----Regarding prophetic experiences
Many who read about experiences such as the following, wonder how an experience like this is perceived or received. Often when an explanation is given, I receive many emails saying something like, "Now I know I'm not crazy when that happens to me. People around me don't understand me when I try to tell them what happens to me, etc. "
I interviewed Kathie Walters regarding how she would describe this experience. My question to her was: "Was this more like an open-eyed vision, or was it like actually be transported there, as sometimes happens when a person has a vision (as happened to the Apostle Paul- 'whether in the body or out of the body' he didn't know.)?
Kathie explained that this experience was like feeling herself being "lifted up" and while having her eyes open and knowing where she is. She describes this like others have described it to me--it's as if she is seeing with her eyes what is really in the room around her--while at the same time seeing 'in the spirit' this other reality at the same time and feeling herself lifted up and both feeling and seeing herself looking down on North Carolina.
For those who have had experiences such as this, remember this important point--this is only one of MANY ways a person can experience revelation of things to come---or instructions from the Lord. Use this as a means to understand just ONE way of many ways in which the Lord speaks. There are many other ways.
And now, just as importantly, the reason for the revelation is to give instruction to the Church about what He will do, if those who are called will "Pray it in" so that the revelation will actually happen. This is what Daniel did--he prayed the revelation in! ---Steve Shultz, Publisher

I was praying and waiting on the Lord. Suddenly I was lifted up and then found myself looking down upon North Carolina. I saw a river from the border of S. Carolina begin to wind its way up right through the center of North Carolina on toward Virginia...As I looked at the river, I could see the golden sheen on it - then it seemed to turn silver and then back to gold again, depending on the reflection of the light.
OLD MINES
Then I saw flashes of light here and there. When the flashes of light came they illuminated the area where they were. The illumination showed up the entrance of old mines. The mines had been boarded up but some angels had begun to take the boards down. The entrances were uncovered and people began to go in and mine the gold that was in them. When I saw this I thought it was a similar thing to the re-digging of the wells that people have been prophesying about for a while.
HIDDEN AND BOARDED UP PEOPLE, MINISTRIES, GIFTS
Of course the mines also represent things (people/ministries/gifts) that have been hidden - but now they are going to come out and be used and spread around so the whole body of Christ can prosper. There must have been local movements of the spirit in previous days in N C that may not be widely known but nevertheless they are there. These are areas where there were old "spiritual mines."
SHOT BETWEEN CHARLOTTE AND GREENSBORO--A CALL TO NORTH CAROLINA INTERCESSORS
Then I saw three large black birds flying across N C from the west coast across toward Tennessee.
The black birds were major spirits of witchcraft. As I saw the birds fly I saw them get shot out of the sky somewhere between Charlotte and Greensboro. I believe there are some intercessors in that area who have the anointing to do that - so go for it N C intercessor friends.
