"A 'RISK TAKING' Anointing is Coming Upon Many in this Hour to Further The Kingdom of GOD!....Some May be Called to 'ROLL THE DICE!'"

Did you know that people don't gamble to win? If they did, they would stop gambling when they won. People gamble because of the thrill of the risk of winning. That thrill of taking a risk is what becomes the addiction. They will even risk their winnings to keep playing.

I Saw Angels Ransacking Gambling Casinos!

I asked the Father.... "What are Your angels doing inside of these gambling casinos?" His response may shock many as it did me; as I saw these angels picking up the dice and rolling them into His Kingdom.

I sensed the Father saying: "A 'risk taking' spirit was originally intended for My people. I created man with a 'risk taking' spirit. When My people began to refuse taking risks for Me to advance My kingdom, My dice were stolen out of My House, and the world started using them!

"It's Criminal to Live Cautiously!"

(Matthew 25:24-28) "The servant given one thousand dollars said, "Master, I know you have high standards and hate careless ways, that you demand the best and make no allowances for error. I was afraid I might disappoint you, so I found a good hiding place and secured your money. Here it is, safe and sound down to the last cent."

The master was furious. "That's a terrible way to live! It's criminal to live cautiously like that! If you knew I was after the best, why did you do less than the least? The least you could have done would have been to invest the sum with the bankers, where at least I would have gotten a little interest. Take the thousand dollars and give it to the one who risked the most. And get rid of this 'play-it-safe' who won't go out on a limb! Throw him out into utter darkness!"

I sense the Father saying: "Now is the time for My people to roll the dice and take back the thrill of risky living to obey Me and further My kingdom." Peter never forgot that eternal thrill of taking that risk of walking on water as long as he lived, in spite of his falling in the water! I believe he still feels that thrill in Heaven!

"You Can't Reach New Horizons Standing on the Shore...The Risk of Going Nowhere is the Greatest Risk of All!" -- (song by Ann Murray).

If what we have really belongs to God and He speaks and confirms to us to give it away or invest it for His glory, how can we lose if it's His money? Perhaps God Himself was the greatest gambler ever....risking His only Son and losing Him to win us back! He is still taking great risks with us today!


"A Season of Risking Our Plans, Our Agendas, Our Ministries, and Even Our Lives is at an All-time 'High Risk' Level!"

Not long ago in a conference, when it was my time to speak, I was suddenly asked to team up with the other speaker. We were asked to flow together spontaneously to minister. First I thought this was the enemy trying to interfere with my speaking time to take away from my message! The Lord immediately said: "Bill, ... it's Me! This is not your conference-- it's Mine! Furthermore, if you give what you think is your message it will turn out to be a mess!"

If you choose to flow with the other speaker, I will give you My message for this people!" I was amazed that God was right again! God flowed through both of us with words that neither of us planned. It seems that God is showing up more and more as we realize it's not our ministry, our gifts, or even our church.....it is all His! We need other members of His Body in order to hear the full message He is speaking in this hour!

Risking Our Lives to Give A Cup of Cold Water to a "Nobody" Takes A Mighty Man or Woman of God!

And David was then in a hold (cave), and the garrison of the Philistines was then in Bethlehem. And David longed and said, "Oh that one would give me drink of the water of the well of Bethlehem, which is by the gate!" And three mighty men (losers in the eyes of man) broke through the host of the Philistines and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem that was by the gate and took it and brought it to David: nevertheless he would not drink it but poured it out unto the Lord. And he said, "Be it far from me, O Lord, that I should do this: is not this the blood of the men who went in jeopardy of their lives? Therefore David would not drink it. These things did these three mighty men. (2 Samuel 23:14-17)

This "nobody" becomes a King and the others in this story are called mighty men! A cup of cold water can do wonders!

"It is not what you take when you leave this world behind you...it is what you leave behind you when you go!"
