THE SHAVING EVANGELIST!

The Evangelist, having been summoned to the bedside of a precious lady, whose body had been totally consumed by what appeared to be metastatic cancer, feverishly bombarded Heaven with heartfelt petitions. The obvious was before him, mocking his every effort to promote relief and deliverance. Without imminent intervention from the Throne Room, that frail figure, tormented by indescribable pain, would surely not be long for this world.

Hours passed. The Gap-stander refused to relent. The powers of hell resisted. However, God's man was intent on nothing less than total victory, that purchased by the shed Blood of Jesus, two-thousand years ago. A Voice, within, continually declared, "Don't give up! The answer is right around the corner."

This obedient Conduit knew the Covenant well. Contradictory thoughts and evidence were immediately taken into captivity. Vain imaginations received instant rebuke. "Return to your source, the very author of lies!"

A SURE CURE FOR FIERY DARTS!

Faith-filled words and deeds had been prescribed by the Great Physician, always a sure cure for the enemy's fiery darts. Certainly, the Creator was poised, keenly watching over His Medicine, intent upon a manifestation that would afford Him the most glory.

THE FIGHTING INTERCESSOR CONTINUED BUT TO NO "APPARENT" AVAIL

The Intercessor continued, yet to no apparent avail. Growing weary, a decision was made to freshen up at a nearby hotel, then return for more spiritual warfare.

Attempting to comfort the focal point of his attention, he remarked, "Please, try to rest. I won't be long. You are not alone in this. God is faithful."

THE DEMON CHIPPED AWAY AT HIS SOUL ...

Back at the room, a demon of defeat adamantly chipped away at the soul of this yielded vessel, as he applied shaving foam to his bearded countenance. A cool summer breeze could be felt, flowing through an open window, contrasting the stench and deadness of the previous environment.

Suddenly, riding the prevailing wind, a shriek was discerned, originating from the house, where much time had been spent, pulling down strongholds. The Preacher's heart leaped, without notice. Grabbing a towel, he hurriedly removed remnants of soap from his face, retrieved a coat and headed in the direction of those cries.

Entering her home, the odor triggered more negativity. Regardless, a greater Motivator was at work, propelling him toward the young woman.

"PLEASE, I CAN'T STAND THIS ANY LONGER, SHE PLEADED."

"Please, please, help me! I can't stand this any longer." Her pleas pierced the deep recesses of his heart.

Nothing could be more penetrating. The tenacious Preacher left his natural mind at the front steps, permitting bowels of compassion to gain ascendancy over what presented itself as the termination of a human life, one that was to enjoy a higher destiny, that plan, purpose and design He has for all.

SOMETHING DIFFERENT ... BOWELS OF COMPASSION AND A BURNING ... --NOT A SINGLE PRAYER WAS UTTERED!

However, there was something different about this stand...a burning in the belly, if you will, bowels of compassion, that Baptism of Fire. His Power was, indeed, present to heal. A knowing permeated every fiber of the man's being. Both time and season were ripe.

Absent of thought, holy arms embraced the skeletal remains on that bed. Tears streamed down his cheeks, glowing with an essence, foreign to this planet. Not a single prayer was uttered, as a special Unction flowed from the Evangelist's innermost core to hers.

GRACE WAS IN CHARGE

Life was about to overcome death! Where the byproducts of sin had once abounded, Grace ruled the moment. The struggle was finally over. Another chapter had been added to the Book of Acts.

"The hurting...that pain, it's gone! My body is so alive!" The Man of God just stood in awe. There weren't any magic utterances, promoting this miracle, only compassion, not unlike what most would have for an injured child, but much more potent, of a Heavenly nature.

Those joyous words could be heard for blocks, as the two rejoiced over Dad's accomplishment. The recipient of Father's best would never be the same. Her disease had no choice, but to bend its knee to the King of Kings...that Name, which is above all others. Another gift of compassion was birthed. The lady would live to declare God's marvelous works!

CONTEMPLATING THAT ENCOUNTER, THE WORD OF THE LORD CAME UNTO ME ...

Contemplating that dynamic encounter, the Word of the Lord came unto me, saying:

"FAITH WORKS BY LOVE!"

"There is a revelation in the House! The Breeze can be heard in the mulberry trees, a newness of anticipation, unparalleled expectancy, as My Wind gains momentum and intensity. In your Father's Presence is the fullness of joy. Beloved, what constitutes that fullness and makes abiding in the Secret Place of the Most High so special? The answer to that question lies behind the very intent behind all creation...love, love, love...unconditional, never-ending, perpetual compassion. In these days of the Spirit, new and quick works will be done at your hands. For they (those hands) have, now, surely become Mine, an extension of the Head, within the Body, connected to arms that are not shortened in weakness or defeat, but strong and prospered!

GO FORTH, CARRYING DAD'S IDENTITY!

Know this! Be certain to go forth, carrying Dad's identity, His exact mindset, gained from the Word and intimacy with Me, realizing that faith works by love, the latter of which never fails. Lean not unto your own understanding. Stick with what is effective and certain.

Child, permit Me to move through you. Become a facilitator of My heart and dream. Feel that Divine stirring in your belly, compassion that suspends the very laws of nature to benefit humanity, parts seas, feeds the multitudes with a small boy's lunch, raises the dead to life.

Let this Mind abide in you, that of Christ, as it governs every thought and act. Trust that Knower, on the inside. Set aside natural understanding.

Walk in love.

Rivers of signs and wonders are about to spring forth from that womb!"

UNREACHABLE AND UNHEALABLE QUICKENED!

"There is profound discouragement, not only in the world, but the Church, as well. Come alive, Sleeping Giant! The hour is fast approaching when My ministers will be a flaming fire, from the loins up, and loins down. The windows of Heaven are about to open in unprecedented fashion, gushing both Water (Life) and Wind (Holy Spirit), an outpouring on the just and unjust, alike. I am returning for a beautiful, perfected (in Christ) Bride, without spot or wrinkle. Mark this certain Word of Prophecy! The Wind and Water will dry, and iron out all dirt and stains of Satan, before I return...yes, even sin consciousness, which has held the Body back, for decades, from doing the greater works. Salvation, healing and miracles will literally sweep over entire regions, reversing the curse, without discrimination or reservation. Where there is a Word, there'll be a remedy! Death will not be able to withstand that Presence. Scores are perceived as unreachable and Unhealable. They will be the first recipients of the drenching, the Father's compassion and plan."

FREELY DISPENSE!

"When entering a pharmacy for medication, are you questioned about race, color, creed, sex, sin, affiliation or belief systems? No! Neither are My children to become caught up in such nonsense. Your job is to dispense the Glory, as I lead and prescribe, obeying those nudgings and promptings...whether it's winning the lost, healing the sick or raising the dead. Administer! Sow that Seed! Again, take no thought! Salute none along the way. Allow compassion to direct, as exploits are performed in My Name. Freely, you have received. Dispense Life to all, in like fashion. Lift up your head! Strengthen those feeble knees. Raise anointed hands in praise, as I am poised to pour out of My Spirit in, and through, you!"

Have you ever contemplated the reason Jesus commanded us to love one another and actually live by this mandate? It's because He wants Christians to prosper, be in health...spirit, soul and body, while accurately representing the Kingdom, as we plunder hell and populate Heaven. The Master recognizes that love is the primary key to success in all, pertaining to life and godliness.

TO WALK IN LOVE BRINGS HIS BLESSING

What a wonderful blessing walking in love brings! When we completely understand the many blessings that are derived from that posture, the Church will never want to abandon it, when encountering pressure or aggravation.

Becoming fretful and resentful ultimately costs us lifesaving, supernatural revelation. The price is high, since souls and destinies hang in the balance of our decisions.

You might ask, "Paul, what exactly does love have to do with spiritual revelation?"

IT HAS PLENTY TO DO WITH WALKING IN LOVE!

Let me satisfy that question with one word...plenty! Colossians 2:2 tells the story. See for yourself how closely they (love, wisdom and revelation) are tied together. But, the benefits of love don't stop with wisdom and revelation. They include Divine Power, in addition. Jesus made that clear in John 14:21, committing to reveal, or manifest, His heart and nature to the person who walks in love. This verse is extremely significant, in light of the fact that we yearn for Him to reveal Himself by signs, wonders and miracles. Without question, as the time of the Savior's Second Coming draws nigh, His manifestations, through the Bride, will be greater and greater.

GEOGRAPHICALLY, WHERE WILL HIS MIGHTIEST OUTPOURINGS BE?

Where will the mightiest outpourings be witnessed? Among Believers who choose love's way. That is precisely what happened in the Book of Acts. God poured out His Spirit in tremendous power at Pentecost, with tongues of fire and the sound of a mighty, rushing wind, not upon those who were backbiting and fighting with one another, but on individuals who "continued with one accord (Acts 1:14)."

The Holy Spirit shook the building and filled every Christian with Himself and boldness, when they were "of one heart and of one soul (Acts 4:32)."

IT MUST BE DONE, REGARDLESS OF THE COST!

Are you looking for intimacy with the Father, a sound mind, revelation, power, peace and joy? Walk in love, regardless of the cost. Choose the high road at every juncture. Bless those who despitefully use you. Overcome evil with good. On that Cross, even Jesus recognized that His accusers and victimizers thought they were right, but didn't have a clue! By so doing, Holy Spirit coals of Fire...conviction, truth, healing and blessings, will be heaped upon their heads! Consequently, more names will be added to the Lamb's Book of Life. And that's what we are all about!
