A Word about this Word--
-- for Houston, Mexico, and the "Day of the Dead" --
 This
word is being published this day because of its extreme importance. Some of it
has already taken place. Some of it is yet to happen.
Three days before
Hurricane Rita came ashore on September 24, 2005, this word was given by John
Mark Pool.
As usual, we'd love to
publish each and every word PRIOR to its fulfillment.
However, we normally
post only about 30 words a month; so, just as Christians do with the Bible, we
must -- with the modern prophetic-- sometimes look back and see which prophecies
were published before they happened and which prophecies are yet to come true.
This word is about both: things that have already happened since
the Word was delivered (Houston), and things which are yet to happen unless the
Lord prevents them (Mexico, etc).
We are including a
definition on the Day of the Dead that is celebrated in Mexico. This day is
similar in time and tradition to "Halloween" which is observed by many in the
United States and other parts of the globe.

Definition of
the DAY OF THE DEAD as celebrated in Mexico:
The origins of the Days of the Dead reach into the
ancient history of Europe and Mexico. In the eighth century, the church decreed
November 1 as All Saints Day. Setting aside the day to honor the martyrs and
saints was an attempt to replace the 2000-year tradition of the Celts and their
Druid priests who combined harvest festivals and celebrated the new year on
November 1.
The Celtic dead were believed to have access to
earth on Samhain, October 31st, when the boundary between the worlds of the
living and the dead relaxed. The Celts danced around huge bonfires, wearing
animal heads and hides to confuse the spirits and burned crops and animals as
offerings to the returning dead.

To My Church that has sought and loved ME: You dwell in a Land of
Goshen for My Mantle will Cover you!
Nevertheless:
This is being typed from the handwriting from the secret place this morning
exactly as it was given to me from El Elyon (The Most High God) this day
September 21, 2005.
I saw a major angel standing over Houston looking into the city, then looking up
toward heaven; all the while with his right arm was a sword, yet was only
holding it steady. As the scene moved into close-up view, the giant of an
angelic host was using the sword to hold up a veil. I studied it and sensed it
was a "covering" that could fit over the entire city, yet was held up by the
angel's sword.
Next, I prayed asking God what could this mean? I felt the Lord was saying to
me, "I've heard the prayers of My own, but the flood is still coming, unless I
hear the heart's change of the proud and the arrogant in this city!
Many have come to depend [upon] your ports, your goods, your production -- but I
AM the I AM of the "IF!"
Conditions Exist
In three days [from September 21,
2005], you can be known as "Nineveh or Sodom & Gomorrah." How you decide now
holds millions in balance.

Lot lifted up his eyes and saw all the valley of the Jordan, that it was well
watered everywhere-- this was before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah--
like the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt as you go to Zoar." --

the word reached the king of Nineveh, he arose from his throne, laid aside his
robe from him, covered himself with sackcloth, and sat on the ashes. And he
issued a proclamation and it said, "In Nineveh by the decree of the king and his
nobles: Do not let man, beast, herd, or flock taste a thing. Do not let them eat

Hear the Words of the Lord, You
must once again become a city turned towards My heart to allow My Outpouring to
flow in and through you, Houston! You must become the purged.
By your own will or by mine, I
will transform Houston into a City of Multiplication! You must HUMBLE -- yes
like your beginning and your early neighbor -- City of Humble! Humble and your
Humble Producers have caused you to claim a gift you did not create -- yet what
you have been called: CRUDE! I alone gave you the resources and can halt them as
well. WELLS, WELLS, WELLS -- do you allow them to flow or to go?
The city has many crying out to ME, now; yet the PROUD and ARROGANT leaders, in
City Hall, in government and in production, and in churches that say they are
mine (yet I cannot call them mine) yet have used My Name long enough!
I want to FLOOD you with My presence, yet YOU choose an ocean to cover your city
if you do not repent!
NOW -- TODAY is the TIME! URGENT! [It] Is the SET TIME!
HOUSTON, AMERICA, and My CHURCH: you decide. My angel can drop the Mantle of
Protection or Direction to flip it northward towards Dallas!
We now say even a remnant of leaders and churches can see your heart's cry;
change the destruction to destiny. Now -- this DAY -- you can HUMBLE yourselves
before My mighty hand and even save Louisiana's refugees, evacuees, and ports!
MEXICO -- GET READY FOR A STRONG BREATH OF My SPIRIT TO BLOW AGAINST YOUR
DETESTABLE PRACTICES!
You have used My ONLY BEGOTTEN SON'S NAME and mixing what you want, even to
worship a "form of My plan" and even embracing the dead as powerful. If you
choose a day of the dead, I'll then give you much to celebrate. I'm purging you
from killing My servants, persecuting My Church, and worshipping other gods!
Mexico, you will become broke & destitute, yet your Mother to the north will
adopt you, hold you, embrace you, and you will become with her and Me once
again. My name will flow again through your land, and you will move in My
Spirit, around, and across My borders!
When I AM finished, you will vote My choice for My Church into your new Mother's
office! You will help put My first WOMAN as leader of your NEW LAND! Yet, it is
not now; it is being returned and embracing the cleansing of the foundations who
overran you!
I AM pouring My Spirit upon you and My "hidden treasures will be a pledge of
redemption for your new Mother!"
HOUSTON: you can embrace your new COVERING or I will toss the "mantle north to
Dallas!"
Rend your hearts this DAY because much is awaiting
offshore!

HOUSTON -- DECIDE -- BUT DO IT NOW!
