Elijah List Readers,
As I was working on Part II (in my thoughts, yesterday) about the article we
just posted, called "Another SIGN TODAY FOR ISRAEL AND ALL ISRAEL'S
DESCENDENTS!" -- corrections began to come in from the first article.
I blew it, plain and simple.
In the same way that I sometimes mix, in my mind, the Bible characters, Sarah
and Rachel, I also sometimes do that with Ishmael.
To be clear, Ishmael is not Israel's (Jacob's) descendent, but rather, Jacob's
uncle.
I'm working on a full correction along with Part II of the article. In some
ways, the second part might be considered more controversial than Part I, but
it's a place I believe the Lord wants the Church to "go" in the understanding of
His chosen People Israel...and the relatives of Israel. Israel will never stop
being God's Chosen. Nevertheless, there is much to be said for God's heart for
the other children of Abraham.
Stay tuned.
In the meantime, my apologies for making this mistake in calling Ishmael
Israel's descendent.
