Dear Intercessors,

Derene and I have never been so amazed as when SO MANY of you wrote, thanking us for publishing that word to the Intercessors.

Most of you felt that is was so rare to be thanked for what you do. I am humbled and in a sense, ashamed on behalf of the Body of Christ.

IF WE NEED ANYTHING, WE NEED OUR AIR FORCE

What has stuck me so hard this week was this: The Intercessors are clearly and obviously the AIR FORCE of the BODY OF CHRIST MILITARY.

How, under heaven, can anyone, or the Body of Christ, even win a battle, much less a war, without the use of a powerful AIR FORCE. Yet that is who Intercessors are, our AIR FORCE.

Lord, we have under-budgeted, and under-funded our AIR FORCE. Before the enemy gets too wise, Lord, will you help us to increase funding of the Christian AIR FORCE, whatever that may mean? May we turn to them as crucial to our battle against the prince of the power of the air!!

WE ARE GROUNDED BUT WE NEED TO ENCOURAGE YOU! (And we no longer ask you to be grounded, except in the Word)

And "Dear Intercessors," please keep Derene and me, our family and THE ELIJAH LIST in your prayers. Many new ministry opportunities are afoot! (note that in some ways, being "afoot" means that we are the ground force in the prophetic) but our job is to bring ENCOURAGEMENT to the AIR FORCE!!! Lord, let us even fuel the plane of the Intercessory Air Force.

Bless all you who intercede for the Body for writing and forgiving those of us who forgot you or ignored you--which has been most of us. We will try NEVER to do it again.

Bless you all and may the Lord fight in the air against YOUR ENEMY in the same way you have fought for the Body of Christ against our joint enemy. Lord, would you make this so, because you love those who are intercessors after the order of Moses, Daniel, Hannah, and Jesus Christ!!
