Many of you may think it strange that I introduce these
tapes by talking about Kim Clement. "Kim Clement?" you may ask. He wasn't
there! But he WAS--in Spirit. . .
You see, The Elijah List sponsored two conferences
simultaneously (they were about an hour away from each other). On Saturday night,
the 22nd of November, as we were sponsoring Joel's Army (the tapes we are talking
about above) Kim Clement began to prophesy over both Oregon and the United States.
He said roughly (I don't have the exact quote yet but
we plan to publish it in a few days). . . ."I would love to claim credit for
what I'm prophesying but I can't. . . . Something has just happened in Albany,
Oregon . . . . something has just been prophesied and decreed in Albany that
has opened the Heavens over this entire region!" I looked at my watch and it
was exactly 8:45 pm (Pacific Time).
Later I discovered that Heather Clark was prophesying
and decreeing the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory over the region at that
exact time (Heather's worship was not taped, unfortunately). Minutes later,
Todd began to prophesy and make prophetic decrees regarding the Kingdom of God
over the entire region.
Kim Clement, an hour away, picked it up in the spirit
and said, "Something has just happened in Albany, Oregon that has affected and
opened up this entire region." (Or words to that effect.)
That's why I want you to get these tapes. I understand
that even the sessions I missed were simply amazing and my own pastor, Denny
Cline, said Todd's teaching and declaring on the Kingdom of God was the best
he had ever heard . . . even what he'd heard from John Wimber (who specialized
in teaching on the Kingdom of God).
Please get these tapes. Pastors, get them for
your church library, for your young people, and those young at heart!

From the moment I heard that the Elijah List was co-hosting
the "Joel's Army" Youth conference with Fresh Fire, I felt a huge "Yes, and
Amen!" well up within my spirit. I was determined that I was going attend and
Steve was very generous enough to let me go.
I was definitely NOT disappointed! This was an unforgettable
conference! I've been to quite a few conferences here in Albany, Oregon and
this one was DEFINITELY "over the top"! The Youth worshipped with such intensity
and zeal that I literally thought I heard the Marching of Footsteps and the
