Note from Debra Dhillon: I received this word on June 16th as
I was writing to Bishop Alex Tana from the UK. He is the General Overseer
for 200 + churches in Asia, Africa, UK., etc. You can read more about him,

Anyway, who knows why God does what He does, in the way that He does it! I
certainly don't. Perhaps, it is because I have some personal knowledge of
Liberia's President Charles Taylor.....that God gave me the word....I don't
know.
During the past 12 years Liberia has had almost constant civil war and
battles. Hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women, and children have
been murdered. Women raped.....people maimed and disfigured.
I read a prayer request Bishop Alex Tana had posted on "Rivermail"
After reading his article I was impressed to write him, but I knew I needed
to wait and hear from the Lord regarding what I should share with him.
Finally on June 16th, I wrote Bishop Tana and along with telling him the
reasons of my personal interest and concern for the people of Liberia.....I
was led to share with him the following:
"Liberia, Liberia, I have heard Your
Cries!"

"LIBERIA. LIBERIA. I have heard your cries. I have felt your struggles. I
have seen your tears....and, I have collected your tears. The blood of
thousands who have been slaughtered in your land cries out to Me.
Today, I have remembered you. FREEDOM and LIBERTY are approaching your
shores. I, the LORD, love justice. Therefore, I have loosed my messengers
through out your land. Lift up your eyes, for your help AND your deliverance
is coming from, and through the LORD.
Liberia, NO LONGER will you be manipulated and controlled with fear. Sudden
destruction is coming to your evil rulers. Let those who will repent, do so
NOW.
Men, women, and children will walk upright in your land. Your ruined cities
shall be repaired, the ruins rebuilt. The LORD GOD will cause righteousness
and praise to spring forth. For the spirit of heaviness that has clothed
Liberia will be changed into a garment of praise. Trees of righteousness are
being planted in Liberia....it is My planting, for it is by My Hands, that
I, the LORD may be glorified.
LIBERIA, ARISE! LIBERIA, ARISE!"
