A Decree for the Gulf Coast..and Beyond! - Undrai & Bridget Fizer

The storm-ravaged regions of the Gulf Coast are without form and void, but the Spirit of God is moving upon the face of the waters, hovering above the face of the Deep. He is positioning Himself to open His mouth and decree, "Let there be...."

A new creation is being prepared before our very eyes. It is a significance from God, that is causing many to fear, as well as, stand in awe. Something is being done in a time in which many are not prepared to see. At times, the prophetic decree, when fully manifested, will cause the hearts of even the prophets who declared it to become in awe.

Manifestation from the Spirit, which is seen from one's own natural eyes, looks totally different from manifestation that is seen from the eyes of the Spirit. Your Spirit has seen things that your natural eyes have yet to see. Your Spirit is progressing in a rapid pace--a pace that your natural composition has yet to match. You are seeing with your eyes, things that your Spirit has already been privy too.

It is now time to refocus our attention to the manifestation of the plans of God. We must not allow our attention and energy to be pulled into the slow pace of the natural senses and the cultural. What our natural eyes are witnessing pales in comparison to what our Spiritual eyes are discerning. Truths that are being decreed from the belly of the Spirit, looks like lies through the eyes of the natural.

The Father is seeking vessels, as well as, stirring the Inner Man, to see through the eyes of the Kingdom. It is time to position ourselves to speak to the deep and decree to the waste places of the South: LET THERE BE LIGHT! LET THERE BE LIFE!

NOTE: Indeed, the Father of Life has used an awesome, purifying wind to release waters that were already present, to initiate a total cleansing of a city. A presence that was already residing in the city is the reason for the flooding and cleansing of the city. The already present waters were the catalyst that began the beginning of a new process!

The Time is Upon Us

We must discern and guard ourselves against the pull of political and cultural distraction. We must focus our Kingdom energy to the regions, cities, and lives that need to be re-made, re-named, and re-stored! The time is upon us when we must discover the courage to speak forth the new name of the South that was hidden in Christ, even before the foundations of the world.

This name will not be found in the history books of the natural minded, and neither will it be found in the government of the earth. But this name is hidden within the confines of the Spirit. The Spirit is seeking out those who will have the courage to articulate the law from the high places, into a relevant language and decree, one that will be given to the waste places.

Those who are seeing with the eyes of God, must become intimate with the barrenness of these newly formed waste lands and release within it a prophetic seed; one that will revitalize the land, giving it power to house the Spirit of God and a new Kingdom Atmosphere. Those with the eyes of God will be empowered to make this south region pregnant with the pre-ordained purposes of God. It is not impossible. The regions simply await the vessels that possess the mouth and voice of God.

This sudden shifting that has come to the nation, clothed with garments that appeared catastrophic, is also emulating the shifting that is now occurring within the hearts of many who have the eyes of God. This very shaking that is seen by many on the news everyday represents the very shaking that is presently going on within the hearts of the decreers who reside in the earth.

Decreers do not have time to be distracted by race, culture, or battles between ethnic groups within the country or out of this country. Jesus has already said that nations would rise against nations, that a subtle wedge would create a schism within the natural parameters of culture and social groups. However, this would only thrive in the hearts of those who have yet to see, with full maturity, through the eyes of God.' God's optical awareness is very much different than the optical awareness of the natural mind.

NOTE: We will not prophesy from the motivations of ethnic conflict, but will prophesy from the intentions and purposes of God, which in turn, will crush the influence that results from ethnic conflict.

Lives Have Been Simply and Tragically Displaced

Decreers of the Spirit of God are being empowered to give Rhema in the form of tangible bread, which will be able to empower lives which are caught in the midst of this Incredible transition. It will give them the ability and capacity to see what God is seeing, as well as, the strength to endure the process that will reveal the new transformation.

Many who are affected by this shift have no way of seeing or discerning the reconstruction of the atmosphere of God in the region. For many, their lives have been simply and tragically displaced, without their permission. Hearts are broken, and minds are confused. Many are in a place of extreme doubt, fear, and discouragement. Others, who were affected, had nothing to begin with. So, this sudden movement is a new thing for them. They had nothing, even before they lost everything!

So, now we see the Spirit raising Himself over the land and searching the unlimited wells of the prophetic heart. He is digging for a word that's been kept hidden, destined to be revealed for this time and this place. And from this word that's been set aside, it will soon serve as the catalyst that will stir the very winds of a tangible manifestation of the South regions.
