When Israel starts to shake, it's a sign for
the shaking that is ahead.

The second earthquake in less than 30 days has hit Israel today (October 3).
Both hit in the Jordan Valley just north of Jericho, but what I find most
interesting, it hit where the branch comes off the Syrian-African rift that runs
from Syria through Lebanon, Israel and Jordan and down into Africa, where it
runs up to Jerusalem through the Mount of Olives. They were both registered at
4.3 -- not large, but large enough to be felt by a lot of us. What makes it
important is they have come so close together.

There is nothing quite like hearing the voice of the Lord. When God speaks,
your whole body quakes. That was our opening sentence yesterday. This morning
(October 3) at 7 AM, on the eve of the Feast of Trumpets, north of the Salt Sea
near Jericho, there was a 4.0 earthquake. Sitting in my morning chair, 700
meters above sea level, I felt the shaking continue for about 15 seconds. Only
later did I relate the event to the current feast. If we took it as a sign from
the Lord, what might He be saying? It is a season of shaking from the
foundations of the earth. The shaking will go out from the point of origin and
be felt at great distances. The shaking is not yet so severe. The voice of the
Lord is audible but not yet booming. So we wish you a meaningful and blessed
Feast of Trumpets.

 God
will move powerfully if we just petition Him through fasting and prayer. We see
the fruits of that prayer as God leads Esther in His perfect timing to thwart
the enemy's plans.
Esther walked in diplomacy with guarded impulses
as the queen. Esther had to move in a place of being truly beautiful and
feminine, but if she was going to defeat Haman she also had to move in the
strategies and timing of the Lord. She needed diplomacy. She needed to know from
the Lord how to walk into the courts of man. She had to be connected to Holy
Spirit.
So when the King asked her what she wanted, she replied, "I would like to have
dinner." What did this do? She moved the battleground to her house. The next
day, Haman and the King came to dinner. As she was serving them, she was asking
the Lord, "Now Lord, what do I do? Is this the time I start to put things on the
table? How do You want me to act?" She had to move with a strategy.
The King asked her again what she wanted, and once more, she said, "How about
another night of dinner?"
Question:
What is the symbol of the hanging man's noose in the prophetic?
Answer:
It is timing!!!
Normally, we can see our enemy. We usually know what is going down. We can see
all the controversy, gossip, and slander. We can see who the players are. One
thing about being prophetic is that we can usually see clearly! But what will
kill the purpose of the prophetic is the timing being wrong. We become so
excited when we get a little bit of information that we can hardly wait to load
up our shotgun and take people out! Usually our timing is off because we're
anxious to get to them before they kill us first!
Let the Lord Set-Up the Battlefield
Esther had asked for dinner again. We now are looking at a very
strategic time of total reversal. Realize that at the first dinner, she met with
the King and Haman (her Hitler). She was meeting with her enemy.
In the twenty-four hours between the two dinners, the Lord brings in a sudden,
divine disruption. Esther had been patiently waiting for God to move. It was so
important that she didn't push anything until it was set up by Him. That night,
the King couldn't sleep. He pulled out one of his chronicles and read that
Mordecai the Jew had saved his life. He began to ponder how he could reward this
Jew.
Haman was going home from the first dinner, and who did he run into? He ran into
Mordecai the Jew who would not bow down to him. Therefore, Haman, built a
gallows seventy-five feet tall. How many of you have loved ones being attacked
by an antichrist spirit, a Haman, that has built a gallows for them?
This is where Esther was on the second day. A gallows had been built for
Mordecai, her uncle. How many of you are in heavy, strategic warfare, and the
enemy is coming against your bloodline to take out your son or daughter?
Pray with Patience, Trust and Faith
Satan loves to take out the firstborn if he can. So, now you move into heavy
espionage. How do you start to take down the gallows built for your loved ones?
How do you bring reversal? How do you shift things in the heavens? How do you
bring in Heaven's decree? How do you bring in deliverance?
You start to set things in motion so that the covenant of blessing from Abraham,
Isaac, and Jacob goes through your family line. You do this through
intercession!
For Esther, a divine irony happened very quickly. The next morning, Haman came
into the court of the King ready to kill Mordecai, not knowing that the King
wanted to reward Mordecai for saving his life. He asked Haman, "What would you
do for the man who saved your life?" Haman, not knowing he was referring to
Mordecai, thinking it was himself said, "I would parade him on horse in front of
all the people, wearing one of the King's royal robes."
That is exactly what happened. The King paraded Mordecai, wearing his royal
robes, through the city on a royal horse!
Act When You Hear the Call
Then came the second dinner. Esther was again moving from a place of divine
espionage and wisdom, asking the Lord how to move and what to say. She felt
God's unction that now was the time. She was able to cry out and tell the King
that there was a man who wanted to kill her and all of her people. The King
asked who this person was, and Esther said, "It is Haman, who is sitting right
next to you."
Haman wound up being hanged on the very gallows that he built for Mordecai. You
may be saying, "Well, that's good. She has had two wonderful dinners and moved
in espionage." However, let's look further at this twenty-one year old girl:
Haman had issued a decree that could not be reversed.
Under this decree, all the Jews were going to be killed. Esther went before the
King and told him that they needed something to reverse this "irreversible"
decree. The King said, "No problem." He wrote another decree, stating that the
Jews could be armed to defend themselves.
The Lord Is Faithful to
Exceed Expectations
One day of war was declared, and five hundred people were killed. The King went
back to Queen Esther and said, "Esther, aren't you excited? We have killed your
enemies. What else would you like, my queen?" She asked for one more day of war.
In that second day, seventy-five thousand enemies were killed! This young girl
had moved in espionage and followed God's perfect timing, bringing a dramatic
reversal!
The book ends with a great celebration of Purim, a celebration of the
generations. The generations working together in prayer were another essential
part in overcoming the enemy. We will finalize this study by reviewing the great
importance of the generations working together from where they are strategically
placed by the Lord, which was so dramatically demonstrated by Esther.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for guiding my steps in the right time and
season. Give me fresh revelation of Your holy plans to take down the enemy and
how my actions can help reach that goal. Teach me to walk in patience, listening
carefully for Your battle commands, without any anxiety. Reveal to me the areas
in my life that need more preparation and refinement, and grant me the knowledge
to ready myself for battle. Amen.

The Epic of God's Heart is the first of a unique series of recordings
