"Oregon Supreme Court Upholds
Traditional Marriage"
April 14, 2005
The Oregon Supreme Court today nullified
nearly 3,000 marriage licenses issued to same gender couples a year ago in Multnomah
County. The court said the matter was a concern of the state, and the county had
no legal right to issue the licenses.
The court also noted the approval by Oregonians of a constitutional amendment last
November that limits marriages to being between a man and a woman.

You Are Being Provoked! I Have Not Forgotten You"

Coming to North America
March 26 , 2005 - Detroit, MI: God says, There is a greater measure of My
Spirit that's about to come upon the United States of America. There's been a provocation
that has come from Asia. There's a provocation that has come from Africa. Why should
Africa have more than what you have? Why should Asia have more than what you have?
There's a provocation coming from third world countries. They say they have the miracles, but where are the
miracles of our forefathers?
I say, on behalf of America, where
are the miracles of our forefathers? Why are they having the resurrection of the
dead in Africa? Why are they having so many great salvations in South America? I
say to you, North America, you have not been left out. You have been attacked, and
your soil has been punctured, but God says, "Enough is enough; I'm raising up a
group of people that say, 'I'm going to take it by force.'"
Prophets Coming to the Marketplace
(NASDAQ)
I feel the Spirit saying to me that there are dissatisfied prayer warriors; there
are dissatisfied pastors. You have looked at empty chairs for too long. That's over.
North America, there has been a compromise upon your faith. The religious of the
hour have stolen your prophets, and the Obadiahs of this hour have hidden the prophets.
It's time for the prophets to come out of hiding. There cannot just be one. There cannot just be one
voice, that has run from the power of witchcraft and Jezebel, that has hidden away. What are you doing here, Elijah? There are
thousands of hidden prophets, and religion has said, "Shut your mouth; otherwise,
we will expose you and we will make you naked." It shall not be so.
For there are prophets that are coming
out of the closet. There are prophets that are coming out of the little children.
They are going to come out of the kids, out of the teenagers. They are going to
be raised up in the marketplace, they are going to be raised up in the business
world, and they are going to be raised up in Wall Street. And the NASDAQ will hear
of these prophets of this generation that shall understand the glory of God's prosperity.
There shall be righteousness upon the dollar. And I will take the perversion and
the greed from the dollar and place righteousness upon it so that they can be placed
in righteous hands. For the bosom of the righteous is being prepared now, and the
unrighteous are about to heap into the bosom of the righteous.
Why is it that the people of Africa are seeing the resurrection of the dead? Why
do we have to go to other nations to see? What's wrong with this nation? I'm about
to invade the marketplace. I'm about to go into the highways and byways, just like
I promised. All the great auditoriums of this earth and all the great stadiums were
built for gatherings of the people of God that would declare, "Enough is enough.
We've gathered in one place and in one accord, but we lack the spirit and we lack
the fire." And suddenly there shall be the sound of a mighty rushing wind and you
shall be filled with the Spirit and nations shall understand your language and they
shall understand the glorious gospel of the Kingdom.
Electronic Gatherings
There is a provocation upon America. You are being provoked. They say, "Why is it
that in South America we hear all the great preachers have tens of thousands getting
saved at one time, yet you come into our churches and it's difficult to get 20 people
to the altar?"
Why is it? Because, God says, it has
never been my intention to bring the unsaved into the house of God -- unsaved. It
is my intention for you to go, not bring. Just like Jesus built a pulpit with the
woman at the well. Just like Jesus built a pulpit in the home of a sinner. Just
like Jesus built a pulpit way over by the river and he told a man, "I'm going to
spit in the ground and there is going to be a miracle," so you are going
to go to them.
God is going to open the door for
you to go to where they are at. And then you'll bring them into the house.
And in the house they will be fed; and in the house they will be set free. America,
you think that Africa has had great gatherings, but just watch Me now. For the electronic
gatherings, the satellite gatherings, are going to draw millions at a time, and
nations are going to be touched because of this great media thing that I'm going
to do. You have not been left behind. But do not compromise upon your faith; take
a step out of the boat . . .

stand with me one more minute.
"Won't you look to the summer? For I have a plan. Won't you look for the summer?
For I have a plan to restore. Won't you look to the summer? For I have a plan to
open up the door, which you've been waiting for. I've been waiting for the door
to open. I've been waiting for the door to come this way. I've been waiting. Look
to the summer. There is something that is coming. Look to the summer. There is something
that you've been waiting for.
"And I will open up the door to you.
Look to the summer. Look to the sun [Son], for I am sending you something that you've
been waiting for, something that you've been praying for. Look to the month of October,
because I am sending you something that you've been waiting for. There is a faith
that will come in the summer. It's what you've been waiting for. There's a miracle
that'll come because of the open door, and I've been preparing it for you. And you've
been awaiting for Me.
"Listen now. There is a sound that is coming to the east, to the north. There's
a miracle coming to this place. You've been awaiting for it. I will not let you
down, says the Lord. For there will be the sound of a mighty rushing wind. For your
prayers have come before the Father. There is a time for the harvest. There's a
place that you've been waiting for. And I've been planning to open up the door in
this place. I'm opening up the door in this place. I'm opening up the door in this
place. And you've been awaiting for it. Are you hearing Him?"
"In the Month of October I Will Bring About
an Outpouring of My Spirit"
"And know your law [?]. There are
those demons that'll tremble, and there are sickness(es) that will disappear, because
I've been planning for this day. And the north, east, and the mid will know the
power of His Light. You've been waiting for it. It's what you've been waiting for.
It's just around the corner for you. You've been waiting for it. Because what you've
been waiting for is just around the corner. It's because you've been waiting for
it, that now is the time to rejoice." Lift your voice and give Him a shout. Come
on.
"But you've said to Me, 'Lord, send revival.' And the ground of this place is crying
out for His grace. What you've been waiting for is just around the corner." Lift
up your hands and give the Lord a praise. Lift your hands up and receive amazing
grace. Come on, lift your hands up. Lift your voice.
For the Spirit of God says, "What
I have planned for Washington, D.C., and what I have planned for Maryland, Virginia,
and territories that surround you, has been on hold," says the Spirit of the Lord,
"because so many have cried out, but they've walked away in unbelief.
"But,
I hear the sound tonight," says the Lord, "of many that say, 'Oh, God, rain upon
us. Rain upon us.'" And God says, "I will not disappoint you. I will not let you
down. I will come to you," says the Lord. "And in the month of October I will bring
about an outpouring of My Spirit. And many of your prayers that went unanswered
will be answered. Many of your family will be touched greatly," says the Lord.
"For tonight I will break and shake
the many forces that have stopped the breakthrough in this place. It's what you've
been waiting for. It's just around the corner. It's waiting for you to come. Because
what you've been waiting for is just around the corner for you, won't you come to
Me?"
Now, you can do it right now. God's
saying it's right in this atmosphere. Because what you've been waiting for is just
around the corner. It's waiting for you to come to Him. Call out His name. Come
on.
Your Children Shall Say, "It Seems Easier
for Me to Reach God"
Father, tonight I'm praying that You would break every force that has come against
Your people. Let these not be empty words tonight. I pray that the Spirit of Prophecy
would literally raise the dead.
But the Spirit of God says, "Do you
think that it is impossible to raise the dead? Do you think that it is impossible?
I have allowed Africa to see the resurrection of the dead. I have allowed Asia to
see the resurrection of the dead. I have allowed South America, Central America
to raise the dead. And, America, the United States of America, has been provoked
by the great, miraculous things that have happened in these nations. But," God said,
"I will not pass you by. There shall be a resurrection of the dead," says the Lord.
Come on.
The Spirit of God said, "Raise up your hands." Tonight the Spirit of the Lord says,
"I defy the forces. I defy the forces of darkness, for you shall see the breakthrough
that you've prayed for. There shall be a law that shall be in your favor that shall
come to this state. And I will release keys unto My people. And your children shall
say, 'It seems easier for me to reach God. It seems easier for me to pray.'
"The
heavens are opening up tonight," says the Lord. "The heavens are opening up tonight,"
says the Lord. "The heavens are opening up tonight," says the Lord. Come on. "The heavens are opening up tonight. Hear the
Prophet of the Lord as he speaks to your area."
"The Buried Bones Still Have Life in Them"
The Spirit of God says, "Hear. For
some of you have come and said, 'Lord, I need my faith . . . I need my faith to
be raised up.'"
But God said, "Do you understand that
the bones that were buried still have life in them? The prophecies of yesterday
that have not been fulfilled for this region shall be fulfilled through your young
children and through your lives," says the Spirit of the Lord.
"People of God, raise up your anthem. Raise up your voice. For tonight, as the heavens
open up, I will miraculously store you and place you in a higher dimension. Raise
your voice up to the Lord Most High. Raise your voice to the Lord Most High and
praise Him." Come on.
"From this region," says the Lord,
"I will raise up writers. I will raise up sportsmen. I will raise up children that
shall take over the Bill Gates' of this world. Why? Because," God said, "You prayed
for My kingdom to come. You prayed for My Kingdom to come. And many have said, 'This
is not going to happen in this region.'"
Don't Move Back. Move Forward.
And God said, "Many curses have come
your way. False prophets have stood on the corners and the borders of your land.
And they have said, 'It will not come to Maryland.'" But God said, "It shall. It
shall, because though there is but a small group, there is a great stronghold that
has been brought down," says the Lord, "by your prayers.
"I'm
raising up a prophetic household in Portland, Oregon. I'm raising up a place where
prophets will gather together. And here," says the Lord, "in Maryland, I'm raising
up a place where prophets will gather together. You shall hear about the breakthroughs,
because I will do something in the wombs of women . . . in the wombs of women,"
says the Lord. "They shall come to life and there shall be great breakthroughs as
a result of it. Before, and even as this prophet sits and defies the spirit of unbelief,
get ready," says the Lord, "for I am taking down the force of Jezebel that has chased
the Elijahs away from this region," says the Lord. Come on.
The Spirit says, "Hear the Word of the Lord tonight. Don't move back. Move forward.
I am building an altar in the midst of you right now. I'm building an altar in the
midst of you," says the Lord.
"Why? Because you asked Me for the
fire. And the fire that I'm sending will consume the sacrifice that you've put upon
the altar that has been in and built in the midst of unbelief. An altar has been
built in the midst of pain and grief. The bones are coming to life," says the Lord.
"The bones are coming to life," says
the Spirit of the Lord. They are dead bones, but God said, "I am breathing My Spirit
upon the connected bones. Therefore, get ready, for your young men and your women
shall be as warriors that will be raised up. Get ready, for there shall be the sound
of the mighty rushing wind that shall come to this place. And I will bring you back
to life," says the Lord.
Come on. Just raise your hands and
keep praying. Miracles are happening throughout this building right now. God said,
"Like a mighty rushing wind, I'm going to bring something into your midst." Raise
your hands and just pray. There's an altar that is now being brought into the midst
of you.
A Powerful Force of Witchcraft is Being Broken
God said, "Unbelief is being broken.
A powerful force of witchcraft is being broken," says the Lord.
"You talk about the Dalai Lama. You
talk about the Dalai Lama." God said, "The power of that eastern religion has crept
into seven states." God said, "I'm going to take the power of that witchcraft and
bring it to nothing so that My President may pray without fear and unbelief."
The Spirit of Faith is arising in this place. The Spirit of Faith is arising in
this place. Come on. The Spirit of Faith, arise in this place. Spirit of Faith,
arise in this place. Jezebel has fallen down to the dogs. Come on. Spirit of Faith,
arise in this place. Spirit of Faith, arise in this place. The Jezebel has fallen
to the dogs. Give Him praise. Come on.
Something's happening in the house.
Come on, God's people. I don't care what's been coming against you. It's being destroyed
right now and it's spreading out of here, right in this place. Spirit of Faith,
arise in this place. The Spirit of Faith, arise in this place. Jezebel has fallen
to the dogs. We are the ones that rejoice. Come on. The Spirit of Faith to rise
in this place. The Spirit of Faith, arise in this place. The Jezebel has fallen
to the dogs. We are the ones who rejoice. Everybody shout. Spirit of Faith, arise
in this place. The Spirit of Faith arise in this place. The Jezebel has fallen down
to the dogs. We are the ones who rejoice.
Bones, come alive in this place. Bones,

rejoice. Everybody make a noise. We are the ones. We are the ones who rejoice. Come

four. Come on. The Spirit of Faith. The Spirit of Faith. The Spirit of Faith, arise
in this place. Jezebel has fallen down to the dogs. We are the ones who rejoice.
I hear the Spirit saying, "Elisha,
will you come forth? Elisha, leave your father's house."
"I Want to Meet with You Face to Face"
Lift up holy hands to the Lord. Father,
I'm sensing tonight, Lord, that You are bringing us to the altar.
"I'm bringing you to the Altar of
Grace, so that I can meet with you. I'm bringing you to the Altar of Grace, so I
can meet with you. I'm calling you to the Altar of Grace so I can meet with you.
Face to face I will meet with you. I'm calling you to the Altar of Grace so I can
meet with you face to face. Then won't you come to the altar, the altar of Grace,
so I can meet with you face to face? Face to face I will meet with you."
Come on now. How many of you want
to meet Him right now? I don't care who you are. I want you to find a place at the
altar. I want you to begin to worship the Lord. Come on.
"I'm calling you to the Altar of Grace
so I can meet with you face to face. Face to face, I want to meet with you."
Your Place of Pain Shall Be Changed into a
Place of Rain
Oh, yes. Oh, yes. Everybody, I want
you to meet Him at the altar right now. This is not just a worship service. This
is where the Lord says, "If you will meet Me at this altar, I'll change your life
tonight. I'll give you what you've been praying for. I'll make America great by
your prayers. But allow My altar to be filled with praise and joy tonight."
Raise your voice to the Lord and worship
Him. Oh, yes. Give Him praise. Give Him praise. Oh, yes. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
C'mon, everybody, lift your voice up. Oh, yes. "I'm calling you to the Altar of
Grace. I'm calling you to the Altar of Grace to meet you face to face. I want to
meet you face to face. Oh, yes I do. I'm calling you to the Altar of Grace. I want
to meet with you face to face. You and I. I want to meet with you."
In the presence of defeat, it may be the Spirit of Grace that eventually reaches
out and causes you to rise up. But, tonight, the Spirit clearly has taken me to
another place. Even as Jacob came before God and lay in a place of pain, and the
heavens opened up and God's voice came forth, his place of pain was changed into
a place of rain. I'm praying, Lord God, that You would take this place and that
You would transform it for us -- every person, every house, every family, Lord.
As Your heavens have opened up tonight and we have knelt at this altar, I pray,
Lord, that You would give us victory upon victory upon victory.
Come on, everybody, stand to your
feet and give God a shout of praise!
