"The 'Bethany Beyond The Jordan' May Have Finally Been Found"

The Lebanon Daily Star, a middle east publication, has reported that substantial new evidence from archaeological excavations may have definitively located the area where Jesus was baptized. Experts began searching for the site, dubbed "Bethany beyond the Jordan," over 100 years ago.

The numerous artifacts unearthed in the 8 square kilometer region on the east bank of the Jordan River confirm that the area was inhabited during the life of Jesus and John the Baptist. As a result, the site is quickly becoming a major new destination for Christian pilgrims.

HEAR + PARTAKE = BECOME

If you're not careful, the issues and transitions of everyday life will dilute, and even quench, your capacity of interest when it comes to receiving the revelation of being the fullness of the God Image in the earth.

Where there is no capacity to hear, there will be no desire to become. You cannot realize who you are until you desire to be fed from the Life in which you were created. Where there is no desire, there will be no enlightenment. Where there is no hunger, there will be no infilling.

THE FOOD OF BECOMING

Life has a way of making the Truth of becoming a non-essential revelation, or information that serves no practical purpose in one's life. When there is no capacity to hear, there will be no desire to become. When one cannot eat of the Life, one cannot be strengthened by it.

Revelation is not mere information for the "deep." It is the Food of Becoming. Revelation is the words that produce God's true intentions within your lifetime, mind, and spirit. Prophetic revelation is the food that causes purposes, in which you were initially formed, to be endured in this present time. Every son of God was created with the diet to partake of the Father's table.

When you cannot eat, you will not become. And even though you are already what God is, you will not realize it to the point of manifestation until you receive the capacity to eat the Bread of the Kingdom. You were formed to eat from God. When you eat from God, you will grow in the Strength of God.

If you cannot hear, you won't be able to do. Hearing produces being. Being, in turn, releases "the doing" that is already built in the dimensions of being. Being and doing work together forever. When you do not have the endurance to hear, you will not have the endurance to become. You can't become what you can't hear.

You cannot pray to do a thing until you are able to be the thing that you want to do. And you cannot be until you have the power and ability to hear!

WHEN YOU HAVE CONSUMED WHAT CHRIST HAS CONSUMED, YOU WILL BECOME LIKE HIM!

One must also experience the reality of what it's like to have their Spirit fed and satisfied. When you have embraced the responsibilities of becoming, you will also share in the satisfaction that your Spirit is being satisfied. Your Spirit can hear accurately because He, too, partakes of the Word of the Father. Since He too is a partaker, He will only say what Jesus has said! When you have consumed what Christ has consumed, you too, will be, speak, and do what Christ Himself had spoken and done.


HOW TO HEAR IN ANY SEASON OF LIFE

Turmoil and cares of life will hinder perfect hearing. It hinders it because when the heart is distracted and weighed down, the focus will not be on hearing and becoming. The focus will be on the issues at hand. When you walk in the courage of being God's son, you will embrace the ability to hear in any season. You must then know that you have been given power over every season which befalls you. You were not created in a season. You were created above the season. Therefore, the seasons cannot consume you.

Inside of your Spirit is the full satisfaction of God. He has heard everything that the Father has said concerning you. It has already been recorded within the confines of His Spirit. At various times in your lifetime, words that have satisfied your Spirit will be drawn out by your Inner Man. You will hear what needs to be done every time something significant needs to be done.

When the capacity to hear, be, and do has been fully matured, you will hear what the Spirit has said, and is saying again, in your mind and life. God is leading you to a place that was already completed. Therefore, the Spirit is leading you to a place that has already satisfied Him. Agreement, and the "bearing witness of the Spirit," comes when you have arrived at a place where the Spirit has been satisfied. Peace comes when you have encountered the same peace that the Spirit has been satisfied with. Jesus said, "My peace I will give unto you." The Spirit has already been satisfied with the peace of Christ.

And having the ability to hear and be will lead you into that same peace!
