Last week I was in Wales (mid Feb).While I was there the Lord gave me a dream for Wales - before I share it I want to back up three years (briefly of course)…

I visited N Wales three years ago, doing a little ministry and visiting friends. When I arrived, I really enjoyed the natural beauty of Wales and started to pray for the nation. Within the first three days a great heaviness would come on my back - once so strong that I nearly fell over (I was just cleaning my teeth at the time!). I asked the Lord what it was and He told me this, "The religious spirit of heaviness and false responsibility came upon Wales during the last part of Evan Roberts ministry," so I proceeded to check that out.

EVAN ROBERTS

Evan Roberts was used mightily in the word of Knowledge and with the word of knowledge and prophetic insight and his obedience to the spirit, the Holy Spirit would move and take over the meetings - hence revival.

Most of us have been used in the word of knowledge or in giving a prophetic word to someone or maybe a church or group. Our responsibility is to offer the word (having made no personal judgments about the person or situation) and then it is between the person, or group - and God.

IT'S NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Evan Roberts toward the end began to take upon himself the responsibility of how people responded to the word. If they didn't respond how he thought they should, he would leave the meeting or stop the meeting etc. At the end, he gave a few words which were "off" and upset some people who had helped and supported him for a long time. All this as an explanation of how the religious false burden and false responsibility spirit works (good warning for us more prophetic and vocal types - don't you think?).

Anyway back to the dream I had last week for Wales.

THE DOVE REPRESENTED THE MOVE OF GOD IN WALES

I saw a bird, a brown/grey dove, very attractive, circling high in the sky - it represented the move of God in Wales. Then in its chest, there appeared to be a weight, a heaviness, and the weight began to bring it down... it came down and down and finally it touched the earth. I saw it scrape the earth with its chest and in the dream I thought it was surely going to die.

All of a sudden the weight seemed to fall off and it slowly began to rise again, circling up and up. I woke up singing an old song "I will put on the garment of praise; I will put on the garment of praise; the spirit of heaviness is gone from me. I will put on the garment of praise."

I believe the 1,000,000,000 hours of prayer finally broke that stronghold and Wales is on the rise in the spirit. PRAISE JESUS. Then I had this word,

I WILL RESTORE THE SONG AND THE JOY

"Wales - I will restore the song of the Spirit and the Joy of the Lord. You have prayed and wept and now is the time to praise and dance, for praise will make you lighter and lighter and you will shake off the ashes and the spirit of mourning - the song will be released from Wales and cover the whole earth again (don't try and do it though - it will happen) and your fine preachers will once again be known for their eloquence, but the eloquence will be of the Spirit and will bring release and not condemnation - do not take the religious spirit back - keep it out. Close down the mines of stale religion and open up the gates of praise." God is going to restore to Wales the Seer anointing which Evan Roberts operated in. Basically with the seer type anointing the Holy Spirit moves on your senses a great deal - touch, taste, sight, hearing smell etc. ..

CONNECTION WITH THE WHITE HORSE

I believe the dream I had about Wales last week (12 Feb) coincided with a vision I had about the white horse which I am posting separately is it concerns not Wales only. Be blessed and encouraged brothers and sisters of Wales. "...all the promises of God are in Him (Jesus) are Yes and Amen." He is not a "yes" and "no" God but a God of yes and yes again.
