A Dance Over France

Dear Friends:

Its around midnight and we’re ending a Spirit-packed day in France.  Last year we met in Lyon for their first national prophetic gathering in France for Target 40/70.  It was a powerful meeting. What was prophesied at that time has set the course for this year in France.  This year we gathered in Paris.  Approximately 700 people, some from surrounding nations, gathered to worship and press through.  The first day Roger and Sue Mitchell from England led a time of reconciliation between Paris and the other parts of France.  We had just flown in and were unable to attend these meetings.  Today has just been full -- from 6 AM until now past midnight.   France is a “crossroads nationâ€� standing at the crossroads of its history.  Last year we prophesied that war would arise and they would have a choice of how to align with God’s covenant plan in the earth.  France is a nation with much bloodshed.  A key national issue is its empowering humanistic reasoning in the paradigms of society.  The Lord would have them choose His Spirit instead of leaning on the carnal ways of the mind.  Because the situation was critical in the nation of France, we knew that we really had to touch God to see a shift occur here in the Body of Christ.  Thank you so much for your prayers.
 

Before we left the States we received several prophetic words.  We have brought these with us to watch the Lord perform His word.  One word we received was “DANCE OVER FRANCE!â€�  So throughout the day I watched how the Lord would perform this.  The message this morning was very established for all the people here.  It was an honor for me to be able to deliver a teaching on coming to the end of the old and moving into the new.  We then activated this message in three different groups of people that were attending.  The Spirit of God was strong all morning.  Michael Schiffmann, Roger and Sue Mitchell, Sharon Stone, and I ministered along with our host, Samuel Rhein.  Also ministering were Apostle Sam Matthews from Oklahoma, Apostle Rony Chavez from Costa Rica, and Prophet Stacy Campbell from Canada.  The Eagle Team accompanying me also went out and ministered to the three groups of people.

Tonight was breakthrough.  The worship caused the presence of the Lord to just invade the African church we were meeting in.  Michael Schiffmann then began to share how a messenger angel had entered the room to impart deep prophetic revelation for France this hour.  Several prophetic songs came forth, and then a young man from Ireland began to prophesy about France being drawn to the sword.  He had a vision in which he saw the church in prison.  They could see out through the bars, but couldn’t get to their destiny.  He then saw this sword rising up from the land because of the blood of the martyrs, and the nation being drawn to the sword.  He also declared France was coming to a full decision, and that no longer could it be halted between two opinions.  Sue Mitchell then began to teach on Elijah and Elisha.  She shared this was a year to determine your identity for the future.  Many of you will remember that I have shared all year that how you set the course this year as individuals, churches and nations is how the next five years will follow.  After Sue taught on the testings of Elisha, she handed the microphone to me.  I finished the teaching by declaring that this would be a Church that would go all the way to the end, pressing through all of their testings.  I declared they would rip off their old identity and receive the new mantle that God had for them.  I shared that if they were willing to press all the way to the end, they could receive this new mantle just as Elisha walked to the end and received the mantle that had been extended to him seven years prior.

"France, You are at a Crossroads"

Then the Spirit of Prophecy began to manifest probably because there was a strong presence of God in our midst.  The Lord began to say, “You are at the crossroads of submission in this nation.  If you will submit, you will begin to resist.  For you must submit now and you must resist now.  For you are entering into a season of clashes.  There will be clashes between cultures in France.  There will be clashes between religions in France.  There will be clashes between governments in France.  You are entering into a five year period of clashes.  Many clashes will occur in the midst of this nation.  But the greatest clash is a clash of kingdoms.  I am ready to clothe you and cause you to rise up in the midst of your clashes.  My Church will experience persecution in this midst of these clashes.  Do not fear persecution.  I am ready to clothe you with My authority from heaven now. I will be supernaturally aligning people in this nation.  Many in the workplace will arise to lead My Church to victory. (Roger Mitchell prophesied that a lawyer in Paris would arise that would influence both government and church.)    Though these supernatural clashes are occurring in the earth realm, I want to clothe My people with a heavenly garment.  I am giving you the opportunity to stand in triumph and victory this hour.  Many in the midst of the clashes of religion, economics, and governments will leave the kingdom of darkness and transfer into God’s Kingdom.  The Church can no longer be halted between two opinions.  For My true Church will arise in the midst of these clashes.  If the Church will arise now in the midst of the clashes ahead, I will reveal My identity in this nation.  You have opportunity now to a double portion.  For this has been a nation where Jezebel has stood on the wall, robbed vineyards, and controlled governments.  If you will receive the garment and identity I am bringing to you now, you will clash with Jezebel, but Jezebel will be thrown from the wall in France.â€�

France is fully at the crossroad.  Its real danger as a nation is to make wrong alignments in such a way that the religious spirit and political spirit fully make a handshake and open a door for all of Europe to be influenced in a wrong direction.  The Church must arise now and speak with boldness for change to occur.  At the end of this message and word, three different generations began to dance in a circle.  The circle began to increase four or five layers deep.  It looked like the whirlwind that took up Elijah.  One young girl held the sword in the middle, and pastors, leaders, youth, and children went in and held the sword together as they danced.  Truly, there was a DANCE OVER FRANCE!  It was massive, vibrant, twirling, and powerful.  The Elisha anointing must come into France now for the nation to be liberated from its bondage.

We are on our way to Austria tomorrow morning.  We leave the hotel at 6 AM.

Chers Amis,

Il est près de minuit et nous venons de passer une journée remplie de la présence de l'Esprit dans la région parisienne. L'année dernière nous nous sommes rencontrés à Lyon pour la première conférence prophétique en France avec pour cible la fenêtre 40/70. Ce qui a été prophétisé à ce moment-là a planté le décor pour cette année dans ce pays. Nous nous sommes rassemblés à Paris et approximativement 700 personnes, dont certaines venaient de nations environnantes, se sont retrouvées pour adorer le Seigneur et avancer ensemble.

Le premier jour, Roger et Sue Mitchell d'Angleterre, nous ont conduits dans un temps de réconciliation entre Paris et la province. Aujourd'hui nous avons eu une journée bien remplie, de six heures du matin jusqu'après minuit. La France est un carrefour qui se tient au carrefour de l'histoire. L'année dernière nous avions prophétisé qu'une guerre aurait lieu et que les Français auraient le choix de se conformer au plan de Dieu pour l'univers. La France est un pays qui a connu de nombreuses effusions de sang. Un des problèmes centraux de cette nation est sa façon humaniste de raisonner sur les questions de société. Le Seigneur voudrait que ce peuple choisisse Son Esprit au lieu de se reposer sur les voies charnelles de l'intellect. Parce que la situation est devenue critique dans ce pays, nous savions que nous devions vraiment toucher Dieu pour voir un changement au sein du corps de Christ. Du fond du coeur je vous remercie pour vos prières. Avant que nous ne quittions les États-Unis, nous avions reçu plusieurs paroles prophétiques que nous avions apportées avec nous. L'une d'elles disait de «DANSER SUR LA FRANCE!». J'ai donc regardé comment le Seigneur accomplirai cette parole tout au long de la journée. Le message de ce matin était vraiment ciblé pour tous les participants. Ce fut un honneur pour moi de délivrer cet enseignement sur le thème : «Arriver à la fin des choses anciennes et entrer dans les choses nouvelles». Nous avons ensuite séparé l'assemblée en trois groupes et l'Esprit de Dieu a agi puissamment toute la matinée. Michael Schiffmann, Roger et Sue Mitchell, Sharon Stone et moi-même avons exercé le ministère en compagnie de notre hôte, Samuel Rhein. Il y avait aussi dans cette équipe,  l'apôtre Sam Matthews de l'Oklahoma, l'apôtre Rony Chavez du Costa Rica, la prophètesse Stacy Campbell du Canada, et l'équipe des Aigles qui m'accompagnait.

Ce soir nous avons experimenté une percée. L'adoration a poussé la présence de Dieu à envahir l'église africaine dans laquelle nous étions assemblés. Michael Schiffmann a partagé qu'un ange messager était entré dans le lieu où nous étions pour déverser sur nous une profonde onction de révélation prophétique pour la France en cette heure. Plusieurs chants prophétiques se sont élevés, et un jeune Irlandais a commencé à prophétiser sur la France et dire qu'elle était appelée à saisir l'épée. Il a eu une vision dans laquelle il voyait l'Eglise en prison. Les gens pouvaient voir au travers des barreaux, mais ne pouvaient pas entrer dans leur destinée. Il a vu ensuite cette épée se lever dans ce pays à cause du sang des martyrs, et cette nation être appelée à la saisir. Il a aussi déclaré que la France allait être placée devant une décision grave et ne pourrait plus clocher des deux pieds.

Ensuite Sue Mitchell a enseigné sur Elie et Elisée. Elle a dit que c'était une année qui déterminerait votre identité pour le futur. Plusieurs d'entre vous se souviendront que j'ai dit depuis des mois que la façon dont vous vous positionneriez cette année en tant qu'individus, églises et nation aurait des répercussions sur les cinq prochaines années. Après que Sue ait enseigné sur les épreuves d'Élisée, elle me tendit le micro. J'ai terminé cet enseignement en disant que l'Église en France irait jusqu'au bout, malgré toutes les épreuves. J'ai déclaré que les chrétiens se dépouilleraient de leur ancienne identité et recevraient le nouveau manteau que le Seigneur aurait pour eux. J'ai réitéré que s'ils avaient la volonté de tenir ferme jusqu'au bout, ils pourraient recevoir comme Élisée, ce nouveau manteau. Ensuite l'Esprit de Prophétie a commencé à se manifester probablement parce qu'il y avait une forte présence de Dieu au milieu de nous. Le Seigneur nous a dit, «Vous êtes à un carrefour de soumission dans cette nation. Si vous vous soumettez, vous commencerez à résister car vous devez vous soumettre et résister maintenant. Vous entrez dans une saison de conflits. Il va y avoir des conflits culturels, politiques et religieux en France. Vous entrez dans une période de cinq ans de conflits dans ce pays. Bon nombre de ces conflits prendront place au coeur de cette nation, mais le plus grands de tous sera un conflit de royaumes. Je suis prêt à vous revêtir et à vous soutenir dans ces conflits. Mon église va connaître la persécution. N'ayez pas peur de cela. Je suis prêt à vous revêtir de Mon autorité céleste maintenant. Je vais mettre tout en place de façon surnaturelle dans ce pays. De nombreuses personnes employées dans des entreprises vont se lever pour conduire Mon Eglise à la victoire. (Roger Mitchell a prophétisé qu'un avocat à Paris serait suscité pour influencer le gouvernement et l'Église.) Bien que ces conflits surnaturels se dérouleront sur la terre, je veux vous revêtir d'un habit céleste. Je vous donne une occasion de marcher dans le triomphe et la victoire en cette heure. Beaucoup au sein de ces conflits religieux, économiques et gouvernementaux, quitteront le royaume des ténèbres et seront transférés dans le Royaume de Dieu. L'Église ne peut plus se permettre de clocher des deux pieds. Car Ma véritable Église se lèvera dans cette atmosphère conflictuelle. Si elle se lève maintenant, je révèlerai mon identité à cette nation. Vous avez en ces jours l'occasion de recevoir une double portion... Car Jézabel s'est tenue sur la muraille de ce pays, a ravagé les vignes et contrôlé les gouvernements. Si vous recevez le manteau et l'identité que je mets à votre disposition maintenant, vous vous opposerez à Jézabel et elle sera jetée hors de France.»

La France est en plein carrefour. Le véritable danger pour cette nation, c'est qu'elle s'engage dans de telles voies que l'esprit religieux et l'esprit politique se serrent la main et ouvrent ainsi une porte qui influencerait l'Europe à prendre une mauvaise direction. L'Eglise doit se lever maintenant et parler avec hardiesse pour qu'un changement s'opère.

A la fin de ce message et de cette parole, trois différentes générations ont commencé à danser en cercle. Ce cercle s'est bientôt composé de quatre ou cinq rangées. Cela ressemblait au tourbillon qui emporta Élie. Une jeune femme qui se tenait au milieu a soudain levé une épée, et des pasteurs, responsables, jeunes et enfants se sont approchés pour tenir cette épée et danser. Il y a véritablement eu une DANSE SUR LA FRANCE! C'était prenant, vibrant, tourbillonnant et puissant. L'onction d'Élisée doit venir sur la France en ces jours pour que cette nation soit libérée de ses chaînes.
