Dear Steve Shultz, My pastor, Jim Davies at Faith Chapel, asked
me contact you regarding Bill Yount, Hagerstown MD who I believe you
know and recognize as a prophet. He is in CCU at Washington Co.
Hospital, Hagerstown. He went into ER this morning with chest pains and
has had a confirmed heart attack. Please keep him in prayer. He is a
elder of our church and a very special friend and brother in the Lord.
It is not supposed to be a serious MI, but we can't take another attack
upon our prophets lightly.
Thank you for your intercession.

Please keep Bill Yount in prayer. The enemy is not happy with
Bill's work.
That speaks very highly for Bill's prophetic activity. A week or so ago,
Bill Yount re-sent me this word that was posted a while back and felt that
the timing was all the more "now" for this word to be re-released to the
Body. As you pray for Bill's blood clot, keep this word in mind for
apparently, it didn't make the enemy happy that Bill Yount felt it should
be re-released.

2003!

In the Spirit I saw a huge power control switch that seemed to regulate and
control how much power and light was being released into God's House to His
people. I then heard the Lord command a strong Angel. . .
"Turn the lights down low..."Â Â
The angel's hand pulled down on the power switch to lower
the lights but to us who were in God's House it appeared to be "lights out"
leaving us with seemingly no power and no presence.Â
Great darkness seemed to envelope us. Power was seemingly
going out of many ministries that God had given to His people.Â
During this black-out, unanswered prayer increased. The darkness
seemed to be overcoming many in their walk with the Lord not to mention the
large number of ministers quitting their God given ministries and
assignments unable to see any light at the end of the tunnel.

"My God, why
have you forsaken me?"
A great cry came up out of God's House. "My God, why have you forsaken me?"
Every one in the House began groping and staggering to find the "power box "
in their churches in order to flip the breaker switch to get the lights to
come back on.  But all too soon we discovered we had no power on earth or
in ourselves to rid us from the apparent "black out."
I then saw this same strong Angel bringing a candle stick and
placing it in the midst of each church that was crying out of darkness to
God. God was answering us by sending candle light. God's people were drawn
to the candle stick as a candle was lit by an unseen hand.
I then heard the Lord speak to the strong Angel words that pierced our
darkness of hell.... "I want to romance My Bride!"
What seemed forever became a suddenly!Â
The atmosphere of God's House suddenly changed from
spiritual blackout to an atmosphere of intimate romance by candle light. The
candle light gave just enough light for each of us to sense His love for us
personally.  We could not see ourselves, our ministries or even one
another-- for everything but Him became obscure outside the short range of
the candle's flame.Â
We had only enough light to see Him!Â
I heard the lover of my soul whisper. "Now I can
know you heart to heart and face to face."Â
This season seemed like seconds in His presence. With the
candle stick burning between us and Him, we drew closer not noticing the
flame melting our hearts and consuming our carnality and sins that were
deeply embedded inside of us. We could see His face through the flame that
drew us closer as we decreased in His presence, being consumed in His love.
He then spoke, "Now - You are the light of the world!"Â
We exploded on the inside from His spoken word to our
Spirit.  A flame of fire ignited above our heads. At first it did not
appear to shine that bright --but out of this season of being romanced by
Him and intoxicated with spiritual intimacy, each of us had become like a
"forever burning candle."

A City Set on a Hill
I sense I then received revelation of what God was saying. "You ( all
together ) are the light of the world - a city ( as there are many lights in
a city at night - that's what we were! ) set on a hill that cannot be
hidden!"Â Â
As we each came forth from the place of loving to be with Him and abiding in
His love for us, we all together had more than enough light to expel the
darkness in our midst! We then understood the purpose of the "power outage"
in God's House.Â
The Power had to be seemingly turned off first to
bring us totally back to Him. Only then could the true power and light be
switched back on - inside of us! "Christ in us the hope of Glory!"
In closing, I heard the Lord say. "More than ever you will need Me - in the
year 2003! When your lights and power go out - come to Me - I will be
there!"
