During recent worldwide events, Christians of all denominations have been praying in unprecedented numbers. Yet they have not always prayed in unison.

Not a problem!

We don't always know HOW to pray -- whether it's about a controversial issue such as Terri Schiavo or a passing Pope, the Church has prayed in different, even opposing, ways.

Yet we're told to "pray without ceasing," and to pray, "Thy Kingdom come," because our prayers sometimes need help from above.

So . . . what happens if our prayers are prayed incorrectly or if we pray even "accidentally" against one another?

Here is the answer: "In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express." (Romans 8:26, NIV)

As the Church sows, it also reaps. If we pray -- even if we pray while disagreeing on an issue -- the Spirit changes our prayers into the right prayers before they get to God's ears (so to speak).

So, sometimes, when you can only "groan," the Spirit says, "I can USE THAT GROAN. I'll change it into what you need to pray!"

Now, with that in mind, read this word from the Lord for the results of your recent and ongoing prayers!

"FERVENT WORLD-WIDE PRAYERS FOR TERRY SCHIAVO AND POPE JOHN PAUL WERE NOT IN VAIN . . . THEY ARE TRIGGERING A GLOBAL 'SPIRITUAL' TSUNAMI THAT WILL SOON SHAKE TWO BILLION SOULS INTO MY KINGDOM!"

I heard the Father repeat it as though I wasn't believing what I was hearing. "Yes, that's what I said . . . One billion souls for Terry Schiavo and one billion souls for Pope John Paul to celebrate their homecoming! The global cries of fervent prayers that were interceding for these lives have shifted the very heavens above, shaking heaven closer to earth to trigger a world-wide 'spiritual' tsunami!"

It sounded almost scriptural, like in the book of Joel when God said, "In the last days I will pour out of My Spirit upon ALL FLESH!"


A "SPIRITUAL" QUEEN AND KING HAS DIED . . .

Isaiah 6:1 "In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and His train filled the temple!"

If Isaiah saw the Lord in the year that a king died, what do you think we will see when a spiritual queen (Terry Schiavo) and a spiritual king (Pope John Paul ) dies in the same year, two days apart? The whole earth will begin to see the Lord high and lifted up and His train and glory filling the earth like the waters that cover the seas!


GIVING HONOR TO WHOM HONOR IS DUE

I personally have never seen such honor given to a godly man such as the Catholic church has honored their Pope. I heard the Lord say, "I am bringing back the honor and respect to spiritual authority in the earth that is due them, not only in death, but while they are living. In honoring those in authority, their followers will discover blessings released upon their lives that will bring forth a reverence and a Godly fear into the earth."


FOUR MILLION ATTENDED THE POPE'S FUNERAL . . . "MY HANDS CAUGHT THE ASHES OF A QUEEN!"

Not to take anything away from the Pope's honor in his death, but "precious in the eyes of the Lord is the death of His saints" -- no matter who they are. God evens out the glory that is revealed in us through our suffering and dying. Even when a sparrow falls to the ground, the Father is there. I sense the Father saying, "Four million people attended the Pope's funeral and My Hands caught the ashes of a Queen! They were both precious to Me!"

We will miss Terry and Pope John Paul. Even though we wish them back, they would say, "No, thank you . . . wish you were here!"

I sense somewhere in that great celebration going on in heaven with Jesus, there's a Pope and a Queen dancing together around the throne.

"Oh, what a day that will be when My Jesus I shall see!"
