All week long, God keeps talking
to me about HIS "divisions"--as I watch the news.
God doesn't create
division. And He doesn't create confusion. He authors neither.
But he sometimes DOES
create divisions-- Plural! After
the fact.
What do I mean?
Satan goes around like a
roaring lion seeking whom he can
devour. He causes division among brothers and sisters. He thinks He's won.
But God sits on His throne and laughs at
Satan's attempts.
Ps 2:1-6
Why do the nations
conspire and the peoples plot in
vain?
2 The kings of the earth take their stand
and the rulers gather together
against the LORD
and against his Anointed One.
3 "Let us break their chains," they say,
"and throw off their fetters."
4 The One enthroned
in heaven laughs;
the Lord scoffs at them.
5 Then he rebukes them in his anger
and terrifies them in his wrath, saying,
6 "I have installed my King on Zion, my holy hill."
Because Jesus is "installed" on his
Holy Hill, Nothing escapes the "King Eternal." God can and does use
anything the Devil can think up, including the division in the Church that
Satan causes.
While we pray against the enemy's
causing of division, not every battle is won--not every prayer SEEMS
answered. Sometimes Satan wins a skirmish or a battle. Have you seen
examples of that lately on TV with the war coverage? But the LORD wins the
war, every time. Casualties? Yes! ----As in life, so in the Kingdom of
God.
But the war is always won--and having
read the end of "THE BOOK," we know WHO wins that war.
How does God win the war?
Because of the MASSIVE
"DIVISIONS" that the Lord has put in place.
God Created New Divisions in his
Army One Day
Even during the Tower of Babel, the Lord
purposely confounded the language of men so they could no longer
communicate. The purpose was to cause the people to disburse all over the
world.
Meanwhile, back at the Church . . . .The
enemy succeeds at his own Tower of Babel among New Testament Believers. .
.or so he thinks, when a church division occurs.. But
Satan really loses-- Every time!
You see, even when a church splits
against the will of the Lord, God can still use the "division" to create
more army "DIVISIONS "IN THE LORD'S MILITARY.
Only the Lord's divisions don't fight each other. They fight the Battles
of the Lord against the enemy, Satan.
God's army has been disbursed for
centuries. Split after terrible split. Controversies everywhere. What is
the ultimate result of the enemy's work?
The Lord Sits on His Throne and
Laughs
The Lord sits in heaven and LAUGHS at
Satan. He Scoffs at his work. Because now, through Satan's supposedly
clever work, God's people have been disbursed to all corners of the
earth. It wasn't God's plan to see church splits. But the enemy played
right into His hands, nonetheless. Now "Division" by Satan has
made way for an army full of "God's Military Divisions"--- ready for
battle.
We have seen the American and British
armies accomplish many things. That is because each Division in those
armies has unique giftings. When a certain set of strong points is needed,
a mechanized division is needed here. Or a different armored division is
needed there. Or a division with heavier artillery is needed yet another
place.
The same is true in the church. Now,
Divisions in the Lord's army are in every town, city, county, state,
country and continent. What the devil meant for evil, the Lord meant for
good, to get people moved into the right place and in the right division
in the Lord's army. Because the battle is heating up and every division is
needed.
Have you had a tough life and been part
of unwanted Division in the Church? Don't beat yourself up. Don't agonize
over what could have been if only . . . !
Simply confess any sin that you partook
in. Then, begin to praise the Lord for you are now, as a result -----part
of one of God's MANY divisions...disbursed to another location, just in
time for God to use you where He wanted you all along---right on schedule!
This I can say. There is at least one
person on this list that desperately needed to read this word today.
Ps 139:15-18
When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,
16 your eyes saw my unformed body.
All the days ordained for me
were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your
thoughts, O God!
How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand.
When I awake,
I am still with you.
