HAVING COMES IN THE SAYING

"Surely the Lord will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants, the prophets." Amos 3:7

"For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith." Mark 11:23

Let's tie those two marvelous portions of Scripture together. First of all, when God created this universe, He had an idea, or plan, in His spirit. The vision alone was not enough to get the job done. From there, the Creator had to give utterance, "calling those things which be not, as though they were," until there was a manifestation.

You are I are not only fashioned in His likeness and image, but carry around that yoke-breaking, burden-destroying Anointing from the Holy One, the excellency of Daddy's treasure on the inside

POWER IN THE "PROPHESYING" OF BELIEVER AND UNBELIEVER ALIKE"

Even an unbeliever's words can either kill or generate life. Psychology 101 speaks often of self-fulfilling prophecies. Tell a person something often enough, and that word, as wrong, or right, as it might be, will ultimately become a reality. In fact, some are in their graves, this day, as a direct result of spoken lies and distortions. Words can either heal the sick, raise the dead; or they can cause profound destruction.

We already know that faith-filled words dominate the law of sin and death. No spoken revelation from God, or His children, is void of the power necessary to bring itself to pass, since His life is in the seed, or that faith-filled articulation, which is precisely why no one will ever rise above the level of their confession. Materialization is realized, as the Believer confesses that dream or vision, emanating from those Throne Room visits and encounters. Both are truly the language of the Holy Spirit.

Watch out for dream killers and vision annihilators! They are out there, even in the Body of Christ! Protect that baby (seed or revelation). Incubate Heaven's personal disclosure with praise and thanksgiving.

GOD PICKS THE TIMES AND SEASONS FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF HIS PROMISES

The times and seasons are in God's hands. That promise will surely arrive, as it grows and gains intensity, via gestation in the womb of your spirit. In the beginning, God did just that! He saw, incubated and spoke. The rest is history.

THE PROPHET-BUILDER

A prophet, for instance, is a dreamer, visionary and builder. By nature of his very office and call, there remains an innate desire to create, restore and reconcile. That man, or woman, is always cognizant of the Father's heart, what He wants to do in the earth. There's invariably a deep burning on the inside, from which proceeds an utterance of God's will, the envisioned blueprint, be it winning nations to Christ, healing the sick, or raising the dead, to name a few. His words are loaded with the very dynamite of Heaven, licensing angel forces to go forth, according them marching orders to do business for the Kingdom. Remember, we are the voice of the Word of God, with tongues poised, as a ready writer, to speak forth the oracles of the One who sent us!

THE CHILD OF GOD SPEAKS, AND DARKNESS FLEES

In line with all that, let's look at what Christ has been saying to the Church, recently. Then, in agreement with that revelation, as the Spirit nudges and prompts, create by confessing what was unveiled. We overcome the enemy by the Blood of the Lamb and Word of our testimony. Legally, that has already been accomplished. Vitally, prophetic insight will become flesh and dwell among us, as the Child of God speaks, speaks and speaks some more. That's right! Darkness flees, as rhema (revealed truth) is released.

OUR DAILY BREAD

"Have I not promised to supply all your needs, according to my riches in Glory, including everything pertaining to life (living, manifesting My Presence) and godliness? Listen, Precious One! Healing is the children's bread. Always having...always having all sufficiency, in all things, to get the job done, with a mighty witness, never lacking or wanting, is the foundation of that plan, My perfect will for your ministry and walk on this planet. The storehouses of Heaven are rich, even bursting at the seams, with what is required for you to be healed, made whole, prospered and empowered, from physical body parts to silver and gold.

THE LORD SPEAKS ABOUT THE FUTURE-

Was not My first miracle at Cana one of wealth? Do not fear shortage! In these final days of the Spirit, there will be massive abundance, as captivity is turned and the Bride takes on a new posture of being without spot or wrinkle. For I, God, will personally iron out the flaws...symptoms, circumstances, those crooked places, and make them straight. The Most High shall be a friend to your friends, an enemy to your enemies. Let me do just that! Your job is to live in that Secret Place of the Most High, receive and declare the vision! Understand, this has nothing to do with your faith, but Mine. To every (born-again) man and woman has been given "the" measure of faith (Daddy's), the exact amount required to successfully accomplish the job. Do not be moved by contrary evidence. The dam is about to break forth with a floodtide of provision, signs, wonders and miracles. Simply be ready to receive and distribute. It will be an outpouring of abundance! Again, take no thought. I am the God of all flesh. Is there anything too difficult for me?"

YOU WILL BE CAUGHT UP IN THE GLORY

"Just as Enoch walked with Me and wast not, such is My highest intention for you! In the natural world, "enmeshed" has an unhealthy connotation. However, we are already one, bone of bone, flesh of each other's flesh. As time is spent in the Throne Room, praising and waiting on me, dreams and visions will be prolific. In fact, your natural mind has not begun to imagine what I will do. Neither did Enoch's soul fathom the outcome! Draw nigh, Child, and I will reveal myself, show you great and mighty things to come. Some will literally cross the line and find themselves in the Father's Presence. Oh, how I long to be with My kids. You are the epitome of Daddy's dream come true!"

YOU HAVE A JOB---TO STAND!

"Having done all to stand, stand! Don't venture beyond the anointing. Live in the realm of faith, a place of unconditional love, peace, power, joy, a sound mind, exact knowledge. Satan would attempt to dislodge you from that locale and pull your soul over to his side...a state of fear, the bipolar opposite of faith. From that vantage point, one can only function in torment, doubt, unbelief, anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, depression, despair, despondency and deception. Refuse to go there! Your job is to stand on the Word, that revelation. Having done all to stand, stand. Then resist! The enemy's response with be to flee, as a direct result of your resistance. And My responsibility is to perform the Word that I am watching over, fulfilling those dreams and visions. Child, guard your heart!! Watch out for the seed robbers, those dream stealers!"

FAITH HAS LEGS

"Faith comes, has little legs, by hearing spoken words of revelation, and hearing, by the Word of God! Each utterance is a container of my Glory. The Covenant, including salvation, healing, health and prosperity, arrives, when you speak what is heard before My Throne. Let those words be your servants. Trust in what has been revealed. The vision will not always tarry. In fact, just as a fetus moves in the womb, the vision will constantly speak to your heart, until I give birth!"

Let's take a side journey, now, before going on to another prophetic word. As people of prayer, we know how important interceding actually is. However, Jesus has always placed at least three times more emphasis on saying than believing!

It's not just what we pray that counts, but what we say, since the latter results in the former coming to pass. Believer, it is time to begin saying some extremely important things.

BINDING AND LOOSING!

We have known a little about what Jesus meant, when He said, "Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven (Matthew 18:18)." But, for some strange reason, we have operated more on the negative portion of that truth, rather than the positive side. Christians seem to be more familiar with binding the works of the Devil, than loosing the Power of God.

Paul, how do I loose the works of the Father and set in motion the wonderful exploits He wants to perform?

ACTING LIKE OUR DAD

The answer to that question is clear and simple. We do it the same way He does...acting just like Dad! You and I make a quality decision to speak His Word, in actuality, saying things before they happen...God's trademark.

He tells us, "I have declared, from the beginning, the former things...they went forth from my mouth, and I made them known; then suddenly I did them, and they came to pass. I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end and the result from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure and purpose (Isaiah 46:9-10). Behold, the former things have come to pass, and new things I now declare: before they spring forth, I tell you of them (Isaiah 42:9)."

THE FATHER SAYS BEFORE HE DOES--THEREFORE, SO MUST WE!

This is the Father's method of operation. He invariably says before He does. The Word always precedes His hand.

We are partakers of His nature, made to be just like Him. Consequently, in order to be effective, the Believer must act like God, as well, declaring revelations about the future, first saying, then seeing them come to pass...a family trait!

BELIEVE THAT YOUR WORDS RELEASE THE POWER OF GOD

Expect the anointing to come upon you, when praying. That isn't only reserved for the prophets. When prophetic words are imparted, speak them! In so doing, the spirit realm is moved. Your words really do release the Power of God.

Utterances activate the supernatural. That is precisely why the enemy wants to shut your mouth! If Satan can prevent the Christian from declaring acquired revelations, he can stop the manifestation.

Remember Acts 4? The early Church prayed that the Lord would "grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak the word...and that signs and wonders may be done...(verses 29-30)." There had to be a speaking of the Word, a declaring, before exploits could be witnessed.

God wants His people to start talking, speaking the Word, saying what He says about us, what is about to transpire. Again, when you pray and the Holy Spirit affords a vision, the blueprint of our faith, declare those details and put them in motion.

Isaiah 48:6 speaks of a time, when the Lord will show His people specified, new things...even hidden things (kept in reserve), which you have not known. We are in that season, right now!

So, don't be shy! Speak up! Commence declaring the end from the beginning!

THE SHAKING HAS BEGUN--AND AS A RESULT THE DEAD WILL BE RAISED

Hours before the Northridge earthquake, the Word of the Lord came to me, saying, "I am going to shake California (permissive sense), and many parts of the world. The Body is on the cutting edge. Judgment, a positive one has begun in the House of God. He is calling us to make mid-course corrections, lay down our lives for Him, daily. To the extent that we die, Jesus will carry out "those greater works than these," through us. Out of that, we are going to witness an emptying of hospitals, the dead being raised, masses coming into the Kingdom. Satan is using the concept of fear, the bipolar opposite of faith, to promote his plan. That is even happening in the Body of Christ. By so doing, the enemy is diverting our attention, relative to the mighty outpouring that will soon begin. Concerning this nation, it's not only the White House, but My house. Yea, the Glory of the Most High will permeate the very atmosphere of that structure. Those entering will fall to their knees and know that I am God, be saved and healed in an instant. For the Great Cloud is already forming in that building, a Presence promoting much truth and wisdom. Fear not! I am in full control. The government of the nations is, indeed, upon My shoulders.

THE WHITE HOUSE WILL GLOW WITH HEAVEN'S ESSENCE

Just obey the Voice of the Most High, through intercessory prayers and acts. 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue will literally glow with Heaven's essence, for all to see. Yes, there will be a Spirit-filled President, My choice! I am currently pruning and purging. Be patient. Pray and stand in the gap for your rulers! Don't badmouth them. I will raise up and pull down...both strongholds and leaders. Your God is in complete control. Have I not said, People will be willing in the day of My Power? Well, this is that, which was spoken by Joel. Oh, how those former prophets would love to be a part of what your Commander in Chief (God) is about to do! They will have a front row seat, amongst that great cloud of witnesses in Heaven. In the meantime, know this! It isn't anyone's house, but mine! The White House will become whiter and whiter, from the inside out!"
