"[I]f My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14 ESV)
As I sought the Lord, I was shown a vision of many people in nations all across the world on their knees praying, humbling themselves, turning their faces to Jesus and seeking after Him with all their hearts. Holy Spirit spoke the words of 2 Chronicles 7:14 to me as I was watching this vision of the Body of Christ across the nations.
I knew the Lord was showing me what has begun to take place, but it was also an invitation for this hour as there is a significant need for more people to take up this call from Heaven. The promise of 2 Chronicles 7:14 unlocks divine intervention and blessing for individuals and nations and is critical for this time.
An Invitation and a Call to Action
I then heard the Lord say, "I am not a man that I should lie. The promises I have given in My Word still stand. Now is the time, like never before, to embrace 2 Chronicles 7:14. It is both an invitation and a call to action. Without action the promise falls to the ground and bears no fruit, but as My people take hold of this promise in word and deed, explosive power will be seen to bring transformation, healing and restoration.
"Consecration, repentance and surrender is the foundation from which My people will arise in the fullness of all I am calling them to walk in. As My people truly turn to Me and seek Me in heart, word and deed, they will see Me move on their behalf. The magnitude and swiftness of My intervention will leave no doubt that I have sovereignly intervened for those who call on My name and worship Me in spirit and truth.
"This is the hour for the turning – turning of hearts and faces to Me, turning to the truth of My Word, turning to heed My voice, turning to walk in My ways, turning to My original purposes, turning to stand together as My remnant arising, turning to see the harvest, turning to seek transformation and maturity as My Bride prepares for My return. This is the turning I desire and this is the invitation I am extending.
"It is also a time where I will turn what the enemy meant for evil into good for My people, as I overturn injustices and bring restoration, restitution, healing and transformation to individuals and regions. The era of turning has begun but many, many more must heed the call. The turning will gain momentum as more and more of My people come into alignment with 2 Chronicles 7:14.
"2 Chronicles 7:14 is a supernatural key that unlocks the promise of divine intervention but it must be taken up and used. The unlocking occurs on the back of action."
The Steps of 2 Chronicles 7:14
The Lord went on to say, "The promise of 2 Chronicles 7:14 comes as the preceding steps are fulfilled. I am looking for those who are humble, who pray, who seek My face and turn from their wicked ways. I am looking for nations who will humble themselves, pray, seek My face and turn from their wicked ways. My people are beginning to awaken to the key of 2 Chronicles 7:14."
Humility Is the Key to Advancement
"I oppose the proud but give grace to the humble. Those who are humble are exalted in My Kingdom and My favor surrounds them. Humility is the posture of the heart and those who are truly surrendered to Me walk in humility. Those who are humble embrace My refining, teaching, correction and guidance. I am able to use them as they submit to the work of My hand in and through their lives. Those who are rising up in this hour are those who are humble, as they desire to obediently walk in My ways and align with My heart.
"This is the era where pride will be exposed in greater ways. I am dealing with areas of pride in the lives of My people and exposing pride to invite My people to repent and surrender those areas to Me. Those who truly pray Psalm 139:23-24 are those who will have had revealed to them the areas that need to be brought into alignment. As they repent and surrender these areas to Me, new doors will be opened to them. Humility is the key to advancement."
"God, I invite Your searching gaze into my heart. Examine me through and through; find out everything that may be hidden within me. Put me to the test and sift through all my anxious cares. See if there is any path of pain I'm walking on, and lead me back to Your glorious, everlasting ways – the path that brings me back to You." (Psalm 139:23-24 TPT)
Regarding Prayer
"My people have become complacent in prayer, but I am leading them into a season where prayer is highlighted and strategic. Their eyes will be opened to the power of strategic prayer on the leading of My Spirit. I am bringing prayer to the forefront and reminding My people of the need for persistent prayer with thanksgiving. Awakening occurs on the back of prayer. "I am also highlighting the role of praying in the Spirit. The enemy knows the power of these prayers and has done much to pervert the truth of My Word in this, but I am bringing a resurgence to My Church in this hour for the need to pray in the Spirit in order to see My purposes go forth with power. I am also highlighting the power of united strategic prayer on the leading of My Spirit. Where two agree it will be established and I am calling My people to unite in prayer."
"Again, I say to you, if two of you agree on Earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in Heaven. For where two or three are gathered in My name, there am I among them." (Matthew 18:19-20 ESV)
"Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving." (Colossians 4:2 ESV)
"Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And He who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God." (Romans 8:26-27 ESV)
Seeking the Face of God
"Those who seek My face are those who fix their eyes on Me, allowing all else to fall away. They are those who seek to know My character and ways and who draw near to Me. They are My close friends and the ones who pursue the path of intimacy with Me and hunger after Me. They go deeper in surrender to Me and trust in Me. They feed on the truth of My Word and allow My Spirit to instruct them. Their heart desire is to know Me, to be continuously transformed more and more into My likeness and to radiate My presence to others so that others may be impacted by Me. They carry My aroma and shine My light. The cares of the world fall away and they walk in My peace as they know the power of walking in My presence. As their heart desire is to seek Me, they walk in communion with Me."

Turning From Wicked Ways
"In this time of turning, there is a need for My people to turn to the truth of My Word and to more closely align with My ways. I am exposing sin in this hour and bringing My people to a place of repentance and consecration. I am shaking that which needs to be shaken in order to remove what is out of alignment with My ways.
"I am calling My people to greater holiness and purity. There is a war between the flesh and the spirit and I am releasing keys in this hour to My people in order for them to effectively wage war and walk in the spirit and not the flesh.
"I am renewing their minds and causing them to rise up and stand using the sword of the Spirit and armor of God. The battle is not against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness. I am bringing everything back to the foundation of My Word and causing My people to test their thoughts and actions against My Word. I am restoring righteous standards. I am removing hindrances that have prevented My people from seeing the truth. I am raising up voices in this hour that will lead My people to My truth and greater alignment with My ways. Those who turn from the old and walk in the new way will walk in greater freedom, peace and purpose."

The Turning of God's People
The people of God who are taking up the key of 2 Chronicles 7:14 are the ones who are part of the turning that has begun. There were a number of factors the Lord showed me for these particular people:
As they lay down their pride and walk in humility, earnestly repenting and seeking after God, their hearts are being transformed and coming into closer alignment with the heart of God. This is then leading to a turning in action as their walk and deeds are an outworking of their heart alignment and their desire to truly walk in God's ways. They are turning away from their old ways to walk in His ways and turning away from their own agenda to instead take up their Kingdom assignments and to be completely led by the Spirit.
They are turning to true worship where the way they live, every day, is an act of worship. A turning from the fear of man to the fear of the Lord is occurring. These people of God are turning to the truth and power of the Word of God, the power of prayer and ongoing, persistent prayer. There is a turning to the power of the united stand in prayer and the power of the remnant uniting to advance God's purposes in this hour.
These faithful ones are turning their faces to Jesus, allowing ALL else to fall away. They are turning to be true followers and disciples of Him as they surrender all to Him and desire to obediently follow Him, giving glory to His name. They are turning to see the harvest field before them. The people of God in this group are taking up the invitation from the Lord to allow Him to refine, transform and mature them so they may radiate His glory and transform their sphere of influence for Him.
The Response of God to the Turning
The Lord spoke again and said, "Great is My response and reward to those who take up 2 Chronicles 7:14. As My people across the world are awakened to the power of this promise, and more and more heed the call of this verse, greater will be the manifestation of My response. Watch as My blessing and glory is poured out on areas where My people embrace the call. Those areas will shine with the turnaround that comes from My hand."
The Lord is responding to the turning of His people, and divine intervention has begun to occur and will increase in the time ahead as the turning continues. The promise of 2 Chronicles 7:14 is unlocking blessing and divine turnaround. A number of things will occur in response to the turning of God's people. The Lord will overturn injustices and bring healing and restoration in the lives of individuals and in regions and nations where His people take up 2 Chronicles 7:14. It will be a time where the Lord turns what the enemy intended for harm into good for His people.
There is a rebuilding of foundations occurring as the Lord removes mixture that has entered the Church and rebuilds His house on the foundational truths of His Word. The destiny of nations will be reclaimed as the people of God unite in prayer and intercession and stand to see His purposes unfold in the nations. Transformation of communities and regions has begun in areas where God's people are rising up to walk in their destiny and advance His Kingdom.
The Lord is gathering His remnant and sending them out to transform their spheres of influence. He is causing His people to see the harvest field before them and to impact others with the power of the Word of God, love of God and manifestations of the Spirit. Those in the Body of Christ who are awakened and surrendered to Him are arising and uniting to advance His purposes.
