Supreme Court Justice O'Conner Announces Her Retirement – "Americans had high expectations of her. She has surpassed those expectations"

Taking Capitol Hill by surprise this morning, Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Conner announced her retirement to be implemented upon the instatement of a successor.

In a letter to President Bush, O'Conner said, "Dear President Bush, this is to inform you of my decision to retire from my position as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, effective upon the nomination and confirmation of my successor. It has been a great privilege indeed to have served as a member of the Court for 24 Terms. I will leave it with enormous respect for the integrity of the Court and its role under our constitutional structure."

Formally announcing the Justice's retirement in the White House Rose Garden Friday morning, the President stated, "America is proud of Justice O'Connor's distinguished service, and I'm proud to know her. She has been a discerning and conscientious judge, and a public servant of complete integrity. Today is a day to honor the contributions of a fine citizen and a great patriot," Bush continued. "Americans had high expectations of her. She has surpassed those expectations. Our nation is deeply grateful."

President Bush did not give any clues as to who he would nominate as her successor. O'Conner (75) was the first woman to hold the office of Supreme Court Justice, appointed by President Reagan in 1981. The Justice's retirement will create the first vacancy in the high court in 11 years.

During her 24 year service as an Associate Justice in the Supreme Court, Sandra Day O'Conner became known as a "swing vote," sometimes siding with her conservative colleagues, other times lining up with those on the bench that held to a more liberal point of view.?

"This is a specific word for the prophetic residents of California, as well as other members of the Corporate Body who live in other regions of the U.S. and the world!" - Undrai



California has indeed been chosen to be one of many, strategic and prophetic states in America. Many years ago, the Father revealed to Bridget and myself that He would change the image of California from "sin city," to a "sending city." He has not reneged on this promise.

There will indeed be a visitation in California, as with other states during the following months. But this visitation that, in turn, will produce habitation, will not be done the way many have perceived it. It will happen in certain hamlets of California, and smaller areas that seem to be absent from media and global attention.

Season of Redefinition

There will be a significant "calling away of certain California residents," compelling them to "move to new areas of the United States for a season." As a result of this moving away, a season of "redefinition" will take place in their lives. If, and when, the Spirit permits, He will allow these people who have been called away for a season, to return "for only a season," to divinely impart this seed into those who will be "the new succession in California (as well as other strategic cities and countries in the world)!"

There are some prophetic people "who will be instructed to remain in California during this incredible time of shaking, shifting, and realignment." Troubles will continue to "brew amongst this State of Shaking," but not for long. There was a certain flow that the State had been experiencing, but in one instant, there was a Shift of the Divine, as well as the principalities of darkness! However, do not be afraid. The Kingdom of God is indeed being established "in a way that many did not imagine!"

There is a divine stirring amongst various ethnic groups, as well as women, that is causing a new, significant dimension of God to be established. A bold, fresh, as well as a piercing sound, is coming forth on the West Coast (as well as the East Coast). All of a sudden, by God's Will, a "strange, but necessary move has begun indeed." Do not be afraid of it "because it's God!"

For those of you who are "told by the Spirit to remain in California," the Father will use you mightily "in order to bring an unfolding of the Kingdom within the state!" There is a divine judgment occurring as we speak, but it is not the "judgment" that many have imagined. It is not of "doom," and it is not of "peace." The Spirit of God is "searching out a matter, and proving a certain strategic people within the state of California!"

Hidden, but Needed Clusters of God

There is Kingdom activity that is moving up from certain, desert cities in the southern regions of California, as well as the central coast, making its way up to certain "strategic points" of northern California, as well as Oregon and Washington states. But these areas "are not always spoken about in the media." These are the hidden, but needed clusters of God, quietly set aside for a divinely inspired time that is vastly approaching. The shakings of California, as well as the entire West Coast, indeed confirm this.

There are those who fellowship in home gatherings, that are hungry after the Kingdom of the Lord. They pray day and night, not for the taking away of the saints, but for the overtaking of the Land by the Spirit of God. The media has not seen them, neither has the religious media heard of them. But God has heard of them. As a matter of fact, He has divinely "established them in the land." Do not grow weary to the point of fainting. He has heard your prayers.

The shakings have indeed gotten the attention of the media. But I tell you that God is "walking in the desert and mountain regions in the United States." He is moving amongst the plains of not only America, but the entire world. This same shifting and shaking will redirect its attention to the East Coast as well as a result of an "unfolding of Kingdom Initiatives in the region."

The New Becoming of the United States

Whenever the Kingdom has pierced an atmosphere, miracles are "not the only manifestation that occurs." The "screams and shakings of the darkness" will also be manifested, even when principalities are not addressed. When Christ walked in a city, and began to speak from the Kingdom, demons that He never addressed during His prophetic declarations, would began to "speak out loudly!"

This divine shaking of God has not come to produce "meetings only, but a new Becoming!" It is the time of a New Becoming in the United States, and various individuals are "experiencing the triggering of a shaking" within their own spirits. Old, established orders "are crumbling away." Things that we thought would remain, as well as things that have been invested in, are simply "sinking." But God is indeed establishing, during this "season of divine instability," a dimension, that we will soon realize, that cannot be shaken.

Because of the series of earthquakes, most of the attention is on California. But other states "are quaking on the inside as well!" Certain citizens within the U.S. "are experiencing an inward shaking as well." It was experienced some years ago, but the clarity of the Shaking is now upon you!
