I bought a watch while I was on a layover during a ministry trip a couple weeks ago. It was a quick purchase and I didn't pay attention to the brand name...but I needed it because it had large numbers and I was headed off to a meeting. The pastor of the church I grew up in used to tell us, "Remember, people's heads and hearts can only secure what their seats can endure!"

As I sat back down to wait for the duration of the layover, the Lord told me to look down at the watch and He asked me, "What time is it?"

Instead of looking at the time, my eyes lit on the words in the center of the watch - like where it would say "TIMEX" or some other brand name - and it said, "NOW".

In other words, in answer to "What time is it?" it was, "The time is NOW!"

I felt an amazing excitement and asked, "Time for what Lord?"

He said, "For all that My Church has been waiting and believing me for. The time is NOW for the empowering of My Church and the bringing forth of My Friends. I'm tired of the enslavement of those who are called Mine. As it says in Isaiah 60:1 & 2 - gross darkness will cover the earth but My light will be upon those who are called Mine. To those who have been faithful and to whom I have given 'the watch of the Lord' - to pray and be at My feet...it is NOW time to 'watch' My Glory fall."
