I have established for you. Your measure within these boundaries is not determined
by you, but by Me. Therefore, rejoice in the doors of opportunity I have opened
for you. Know that there will be much warfare greeting you at every turn. With the
authority I have granted is also much favor, grace, and compassion. My hand is upon
you for this hour. Step up to the battle lines and engage the enemy as you walk
in pinpoint obedience to My every word. You can rest assured that I will never leave
you but, rather, will be with you to the end. With humility, do not be afraid to
walk in the extended boundaries I have established for you.

"THE NEXT FOUR YEARS & BEYOND"

So as with many prophetic words, of the
pieces that we have here (we know in part and we prophesy in part, 1 Corinthians
13:9), some of the pieces are clear and forthright. Other "pieces" or
"parts" have the element of uncertainty such as, "I don't know if this is literal
or symbolic."
God loves the process of our searching out
His prophetic riddles:
"It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to
search out a matter is the glory of kings." Proverbs 25:2 (NIV)
By the way, this revelation
was sent to me on the 21st of December, almost a week prior to the great earthquake
and tsunami.

"THE NEXT FOUR YEARS & BEYOND" - Joni Ames

December 21, 2004 - The past few months have been a "quiet" time for me. I "saw"
and "heard" things, but they were not yet to be related openly. Also, some of the
rest of what I was hearing was already being spoken about by others, so there was
no need to send out the "Joni version!"
The other thing that was going on is that the Lord was doing a work in me, and had
me in a time of "sabbatical" from writing and sending out words for awhile, as well
as a time of introspection and change.
However, the "quiet" season has seemingly come
to an end, and I'm in a season when many dreams and other prophetic downloads have
been unloaded in my direction. I believe they have to do with the next four years.
Therefore, I submit some of them to you below:
DREAM REGARDING THE NEXT FOUR YEARS
This dream came to me in very a strong way. Even while receiving it, the thought
came to me, "This dream is coming to me in much the way Daniel's came to him."
In the dream, I saw a man running in my direction through an open field, who then
jumped forward towards me through a bush that separated the field from the area
I was standing in. He then stopped and bent over and put his hands around his ankles,
seemingly in a runner's pose, to catch his breath.
My attention was quickly drawn from him to what was now coming across the field
behind him. Suddenly, a tremendous crowd of people were stampeding toward us, with
a huge fire devouring behind them. I almost screamed to the man to "LOOK!" -- but,
just as they got to the bush, they stopped.
Then, through the bush, began stepping a series of four different animals. I knew
in my spirit that each of them was one year old, perfectly formed, healthy, and
beautiful, and that each represented a one year period that we were going to experience.
First came a leopard, then a deer, a cow, and, finally, a pony. However, I had no
idea what they represented.
The only revelation I had originally received
was "a leopard doesn't change its spots." I also had a knowing, in my spirit, that
what I saw represented the next four years, now that Bush has finished the race
and won.
In the end of the dream, children were happily riding ponies all over the open field.
INTERPRETATION
The dream was (and is) as vivid as it was when I had it. It stuck with me so strongly
that I finally called a trusted prophetic friend, Bob Jones, about it. The following
was the interpretation:
BOB JONES: What you saw represented
the next four years, now that Bush has finished the race and won.
JONI: Yes, that's what I felt. But I don't know what each animal represented.
BOB JONES: Well, a leopard doesn't change its spots.
JONI: Yes, I got that, but what does that mean?
 BOB
JONES: Well, here in the next year, there's going to be a time of decision for
the ones that, seemingly, haven't made very much progress toward proper change --
like the leopard that doesn't change its spots. It's time to seek who will be served.
A year in the valley of decision or commitment. A call to repentance. A time for
those in the occult to seek righteousness.
But then, the next year, the deer, well, that shows that we don't need to be discouraged,
because they WILL come around, and they will have hind's feet to soar on high places.
Then, the cow, well, that's the sacrifice. And that speaks of offering up to the
Lord what is His. The sacrifice of righteousness and praise.
And finally, the pony -- like the donkey that Jesus rode on -- Jesus will come on
in, riding in the saddles of the youth's minds, and then there will be great celebration.
The youth are going to come into their place, for you saw them riding all over the
field and enjoying themselves.
With that understanding, I then felt that this referred also to those in government
that haven't quite decided to follow what God put them there for, and that they
will eventually make it through their struggles and go on to do what He called them
to. I was reminded of what Proverbs 29:2 says,
"When the righteous
are in authority, the people rejoice; but when a wicked man rules, the people groan."
Additionally, I felt that the children riding in the field represented a turn in
the abortion laws to protect the children, and allow the called ones to be birthed
and come forth to ride with the Lord in their callings.
EARTHQUAKES
One evening, as I stood at my sink, it seemed that suddenly everything was
shaking, and I heard, "Beware of earthquakes this coming year. Pray for the protection
of the lives of those where they occur."
EMERGENCY BROADCAST SYSTEM
Several times, recently, I have heard what sounded like an emergency broadcast siren,
and have seen "flashes" of explosions, people running, and have heard the excited
voices of news media members who are covering the activities crying, "The United
States is under attack! Get to a place of safety! We are truly a nation at war!"
I also heard the "buzzer" that sounds over a radio or TV station when a weather
warning is released, and felt that there will additionally be atmospheric emergencies
this coming year as well, and that we need to be prepared to respond in the safest
way possible. Often the Lord gives warning so that His people will move to safety
before His judgment falls -- such as with Lot and his wife. If He calls you to do
that, don't look back. It sure didn't help Lot's wife to do so.
I also sensed that the "weather warning siren" warns us of stormy times to come
economically, and that there is a call to "downsize, simplify, and be wise" in the
area of finances.
CHANGE IN OFFICE OF VICE PRESIDENT
I had an open vision while in church in the Spring of last year that there was a
change in the vice presidential office while Bush was president. I dreamt that President
Bush was having a press conference to announce it. I don't know if this is in the
natural (although, I lean toward that), or if there is great change coming into
the life of our vice president.
However, I encourage all to pray for him regarding
the heart problems he has had, and that he would either be totally healed, or able
to withstand the pressure of his office; or that he would be wise enough to resign
so as to extend his life by eliminating the stress and pressure that his office
holds, if it would do damage to him.
Also, pray that if he leaves that office before
the end of his term, the person who the Lord chooses to stand in that office, if
vacated, would be in proper position to do so before any of these things take place.
WOMEN LEADERS
The Lord has been showing me that this is truly a time when women will be coming
to the forefront as leaders in our nation. Expect to see it be the case more and
more where politics, ministries, business entrepreneurs, and office board rooms
are concerned.
INCREASED TECHNOLOGIES
The increased technologies that are coming in this time and season will be both
interesting and frightening. Even technologies to develop weather pattern changes.
BEYOND AND INTO 2012
I felt that it is imperative that we each purpose even more to begin to fulfill
our callings and purpose between now and 2012, for the enemy will be fighting hard
to even bring atomic disaster. Interesting developments towards 2012. Very important
to begin now to bring in the harvest.
PRAY FOR THE MEDIA
Pray for the news media. They need wisdom and direction as some of what is about
to come takes place. And, most importantly, more of them need Jesus, for some of
them won't be able to handle some of what they are about to see, without Him.
But, additionally, many of them are in place,
"for such a time as this," to record HIS-story as Biblical prophecy unfolds before
our very eyes.
PRAYER
Lord, we come before you and pray for your love to surround, protect, and guide
us in these times. We repent and turn from our ways and re-commit ourselves afresh
to you and YOUR ways, Lord. We know that the Inner Court is the only safe place
to be in these times, and ask that you show us the way in and help us learn how
to stay there, beneath the shelter of your arms.
We call in our loved ones, and call forth for
each of us to walk in the purposes for which you created us and paid for it with
the shed blood of Jesus on the cross. Let us walk worthy of our callings in you
and not be distracted, so that we may be used to bring in the harvest.
We also cry out for healing miracles this year,
Lord. Our lives and times are truly in Your Hands. In Jesus' name, Amen.
