Dear children of the Most High God, This morning, during my prayer time. The Lord showed me this vision and impress to me the lesson from this vision. As you read and test this, may this always serve as a reminder to us all.

"IN MY KINGDOM, THERE IS NO DEMOTION . . . ONLY OBEDIENCE."

I was watching a big rally and there was a banner which reads "summit of Christian leaders." I saw the faces of famous preachers and speakers, but there were many other unnamed leaders as the whole coliseum was filled with people. I was fully expecting famous preachers to be seated in the head of the platform. But instead I saw them sitted in the crowd and instead, I saw many unnamed and inexperienced leaders being sitted in front and they were speaking with so much zeal.

The first thought that cross my mind was "What happened. How can this be. I come to listen to my favorite speakers but instead unknowns were put up there." My first reaction was negative and I immediately concluded that God has demoted one group and have promoted another group. But while thinking that way, I felt the Lord stopping me with these words.

IT'S NOT DEMOTION--IT'S OBEDIENCE!

"Child, beware where your thoughts are leading you. You must remember that in my kingdom there is NO DEMOTION. What you've seen is symbolic only , but observe how fast your mind jumped to conclusion. Remember that in My Kingdom, OBEDIENCE IS THE KEY. It does not matter where you stand or sit, whether seen or hidden, before men or behind men. As long as you are walking in obedience to My Call for you for each season, you will surely be greatly blessed.

"Standing greatly before men is no measure of real success, but rather humility before Me is the true measure of success in My kingdom for I delight on those whose heart are always humble before me. SERVANTHOOD is he greatest measure of Spiritual success. I delight when I see my children serving one another in all ways. My heart overflowed with joy when I see My anointed ones willing to step aside so that others will be heard and seen. These are leaders who truly understand the father heart of God. For what father is not happy to see his children growing up and following their footsteps. "

INTERPRETATION

I felt what this vision meant is that as followers, we must be careful not to judge success and anointing of a person's ministry or leadership by outward size and position the leaders hold. Furthermore it is also to encourage leaders that to God what matters is obedience not position. That as leaders we must not focus on the place of prominence but seek the lowest place of servanthood always for this is the true measure of great leadership.

May our hearts and our actions always be rooted in love and humility and obedience to serve God and others in whatever position God place us at very season of our life.
