"I SAW ANGELS SCRAMBLING ONTO BELTWAY 695 . . . I AM SURROUNDING THE CITY OF BALTIMORE!"

Although this vision is just for Baltimore, I sense that as it is decreed through the Elijah List, that it will spur a ripple effect of faith, like dominos, into other cities where people are interceding for their own.

Just this past weekend I was ministering in a small church right next to the 695 beltway near Security Blvd. in Baltimore, Maryland. During worship I saw something punch a hole up through the heavens over that region and angels began scrambling onto the beltway nearby. I saw a caution sign being constructed and it began flashing, "Caution . . . TRAFFICKING OF ANGELS MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES!"

I used to complain about the traffic being so thick on the beltway almost any time of the day or night, but I saw more angels than vehicles overtaking the beltway. As surely as the beltway circles the city, God was using it to release a heavenly strategy to take the city this hour.

Recently, I read where Beltway 695 is being widened to eight lanes in some places. Is it any wonder? The number "eight" means to "super-abound"! It is the number specially associated with "Resurrection and Regeneration," and the beginning of a new era or order!

I sense that God has divinely numbered this 695 Beltway with a prophetic destiny. "Six" means the number stamped on all that is connected with human labor. Much labor has been toiled through the hands of man to build this beltway around the city and the city itself. "Nine" means the Divine Judgment of man and all his works. Truly judgment is being released this hour on all of human works that are apart from God's. And the number "five" means grace! Thank God for that number "five," especially this year of 2005! I see grace coming down the highways, byways, and beltways into the city!

I see people driving on the beltway north, south, east, and west driving through pockets of anointing -- like healing zones embedded in the blacktop pavements. I hear people asking their passengers, "Did you feel that? Did you see what I saw? I felt something going out of me and something going in! What was that? I just felt a peace like I have never felt in my whole life! I better get off at the next exit . . . I might be pulled over for drunk driving!"


BELTWAY CHURCHES

I saw the Spirit of God drawing people off of the beltway into church parking lots. If you attend a church that is near the beltway, you had better hope you built large enough for what is coming! Grace is coming down the road and people are going to be looking for the closest church they can find to discover what they just were experiencing. They will come looking for you!


DRIVE-THRU CHURCHES

I sense the Beltway will become another Emmaus Road experience for many. Many will experience driving through zones of healing, deliverance, and open visions on the highway. Conviction with salvation taking place at 65 miles per hour. It almost sounds like God is taking over the work of man. Just like He's God! I hear God saying, "My Way is the Highway!"

"Baltimore . . . you are being surrounded by the Holy Ghost from an open heaven . . . You are mine!"
