10:28; Acts 2:31; Romans 8:10; Ephesians
4:4; and James 2:26.
Day 6: Read Romans
6. Make a list of any place that "sin has dominion over you." Decree
that by the power of the Holy Spirit, you are freed and cleansed. Watch for sins
of omission such as gossip, criticizing, judging, etc. At times, these are hidden
from us and produce unbelief in us.
Day 7: The BODY is the lowest part of man's
triune being, where the soul and spirit reside. Honor the Holy Spirit who has
chosen to dwell within you. Read 1 Corinthians 6:19-20;
2 Peter 1:13-14.
Thank Him that your Body is His. Re-read Romans 6:13,19.
Yield your members one by one unto God as instruments of righteousness rather
than unto iniquity. If you have a part of your body that is not working
properly, ask the Lord to heal and cleanse that portion. Include any organs that
you know have been affected by sin. Read Romans 7
and declare that the "pull" of the old is eradicated.
Day 8: Fast as the Lord leads you. I suggest
you fast solid food and only drink liquids (water, herb tea, broth) on this day.
Read Romans 8. Thank Him that you have been
adopted by Him, and that His blood is flowing through you to restore you!
Day 9: Declare all hope deferred is broken
from you, loosed and removed from influencing your life. Declare the power of
scattering is broken as you read Ezekiel 36-37.
Thank Him for a new heart and spirit. Declare a new Door of Hope is opening.
Read Hosea 2, 6, 10. Confess that the sin of
unbelief is broken from your bloodline.
Day 10: Read Psalms
62 and Psalms 32. Declare your emotions healed and your spirit free.
Worship throughout the day. Use praise music. If you are driving, sing with
the music. Healing scriptures are important to recite. Memorize
Hebrews 11:6. Ask the Lord for your next measure of faith. Read and
meditate on Isaiah 60. Arise; shine! Decree
that all depression and oppression must leave. Expect God to move on your
behalf. Expect miracles and healings to begin to happen in you and through you!
