". . . I'm hearing echoes that are coming beyond the veil. I'm hearing God say to me, "You spoke about Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden being together and a lot of them rejected what you said. It doesn't matter what I said. I'm telling you this right now. Legs are about to be removed, and God is about to bring forth those that have hidden and taken people into captivity. The reason that I say that is because the time is drawing nigh. This must be the merriest Christmas that we have ever had. In fact, I want to wish you something. I want to tell you, "Have the merriest Christmas that you have ever had. It's not going to be anything but a Merry Christmas. I say to you, "Merry Christmas everybody . . .  I wish you a Merry, Merry Christmas. Everybody say, "I wish you a Merry, Merry Christmas." Turn around and tell somebody that now. America, enjoy your Christmas."
 
Exactly 3 weeks later, Saddam Hussein was "unexpectedly" apprehended, but not unexpected by many of God's prophets.

Passion, passion, passion, passion, passion...oh, we need some passion. I wish I had this [passion] in the rest of the country as we travel.
 
You have something [in Oregon] that no other state in America has, I promise you. I promise you that. That's something to be proud of. You know why it's something to be proud of? Because this once was the very habitat of the most powerful religious forces in the country. And somehow they have been driven out by passionate, powerful people that have rejected the control of religious, organized powers, and you are literally behaving just like Jesus.
 
You know why?
 
Do you know that Jesus appeared on earth just as Palestine was experiencing a religious revival? We do not need a religious revival. A religious revival, basically, gives you precise rules for staying clean, and says if you disobey these rules, you have literally been rejected.
 
Jesus broke every rule of religious revival. They told him that they could not do it the way that he did it, spitting on the ground. And what Jesus began to do, was he began to devise methods to apply the principle that God had given. And the methods that he devised, they did not like.

"They Didn't Like His Methods"
 
They didn't like the methods that he devised. Since when do you spit on the ground in order to heal somebody's eyes? Well, it just so happens that every thing that Jesus did, he did only what the Father said he could do or what he saw the father doing. So, therefore, if he would decide to spit on the ground, then it's okay and it's clean, it's okay. Are you with me? They didn't like the way Jesus did it. They said, "We don't like the way that you do it because it doesn't bring about religious revival."
 
And that's what's happening in the United States of America and across many nations all over the world right now is they are defying the religious rules, and saying, "Listen! If we want liberty, the only way we can get it is by obeying the Spirit who is going to lead us to do things that may be a little crazy, but those things are going to set the captives free." Are you ready for that?
 
Think about what he did. He touched unclean persons that had leprosy. He let a woman of ill repute wash his feet with her hair. He dined with a tax collector who was notoriously lax about the rules of ritual cleanness and Sabbath observation. That's what Jesus did. We're talking about the same Jesus that's sweet and kind and merciful and gracious.
 
We brought HIM out ----someone that said, "You aren't going to put me in the box because that isn't gonna work for us. You're not going to put me in a box." This is what he did.

Jesus Became Involved with Those Who Others Despised
 
Jesus deliberately crossed into Gentile territory and got involved with the Gentiles. He praised a Roman Centurion as having more faith as anyone in Israel and volunteered to enter the Centurion's house and heal his servant. Do you understand that it was against the religious revival to go inside a Centurion's home, a heathen's home, because that was just against the rules?
 
And Jesus stood in defiance and said, "I will literally come into your home and heal your sterilized servant." I like that Jesus. I really, really like that Jesus. Not because he's rebellious. He wasn't rebellious at all. He didn't have an ounce of rebellion in him. Don't tell me this is rebellion. This is not rebellion. Oh yes, it's rebellion against the religious laws, but this my friend, is a defiance against control.
 
And what we're finding out is as the prophetic is arising throughout the country...let me say: something that burst out of this place is a prophetic sound that I suddenly heard tonight. I feel frustration, I felt there was antagonism, and I thought to myself, "No way if God's going to bring out a prophetic voice from this region, it's going to be ordered and structured by the Holy Spirit." And I want to tell you tonight, I rejoice with you because I felt like God had released something powerful to reach into the hearts of people in this country that need salvation, and, therefore, the next great thing on the map is a great move and a great harvest of the spirit that's going to bring in literally millions of people in the Kingdom in one day. C'mon!

Defiance From God in the Atmosphere

I'm just telling you this tonight because I sense an almost a defiance in the atmosphere. I sense it because, think about it, a woman that was rejected by Jews on account of her race, rejected by neighbors on account of her serial marriages...you know who I am talking about? I am talking about the woman at the well...became the first missionary, appointed by Jesus.
 
Let us rethink missionaries for a minute.
 
I am looking at a bunch of missionaries that are sitting in this audience. You're one of them. And I want to tell you about this one boy that's sitting in the front here on his knees. Let me tell you something. You have a heart like the prophet and King David. You are the apple of His eye. Your praise literally destroys the powers of control. You don't have to say a word. God says you will simply kneel down. Like they took the cross throughout the nation, this young man shall simply just kneel down. And when he kneels down, the territories shall shake and literally people will start kneeling next to him. Who's child is this? I don't know you. I don't know anybody, but I want to tell anybody that's connected to him. I saw a very strange phenomenon. Please allow me to be caught up in the Spirit and show you what I saw. I saw this young man simply getting on his knees in nations.

You Can't Take God out of America, Schools, or Books,  Even if You Try
 
First, America. I'm talking about heathen America, not Christian America. I'm saying those that defy and want God out of every part, every aspect of American life. Ain't gonna happen by that way. You could take him off of sign boards. You can take him off books, but you ain't gonna get rid of God. In fact He's gonna get stronger and stronger and stronger.
 
You try to take prayer out of the schools. I want to tell you something. There's going to be more prayer than you've ever had before and that's what happened. They took it out, but they actually pulled it in. They took His name off, but they actually put it on the hearts of people. That's what I'm talking about. That's what I'm trying to say. Don't worry. Don't worry about the laws that are trying to take God out of our country, out of this nation. As they take Him off the books, whatever it is, I want you to understand, they're actually writing Him on the hearts of the people because God cannot be taken out.
 
God cannot be taken out. I said God cannot be taken out. Listen! I've got to preach like this. I've got no choice.
 
A move of the Spirit...so unusual. Not one word spoken. Well, how are they going to know the gospel unless you preach it? Not one word. See this man [pointing to the young boy again]...and many will follow...will get on his knees, like this, and do nothing else. And that posture will bring about a response. Somebody else will kneel next to him. Some will be 3, some will be 10, some will be 100, some of you 1000.
 
What are they doing? They are not saying a word. They pay homage to One, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. They pay homage by saying, "Listen! You won't allow us to pray. You won't allow us to say. You won't allow us to make hungry people stand on public corners and preach the gospel, so we will simply pay homage to the king."

The Anointing on Kids
 
And the anointing shall be so strong upon these kids that people will walk by and pull over under the power of the Lord. People will walk by and there'll be miracles that will begin to take place. People will walk by and they'll say, "I can see! I can see! I can see!" People will walk by and say, "I understand." Do you realize that God will do it for this generation?
 
God will do it for your children! God will do it for your grandchildren! It's going to happen!
 
Take that word and let it sink in. Let these words sink in. God does not have to evangelize the conventional way.
 
An unusual phenomena upon the children. . .  Kneeling . . . and some day they'll be caught up. I'm prophesying to you.
 
I'm prophesying to the woman that has no child in her womb. I'm prophesying to those yet to be created and yet to be born that have not yet entered into the very life of a young woman. I'm prophesying to that one. I'm prophesying to many women at this very hour that will be pregnant...In the womb they will hold these children of the light. They will hold these children that will simply bow their knee, not articulate another word, and the miraculous shall spread a quarter of a mile than a half of a mile then 2 miles and then 10 miles. It'll be a radius, and people will not understand that the anointing of the Lord shall increase by the posture which is paying homage to the Lord of Lords and to the King of Kings. I want to hear what you say is name is. His name is Jesus. Everyone say Jesus Christ is Lord. Hallelujah!
 
A missionary has been anointed----  to the drug addicts and alcoholics. That Jesus will go to and raise them up. The woman at the well, rejected by the Jews, on account of her race, rejected by her neighbors on account of her serial marriages, accepted by Jesus and appointed by him as the first missionary. At any one moment, an entire city comes out to see him.

Cities Shaken in A Day -- Alcoholics and Addicts the Next Missionaries
 
Another little word from the Lord. . . .

Cities will be shaken in a day. Now you say that's not possible. My friend, what's modern technology? I want to tell you something: What's in one day ---cities, towns, villages ---will be literally shaken by these missionaries that came out of the darkness.
 
The lunatics that met Christ, begging for freedom, and Jesus appoints them as the missionary to that region.
 
Do you understand there's a brand new realm of missionaries that are being raised up? Your alcoholic brother, your crack-cocaine friend, is the person that God is about to raise up and commission as the missionary to the region. Do you understand that? I want you to understand that your family, I don't care if they've been through 4 divorces, I don't care if they're living in adultery now, I don't care what their lifestyle may be, or if there's an addiction that is a problem, I prophesy to you tonight that those very ones that are so filled with perversion are the very missionaries that are about to be raised up, and if you can see the form of the Lord inside of them, then begin to prophesy that these are the ones that God has raised up as the missionaries.
 
These are the ones. C'mon! These are the ones. They are the missionaries. C'mon! Everybody! I want you to prophesy to those people right now. These are the ones! These are the ones! These are the missionaries! Everybody won't you say it to your alcoholics. These are the ones! These are the ones. They are the missionaries. Everybody won't you say, "These are the ones." C'mon!...

It's Going to Start in With Your Young People
 
God is healing us. We must prophesy.
 
We want to raise up missionaries. And it's going to start in Oregon with your young people, and your alcoholics, and your drug addicts, with your sex addicts, with your food addicts, with your prostitutes, with your lonely, divorced...whatever they're going through, I want you to know these are the ones. These are the ones! These are the missionaries! Everybody say it again one more time to your family.

God is Preparing ABC, and Larry King and Others to "Become a Voice"
 
The kingdoms of this world shall become of the kingdoms of our God. [I'm] misquoted  by so many, "I said the potential exists in every kingdom of darkness right now, every kingdom to become the kingdom of our God. And last night we were whispered a secret from the Lord: ABC is being prepared to become a voice. Rupert Murdock is being prepared to become a voice. Larry King is being prepared to become a voice. Shawn Edward is being prepared to become a voice. Oh, you better shout, it's the truth! You say, "Kim that's ridiculous!" What about Mike Tyson? Why not?...Nothing is too hard for the Lord.
 
I don't care what their religion is, God is not afraid of the Buddhist. God is not afraid to cross the line of any...God is not afraid to go beyond your cultural barriers. And let me say this tonight: The Holy Spirit is not a gentleman. He does not have to obey our cultural observations. He does not have to obey our rules or protocol. Listen to me! There is no such thing as gentlemen. Did you see what he made certain people do? Saul ripping off all of his clothes lying down naked on the ground. The Holy Spirit did that! David dancing with all of his might until he lost all of his clothes. The Holy Spirit made him do that. Are you listening to me? A prophet standing up and saying I'm going to prophesy to dead bones. Another one saying I'm going to eat a scroll. Another one doing the craziest thing, don't tell me he's a gentleman, I'll tell you what he is. He is the director of this universe called the Kingdom of God. Therefore, whatever he wants, he will accomplish.
 
The Holy Spirit is such a gentleman, really? Well then you have been slapped down by him. And you know I'm kidding with you, okay? But take a little note of how he uses people. What he makes them do to accomplish incredible and monumental things. Why not Mike Tyson? My advice, my own prophetic advice, do Holyfield is become now the trainer and counselor of Mike Tyson. You want to do a Christian thing? That would probably be the biggest Christian thing you can do. Go train him. Go train him. Just say, "I want to help you." Don't talk about Jesus Christ, don't do a thing. Just that one act will move you closer.

Why Not Michael Jackson?
 
Why not Michael Jackson? When he's in trouble, doesn't matter. I think it's about time some of these people were humbled or humiliated to get them to a place where they will reach the ground and touch the stars. They can fall down to their knees. It's the closest place you'll get to God. Are you with me? Down on your knees is the closest place you'll get to God because he's right there with you on your knees.
 
No, I'm not just giving you some good word from God or preaching some...I'm here to tell you, I'm hearing the whispers from the Spirit.

The Spirit of Prognostication . . .our greatest enemy

I saw a prediction today. The spirit of prognostication. Prognosis is our greatest enemy. They will redesign your children, and they'll be foretold what they are going to do based on the statistics. Present statistics...therefore, your daughter should be pregnant by the age of 40, possibly, and so we have these predictions. It's called the spirit of prognostication. It's a prognosis. And it's out there, USA Today, Time Magazine--- read all the statistics. This is going to happen. Today I read that the American soldiers will be in Iraq until 2006. And so there's all these prognoses. This is what's going to happen. Listen to me. That is why prophecy is so hated. Because it defies the prognosis.
 
It defies the prognosis!
 
Do you know that God is looking for an occasion to move? God is looking for an occasion to move. There's one more little secret I'm hearing whispered. Listen, now! God reveals these secrets to his servants, the prophets. To interpret it is going to be difficult sometimes, but there is such a wonderful cloud of prophetic presence in this region. What can I do but prophesy? Oh, that all God's people would be prophets and prophesy! With Moses, there are too many in the camp and they are prophesying. Oh, that all of God's people would be prophets! Oh that all of God's people would be prophets! C'mon! I want your children to be born prophets.
 
What will they do? They will know the secrets of the Lord, and they will be able to see further than eyesight. They will have not only eyesight, but insight and foresight. Are you with me? The secrets of the Lord.

The First Woman Commissioned as a Missionary
 
Do you know that this woman that he commissioned as the missionary? You know what else Jesus did to her? She was the first person to whom he revealed his identity as Messiah. She was a sinner. For some reason, Christ saw the opportunity of the occasion through this woman to reveal him as Messiah.
 
Strange missionaries being raised up in this end time. They don't look like the old missionaries. They look a little different. They have tattoos all over their bodies. They have been pierced a hundred times. These missionaries of the new millennium have a new vocabulary. These missionaries that I'm speaking about are unafraid of going to late-night parties because they know that they have no fear whatsoever of going into bondage.
 
These ones will take on any giant and they will even do whatever it takes to get somebody to the cross of Calvary. Do you understand that the greatest missionaries that have ever been raised up, are going to be raised up in the next 10 years, but you say, "What about Jesus? Isn't he coming back?"
 
If he does, I'll be with him, but if not, the missionaries that are going to be raised up, that are going to go to the places where angels fear to tread. You must realize that these are the missionaries of the new millennium.
 
We call them warriors. They're a "kick devil butt" generation. They're unafraid to go into battle.
 
They love to pray and angels begin to rejoice when they hear these people pray, and demons begin to retreat as you have these young people pray. They don't pray like we do, with a "thee" and a "thou" but they have a vocabulary that is second to none, that sounds like prophets of old. They know how to prophesy to dead bones. They know exactly what Jesus looks like, whether he comes in the form of a donkey, or whether he comes in the form of a fiery bush, he's there, and you know what else?

What Prophets Do
 
Prophets don't preach. There's no such thing. They clarify what you suspect. You've had it harboring inside you, they clarify it. So what others are afraid to say, they'll just go ahead and say it. They'll take the stones, they don't mind. They're used to caves, but it must be said. It must be spoken out.
 
A very unusual thing happened with Samson. Samson likes a girl that is not an Israelite. Naughty Samson. He is not supposed to like a Philistine girl. So, therefore...but he is attracted to her. This is not right.
 
"This is not of the Lord."  Have you ever heard that saying? "It's not of the Lord?"
 
You know, we've already worked out what's of the Lord. Because everything that we have already concluded is of the Lord, but then when something comes that's not of the Lord "according to us," then we begin to define what's of the Lord.
 
Listen to the "Of The Lord" story.
 
So, therefore, Samson likes this girl, and he says to his father and mother, "Will you please take me down to the land of the Philistines. There's a girl that I really like. She pleases me." And so his father says, "Now, listen, why don't you just fall for one of these young, beautiful Israeli girls, and why did you go down to the Philistines? They're our enemies." Listen to what the Bible says.
 
In Judges 14:6 it says, "Samson's mother and father did not know that it was of the Lord."
 
Oh, dear. It was of the Lord, and listen to this: "And that God was seeking an occasion to move." Why didn't he just move by himself? Because he needs somebody to do it in time and in space.

George Bush -- Agree or Disagree, It Makes No Difference
 
Therefore, George Bush, your president is supposed to be where he is. Agree or disagree, it makes no difference. And I'll tell you who is watching over that president: The prophets of the Lord.

1987, on record, in Houston, Texas, standing on that region, I began to prophesy that there would be an evil monarchy or an evil, or a controlling...that there would be one president that would come forth, and that he would not be upright in many ways...I'm being sweet and kind now...and, if I told you what I really said, people would get really mad, but anyway...and then God would raise up in the new millennium, and as I was prophesying this, I said I see a man. He's not very tall, and he's on his knees. He's praying for this nation. There's been a catastrophe. He's praying. I said this man now has been filled with the Spirit. This is in 1987. And this man shall take this nation to its highest spiritual revival. He will take them there. How will he do it? He's not a preacher, no, but he's a pray-er. That means something's being released in every state in America.
 
 Do you know pornography is rampant? Let me tell you something. And you can say, "Well, he's not a Christian, and he's not this and that. And he's not a preacher." And, therefore, what we have suffered. . .  the conclusion or the result of the nineties is that a tremendous spirit of perversion was released upon the nation, and it's rampant. Not for condemnation purposes, but I want to tell you something. That's why things are changing. Now, because you have this president...and, please, whether you agree with these...whatever he does...is not important at this stage. I'm talking about the spiritual aspect.
 
This president is releasing the men of this nation from the bondage of the addiction to pornography because he is breaking the power of a rulership that released that spirit. The point of this is that I'm giving you some good news. The good news is that if you struggle with it, it's being broken. For goodness sake, take advantage of it.

Pray for Your President
 
Your president of the United States of America is spirit-filled and knows how to pray to the power of the Spirit. C'mon! Hallelujah! Yes! C'mon! Pray for your president. And take it from the prophetic word of the Lord, pray for him.
 
Do you understand now that a righteous man exists in that White House? Do you understand that a revival is going to be released because of that man? Do you realize that children will be prophesying are going to be bringing about this incredible thing, not only because of us who pray or the prophets, but because of a president that is praying and is releasing upon us the blessing of the Lord. Now, you take that because it is what I want to share with you.

This is what the Bible says about Samson. His mother and father did not know that it was of the Lord because God was seeking an occasion to move against the Philistines. He needed someone to move. He needed to move, so He needed someone so He could move! Let me say it without using the Philistines if you don't mind.
 
God was seeking an occasion to move! God is seeking an occasion to bless! He's looking for that opportunity! And you, my friend, could be the opportunity! You could be the occasion for God to move! He needed Samson; therefore, he said, "Go for it! Because I want to move against the Philistines, therefore, I've put this in your heart."
 
Some of your children, some of your family and friends, they say, "That's not a good thing." But God is seeking an occasion to move. God wants a reason. Do you know what the word "occasion" means? It means a reason for action. Give God a reason for action! God is seeking an occasion to move. God is looking for a reason to act. You are the reason for God to act. I've got good news for you. You are the occasion for God to move.

A Reason for God to Act---- YOU.

Give God a reason to act!
 
In other words, let's give him the room to do something big.
 
I want to give you one more example. Abraham gave God a reason to act. What happened with Abraham? God says to Abraham, "There's a mountain I want you to go to. I want you to offer your son. Your only son."
 
Abraham gets up, goes, and he gets to the mountain a few days later. You know what he says?
 
He says to his servants, "Stay here while I and my son go yonder to worship."
 
His attitude toward his sacrifice was not sacrifice, but worship. That's the problem I have my friends. Is when God demands a sacrifice, we don't view it as worship. He didn't say, "Oh, I've gotta take my son, and I'm gonna kill him. Please pray for me as I go." He didn't say that. He said my son and I are going yonder to worship." Abraham does everything God wants him to do.
 
Lays his son, puts him on the altar, and his son says, "Where is the lamb?"
 
And Abraham prophetically begins to speak, "My son, God, will provide himself."
 
He was speaking prophetically. He will become the lamb. He will become the sacrifice. But that's not the issue now. The issue is this: He is the occasion for an event. Abraham is the occasion, Christ is the event.
 
You and I are never the event. We are the occasion to make the event happen. Do you understand that what you do today prophetically will bring about an event that will affect your children's, children's children? I'm going to leave you with this because you are going to give God a reason to act and to bless you tonight.

Because You Obey God, He Will Respond For You
 
One more thing: Abraham does everything that God says. Lifts up the knife, brings it down, the angel stops him and look at what God says. God says, "Because you did this thing..." What did he do? Worship. "Because you did this thing, in that you did not withhold your son, your descendants shall possess the gates of your enemies." In other words, what you do today, and you give God a reason to move for your children, when he tells you to do something, He begins to bless those who have not even been born. Are you ready for that to happen?

"Look for the wind," says the Spirit. A very unusual wind, and you shall not say as Elijah said, "God was not in the wind." The spirit of the Lord said, "It shall be a sign that that which has tormented the citizens of this nation, of Great Britain, of Saudi Arabia, and many other nations, shall be swiftly brought to an end," says the Lord. There shall be a wind that shall blow in certain portions of the nation. They shall see as never before this wind, God says.

You Must Rejoice Through Your Christmas Season
 
Let me give you this clearly tonight: That your enemies, their sons are dead. I will remove their name. I will remove their children. I will take them away for the acts that they have done. But the Spirit of God says, you must rejoice through your Christmas season. I want to hear you singing O Come All Ye Faithful. I want to hear you sing without fear. O come let us adore him. The spirit of God says I want you to sing without fear. I want you sing this Christmas, says the Lord, about my Son and about the Savior that came because the Spirit of the Lord says, Even this night I send the wind to your nation.
 
There shall be a cleaning up, and there shall be a wonderful, wonderful victory, says the spirit of the Lord; therefore, let your Christmas be a Christmas of celebration because beyond this year, into 2004, suddenly there shall be a shift even my spirit throughout the nation which will literally shake presidents of the future and shake senators of the future says the Lord. "Watch ABC as I shake them," says the Lord, "as CBS goes down, down," God says, only for one reason, "That I may bring them to the knowledge of my glory, I will take the airways, I will take national figures, and they shall speak about this one thing that I did for this nation. I will not be forgotten," says the Lord. Therefore, see God come. Let us adore him, for surely, for Christians shall be a time to celebrate says the Lord. Hallelujah! C'mon! Shout to the Lord! Hallelujah! Everybody lift your voice: O come let us adore him (singing)...I wish you a merry Christmas because God says, "I want to hear you say that in your house. I want to hear you sing that in your car. I want to hear you sing that because the Lord says You will have a reason to adore him. Hallelujah! (singing) Give him a hand tonight. Hallelujah! C'mon! We praise you Lord.
 
Lord, I stand in the region of Oregon. The upper regions as well to make these pronouncements. Oh, glorious liberty has come from this place, this state, from the city and the surrounding areas, for cities or towns that you'll feel this incredible shaking in the earth. So, Lord, I pray tonight that every person in this building would give you a reason to move.
 
Some have deep needs financially. Maybe it's not even financially. God wants you to sow into the future. This word that came tonight. That you would see it, like I spoke about Abraham, you'd see to that light. You took the sacrifice and said "This is not a sacrifice, it's worship." Even though it was a tremendous sacrifice. God wants to speak a word to Abraham. When he has done that thing, He says, "Because you have done this thing, your descendants shall destroy and overcome the gates of your enemies." Do you understand that that was the most prophetic offering ever given. So why did God just say this to Abraham anyway? ‘Cause he needed a reason to do it.
 
Sometimes God requires us . . . Will the word of the Lord affect your life? Will it affect your home? Your response determines the measure of blessing that will come out of these promises. I'm not talking about for the nation, I'm talking about your house, your children. I'm praying tonight that you would give an altar that has been sanctified by God's precious, precious word.
 
Now pray this prayer with me: I receive your Word. God. I receive the blessing tonight. I'm going to give you a reason to move by obeying your voice. I want the gates of the enemies to be destroyed so they will not battle the same forces that I'm battling today. I want my action, my sacrifice, my worship to bless them. Now, I receive your word.
 
Lord as I pray now for your people that have been graced through the prophetic tonight, I'm praying that you'd bring a tremendous blessing as they obey your voice.
