"I AM RELEASING AN 'ABRAHAM LINCOLN' AND 'DANIEL BOONE' ANOINTING UPON MY PEOPLE TO 'PERSEVERE' AND 'PIONEER' . . . TO FINISH THE COURSE!"

Recently, on my way to a meeting in Somerset, PA, I saw a billboard with a picture of Abraham Lincoln on it. Beside Lincoln's huge picture were written the words: "Failed, Failed, Failed . . . and then persevered. Pass it on!"

Two weeks later I ministered at a meeting in Morgantown, PA. They put me up in a Bed and Breakfast farmhouse named "Lincoln-Boone" Bed and Breakfast. One of the early owners of the house in 1810 was James Lincoln, the great uncle of Abraham Lincoln.

As I talked to the owner she explained that Abraham Lincoln's great-grandfather married Anna Boone, the cousin of Daniel Boone who was born just down the road in Reading, PA. Daniel Boone was destined to become a man of the wild, an explorer of unmapped spaces. At eighty-five years old, he was laid to rest in Missouri on a bluff above a river and town on a "high, far-seeing place like the ones he always climbed to see the land beyond." She showed me the original deeds of the home kept preserved with Abraham Lincoln's great grandfather's signature written on it.

I knew by staying in this house was a great confirmation of what the Lord wanted to speak and impart to the Body of Christ in that region and beyond. I actually slept next to the Lincoln room that night and sensed the atmospheric anointing that was coming through the walls, floors, and ceilings of this ancient landmark.

AN ANOINTING TO "PERSEVERE" AND "PIONEER"

There is something I cannot get away from that God is confirming in my recent travels. I sense God wants to release and impart, this hour, an "Abraham Lincoln" and "Daniel Boone" anointing into the Body of Christ. An anointing to "persevere" and "pioneer" . . . an anointing to finish what God is calling us to do!

Apostle Paul said, "I have run the race, I have fought the good fight of faith and I have finished the course the Lord laid out for me!" I sense there are many who know God has called them to do something. Maybe it's a writing project, a ministry, or shaking the world for Christ! You have started out with God, but somehow it's been difficult and utterly impossible for you to seemingly finish what He has called you to do. God wants to release and impart this anointing to you to not only "persevere" but to "pioneer," breaking into new territory where you haven't thought was possible to go before! You are going to go as far as God goes with this impartation!


THIS "PERSEVERING" ANOINTING WILL ENABLE YOU TO BREAK THROUGH AND BREAK OUT AS THAT "PIONEERING" SPIRIT KICKS IN TO BREAK UP NEW TERRITORY AND FRONTIERS WHERE ONLY GOD KNOWS WHERE YOU ARE GOING!

So new and fresh that the enemy has no clue where God is taking you. He will literally lose track of your address for you will be hidden in the glory of His presence.


I HEAR THE LORD SAYING, "I WILL TAKE OVER FROM HERE!"

I sense many are so discouraged that you feel you can no longer even stand up at this point. But I would like for you to stand up one more time to receive from the Lord. I sense the Lord knows we can't go on any further. We have tried and many feel that they maybe have never heard God after all. You have gone as far as you can go. But I hear the Lord saying, "I will take over from here!"

As an act of faith would you take one "last" stand, as Abraham Lincoln did after many failures and discouragements -- a "one more time" getting back up that took him through to become a great president of the United States. One last stand, like Daniel Boone himself took, and he became famous for pioneering and discovering what was beyond himself, into the unknown, where God knows everything.

Would you be willing to ask God to help make you willing? Would you stand up right now where you are and raise your hands to heaven to receive what only God can give and do for us? Can you stand to be blessed?

"Father, you said after having done all . . . to stand! We corporately and individually come to you and stand to receive this 'Lincoln-Boone' anointing and impartation to 'persevere' and 'pioneer' to finish the course You have laid out before us. You are the author and finisher of our faith!

"We receive it by faith and believe You for it . . . And we will pass it on!"


"I'm standing . . . "
