A few mornings ago when I woke up, I literally saw the letters A and T in my spirit. As I got up and started to pray, I continued to see and hear those two letters in my spirit, "A and T." As I kept praying, I sensed the Lord say, "August Thrive." I knew then that what the Lord was saying was that in August He is calling and causing His sons and daughters to thrive.
For two or three days prior to this, I kept sensing in my spirit that an acceleration was coming. I knew it would not only be for myself, but also for many in the Body of Christ. When I sensed this acceleration, I knew what that meant. If acceleration is coming then I need to grow, dive deeper in the Word, go on a fast, pray and seek the Lord.
How to Thrive and Step Into Acceleration
In order to step into any acceleration the Lord has for us we must be intentional, obedient and diligent to do whatever He says. In order to thrive and step into acceleration, we cannot be lazy. This is not the season to sit idle and expect the Lord to bring everything to us. God is looking for those who will partner with Him to see whatever He has placed in their hearts come to pass. God wants to bring acceleration to those things, whether they are goals, dreams, or prophetic words. However, we must put in the work and be properly positioned to step into them.
I'm telling you, my friends, this is going to be a phenomenal month for Kingdom people. It is not a month where you are going to just keep surviving – you will thrive. Surviving is making it day by day. Thriving is living out of the overflow of the favor and blessing God places on your life. This is a season to apply your life to everything that God has ever blessed you with and start walking in your gifts, talents, and abilities. (Photo via Unsplash)
Mentors and Leaders Will Be a Vital Key in This Season
In this season, mentors and leaders will be a vital key to thriving. This is a time to lean into the leaders and mentors God has placed in your life. Those who are willing to be accountable to trustworthy voices will thrive. The Bible says in Proverbs, in two different verses, that our plans in life will go astray unless we have wise counsel. Now more than ever we each need godly and wise counsel in our lives and for our ears and hearts to be open to hear them. I personally have intercessors, apostles and prophets who are on my team, in my life and have a voice to speak into my life.
Don't Give Up! This Is Your Season!
I believe that in the next 60 days, many people will see their lives change remarkably. You will see some big turnarounds in your lives. You will experience accelerated breakthroughs.
We are often the most tempted to give up right before our biggest breakthrough. Don't get weary or give up, this is your season! There's an acceleration happening; get ready to go for everything that God has for you. The anointing and the favor of God is going to be strong in your life this month. It's time to thrive in August!
