Here is the word for the Sioux nation and the First American Indians:
A WORD FOR THE SIOUX NATION AND THE FIRST NATIVE AMERICAN INDIANS
"Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The punishment that brought us peace was upon him, And by his wounds we are healed." Is 53:4,5
PART ONE The Lord revealed a graphic vision in which I saw the massacre of 'Wounded Knee', where innocent men, women and children were mowed down and murdered by the American cavalry in the late 19th century.
I was shown many different First Native American Indians gathering together for a tribal (pagan) ceremony. The Lord stood amongst these warrior braves, but they were unable to see Him. An eerie silence permeated the atmosphere prior to the bloody carnage of 'Wounded Knee'. I sensed the presence of death.
IN ONE HORRIFIC MOMENT THE SCENE CHANGED!
In one horrific moment the scene changed dramatically and I saw women and children running from cavalry riding on horses. The horses hooves pounded and the screams of the innocent filled the air, as they were struck to the ground and trampled underfoot - heavy artillery bombardment completed the gruesome picture. I saw such terror and I sensed the groundswell of rage that was released in this place. Half-starved braves were ferociously knocked down and robbed of life and in the midst of this brutal carnage stood my Savior. He raised His hands to our Father in petition and threw back His head and His scream rent the air, resonating in heaven and on earth as He bore the pain of His children. With each blow the Lord agonized in absolute identification, the inexpressible grief He felt over the abuse of His children etched into His beautiful face.
THE LORD DROPPED TO HIS KNEES--CRADLING THE DEAD
The Lord dropped to His knees and the expression on His face tore my heart asunder. He walked among the dead, cradling the women and the children in His arms and He wept agonizing tears over them, the pain evidenced in every fiber of His Person. As the Lord wept, His tears washed away the blood on the land, and the faces of the innocent dead were transformed by His Radiance.
As He walked, the Lord spoke from the Twenty Third Psalm "Yea, though ye walk through the valley of death ye shall fear no evil, for I am with you; My rod and my staff shall comfort ye and bring ye peace"
THE ATROCITY AT WOUNDED KNEE
INTERPRETATION The vision shows the atrocity of 'Wounded Knee', but it ends with the redemptive Blood of Christ being poured out on the site of the innocent bloodshed, and this speaks of His healing for the people and the land of the First Native American Indians, specifically the Sioux nation. It clearly shows the omnipresence of the Lord, and His sharing in our heartache. There is not one moment of suffering that we experience that does not first pierce the Lord's heart. The Lord's Presence, His Comfort and the promise of His Peace are Omniscient.
PART TWO
The scene changed again and I saw many horses running wild and free across open plains. There were numerous types of horse including piebald, chestnut, dappled gray, white and stunning black stallions. The horses were gathered one by one into one a field; they were then escorted one by one into a corral. In the corral, the Lord appeared and tenderly stroked the horses, tending to them daily, providing for their every need. The horses learned to love their Master and to trust and submit to His voice. After a period of time, each of them was led out of the corral, with the Lord riding astride them.
A GATHERING OF THE TRIBES
The horses symbolize the First Native American Indians; each one created uniquely individual by our Father. The field represents a gathering of the tribes. The Spirit impressed this would be a gathering in which powerful repentance and reconciliation would take place. The field also points to the restoration of the land belonging to the Indians.
THE WISDOM OF GOD--AND THE SIOUX NATION
The corral represents time in the Presence of God, sitting at the feet of Jesus, each of His precious children being led by the Lord's own hand into a place of intimacy with Him. It speaks of learning to walk in His ways and recognize His voice. A key element of this intimacy is learning to TRUST the Lord, for there has been a legacy of lies and broken promises that the First Native American Indians have endured through the generations. This season of seclusion is the Wisdom of God and will release total spiritual freedom. This further speaks of profound discipleship and an anointing of humility to follow Jesus and yield to His Spirit. The Sioux nation will lead the way in demonstrating to their brothers how to walk in the Trust of the Lord; this is a tremendous responsibility and carries a weighty anointing.
RAGING BULL, LAY DOWN YOUR ANGER AND WEEP FREELY
"My children Those for whom I have wept and warred; those for whom My heart has been pierced in Love. 'Raging Bull' lay down your anger and weep freely in your Father's Arms, wherein runs the River of My healing. My punishment is your peace; My pain is your redemption, for I have borne the cross that you might receive My Peace and Grace. Your forefathers gathered to seek the face of one other than your First Love. But I shall gather you again, for I am calling the Sioux and the Apache, the Commanchee and the Cherokee and every First Native tribe and people shall be represented in this gathering of the chiefs where I will meet with you and gather you to Myself and open your eyes to My Mercy. I Myself will snatch you from the fire. You will hear the Wind of My Spirit as a still small Voice in your heart, yet you will know His awesome power, as it is manifest in the splitting of rocks and the felling of trees.
FROM AMONG YOU, GREAT PILLARS OF TRUTH WITH RISE
From among you will rise great pillars of Truth, absolute Forgiveness and unconditional Love will flow through you and from you as I heal and restore you. You have been robbed and raped and much abused, but I promise that what the locust has destroyed will be fully restored and My Promises are Faithful and True and can be depended upon.
This is the year of your redemption 'Little Sioux'; 'Running Bigfoot' cease your struggle and walk in the path of peace and prosperity. Your identity is in Me, though the enemy has sought to rob you of this. This day I decree an end to the pillaging of My people and in righteous Vengeance I break the bondage of Satan's slavery over you and declare you free men. You shall be recognized and receive your rightful inheritance as Sons of God. Government shall ask a pardon of you, as will your brothers in arms, and you will receive it in Love. You will be a bridge of reconciliation and this land of many states will come together under the Banner of My Love."
Amen
