Intro from Cheryl Amabile: Never before have we felt such a sense of completion as we have since Saturday's (October 12, 2024) solemn assembly on the National Mall. God has brought us full circle in answering Lou Engle's original prayer: "How can I turn America back to God?" Even so, it is not time to stop! The scroll for America is still unfolding, and the Lord has given us real-time revelation on how to posture ourselves from now through the elections. Join us as we follow His directives and enforce His reign over the nation.
Seated in Heavenly Places
The gathering of A Million Women in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, October 12, 2024, was historic! As far as the eye could see, an estimated 250,000 women and their families engaged in worship, fasting, and intercession for ten solid hours. Another four (plus) million joined online. Whether you stood with us in the hot sun or gathered in your churches and living rooms, the greater reality is that we were seated together in heavenly places.
This was a court case—a culmination of decades of repentance and prayer to remove the guilt from our land. By the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony, we judged demonic principalities that had been enthroned in our personal lives, institutions, political spheres, and nations. We believe that in this global convergence of communion and the declaration of Jesus' finished work on the Cross, rulers were dislodged, and the promise of revival and reformation was ratified.
Nails in the Coffin
Shortly after returning home to Colorado, Chris Berglund had a dream that we were back in Lou Engle's hotel suite on the 12th floor in Washington, DC, overlooking Pennsylvania Avenue. Inside the room was a coffin with six corners, and at each corner, nails were to be driven in to seal it shut. Some of these nails would take three weeks to hammer in completely. As we gazed down at Pennsylvania Avenue, we could see Lake Erie along with another Great Lake beside it. In the dream, Chris kept thinking about Joshua 1, where God promised the land to His people, but they had to set foot on it to claim it:
"Moses My servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites. I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses." (Joshua 1:2–3)
At the time of the dream, we were three weeks out from election day. We believe that the imagery of the coffin and our location on the 12th floor confirms the governmental victory the Lord granted us on October 12th. Now it is time to maintain that position of authority over Pennsylvania Avenue and to seal God's purposes for the White House and the elections. (Photo via Pexels)
The Great Lakes, which happen to surround Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, seem to symbolize these swing states, as well as perhaps the additional states that are still hanging in the balance: North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada. Meanwhile, the hammer and nails in the dream may depict Christ's crucifixion, which has secured for us His victory over the powers of darkness.
Do Not Back down from Prayer
At the A Million Women gathering, we judged these powers and principalities in the heavenly realms, and it became clear to us that a verdict was passed in favor of the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:25). Yet, after the gathering, Cindy Jacobs urged us not to back down from prayer. This dream emphasizes the same.
In the following days leading up to the election, we believe we are called to enforce this victory over the elections, as Psalm 149 instructs:
"May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands, to inflict vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples, to bind their kings with fetters, their nobles with shackles of iron, to carry out the sentence written against them—this is the glory of all His faithful people. Let us, therefore, continually praise the Lord for all He has done to sever us from the destruction decreed upon humanism, Marxism, and transgenderism. May we proclaim His mercy and the light of His countenance upon the people, even as we declare His vengeance against Haman, anti-Semitism, racism, and the shedding of innocent blood.
We believe that candidates will rise and fall (Daniel 2:21) in accordance with our declarations as we proclaim the downfall of the enemy's plans and uphold God's righteous agenda for the nation.
Finally, may the praises of God also be our hammer as we exalt the Lord and His righteous reign over America, Israel, and the nations of the earth.
