"POLICE DISCOVER
AN 'ANGEL' IN THE VAN DURING PROPHET'S ACCIDENT"

 It's
nice, isn't it . . . when we tell our children they have angels with them? After
all, wasn't it Jesus who said:
"See that you do not look down on one of these little
ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father
in heaven." Matthew 18:10
Isn't that sweet . . . if it only stopped there, it would be just sweet that God
would do such a thing for little children.
But it doesn't stop there because we, as adults, are also his "little ones" . .
.
"Yet to all who received him, to those who believed
in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." John
1:12
We are ALL God's "little children," both now and forever, and we all have angels
-- ALL OF US. My advice is: Deal with it!
In the book of Acts, when Peter was in prison, and likely to be martyred, the door
of the apostles' house was locked for fear. But someone came to the door -- the
locked door -- claiming to be Peter. Claiming he was out of prison.
But . . . now, check this out . . . they were convinced it must be Peter's angel,
for surely Peter himself couldn't have gotten out of prison.
IMAGINE, they had more faith to see Peter's angel than to see Peter released
from prison. Imagine THAT!
That's because they believed PETER HAD HIS OWN ANGEL!!
In the New Testament church, believing that each person had his own angel was "no
big deal."
"When she recognized Peter's voice, she was so overjoyed
she ran back without opening it and exclaimed, 'Peter is at the door!'
"'You're out of your mind,' they told her. When she kept insisting that it
was so, they said, 'It must be his angel.'" Acts 12:14-15
Now, if they all believed they had their own angel back then -- not just the little
children, but ALL THE CHILDREN OF GOD -- how much more do you and I have our own
angels -- and how much more should we BELIEVE that we have our own angels?

Steve, did you hear about my miracle? I was in a wreck last week that totaled
my van, but, here is the story:
 Dear
Friends,
Just a quick note to ask for prayer, as I had a pretty bad traffic accident yesterday
and totaled my van. I was making a left turn across traffic, and was waved on by
three lanes, but that fourth lane was a "doozie," and I got hit quite hard in the
passenger-side front door. The impact was so strong, that a metal travel mug I had
in the car flew across the van as a projectile and lodged itself into the door,
sticking straight out! Glad it didn't hit me like that!
I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, but thankfully have no broken bones. However,
my right side, chest, ribs, and back area are very bruised and very out of place,
and I'm in a lot of pain.
While in the hospital, the State Trooper asked me the name of my "passenger."
I told him no one else was in the car -- I'd even left my puppies at home. However,
he insisted that "all" of the witnesses saw a "male passenger" in my car who "got
out and walked around the car until the ambulance got there!" Number one, since
the door was jammed shut from the accident, that would have been impossible unless
the person climbed out the window! But, I believe it was the Lord or an angel, and
told the officer so! He said, "I believe that. I'm a Christian. And I'm just glad
to see you are alive. I know you are in pain, but you took a very hard hit, and
you could have been much worse off if someone wasn't watching out for you."
By the way, the guy that hit me had no injuries, praise God!
This may sound strange, but I'm even thankful for the pain, because at least I can
feel. They said it could have been much worse (like spinal cord injury or paralysis)
since the air bags didn't open. So, as I say, I am thankful I have feeling and LIFE,
for sure!
My friends and new church family here in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, have all been
very supportive; and two of the ladies even spent the night with me last night while
my son CJ was at work. God is awesome!
Please pray for a speedy physical recovery, as I'm preparing for my "big" conference
here in just two weeks. Also, the insurance adjuster hasn't seen the van or made
a determination yet, so please pray for favor, and that the Lord provides another
vehicle, soon, out of this situation.
I've never had a wreck or anything on my driving record before, so that goes well
for me. However, since I was the one making the turn, they labeled this as my fault
and I was ticketed and got "points." But they say I can take some sort of "class"
to get it off my driving record.
