released by Catherine Brown of Scotland several weeks ago. The reason the
timing is good is that many see France as at odds with other countries over
political issues. But God's eyes are toward France and the French People. It
can be accurately stated that God is not a politician but ----THE SAVIOR.
His plans
toward the French people are unprecedented in Grace, mercy, and favor.

A BRIDGE OF GRACE AND REDEMPTION
Whilst in prayer, I had a vision of two majestic angels. These massive
beings were being put in position over the nation of France. The angels were
touching wing tip to wing tip, head to head and formed an arch type
structure. Interestingly, they were set in place above the Eiffel Tower,
Paris, France. I enquired of the Lord who they were and asked what they
were doing. He replied, ‘One angel is called grace and the other is
redemption. They are forming a bridge of grace and redemption, which will
be a gateway of blessing from France into Europe and will also bring
blessing to America.’
THE ARC DE TRIOMPHE
The angels formed a magnificent archway. It reminded me of the Arc de
Triomphe. The Arc de Triomphe was commissioned by Napoleon as a tribute to
the French army. It took approximately thirty three years to completely
build and was inscribed, “This monument which was begun in 1806 to honor the
great army, was left unfinished for many years, was continued in 1823 with a
new purpose, and was completed in 1836 in the reign of King Louis-Phillipe I
who dedicated it to the glory of France’s armed forces.” G A Blouet,
architect. The archway was an illustration of the new government’s efforts
at national unity and reconciliation.
FRANCE – AMBASSADORS OF RECONCILIATION
Similarly, under Christ’s Government, the Lord is creating an avenue of
grace and redemption in the Spirit, dedicated to the Kingship of Christ as
Commander of His worshipping ‘army’ of believers. This double spiritual
blessing will enable the French church to come together in national unity
and speaks of an anointing for reconciliation that will be released in and
through France. The reconciliation process is similar in some ways to the
building pattern of the Arc de Triomphe (see highlights in preceding
paragraph). Much work has already been accomplished in the area of
reconciliation, but it is, as yet, unfinished and will be continued in this
next season with renewed vigor and perhaps with different emphasis’.
Ultimately, the fruit of reconciliation will be a harvest of souls.
The reconciliation process and prayer thrust will begin in France and will
then have a ripple effect reaching out and embracing other nations. I felt
strongly impressed that a greater degree of national reconciliation between
England and France is very much on the Lord’s heart. I saw gatherings of
people from various nations, at strategic sites in France and throughout
Europe (some of which were previous battle sites/places of warfare) and a
work of repentance was being released. Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands
will reap a mighty blessing through this work and will join the French
church in the work of repentance and reconciliation.
The divine archway speaks of peace and abundance and the call is to enter in
to the blessing. The reconciliation will not just happen by itself – it has
to be embraced, received, believed, facilitated and prayerfully/worshipfully
responded to. There is a window of grace for France in this regard.
THE EIFFEL TOWER
The Eiffel Tower was inaugurated on 31 March 1889 to celebrate the hundredth
anniversary of the French Revolution. Gustave Eiffel built it in only 26
months. The Eiffel Tower was the world’s tallest building until the
construction of New York’s Chrysler building in 1930.
God is imparting an anointing to build the kingdom in France. The anointing
will be released in the reconciliation process. God is shaping his church
and I have a profound sense of much work being accomplished in a relatively
short space of time (just as the Eiffel Tower was built in an extraordinary
short time frame). The release and increase of the apostolic anointing is
part of the blessing of grace for France in the days that lie ahead.
The Lord calls the church in France to intimacy and to lift her head and
gaze into Father’s eyes of love. He calls the church to a revolution of
holiness, that embraces liberty (Col 5:1), equality (Gal 3:26-29) and
fraternity (Heb 2:10-12, 1 Pe 2:16,17) in Christ.
“My beloved France,
I have placed my angels grace and
redemption over your nation. I call you to peace and abundance. I call you
to lay down triumphalism and to take up the mantle of humility and embrace
the victory and triumph I achieved over death at Calvary. Be reconciled to
your Father and be reconciled to your brothers.
You are a nation where in times past, violence has been used to achieve
revolutionary aims. Your forefathers fought for fundamental human rights
because the people were oppressed and your government and sovereignty
corrupt. I have come to call you to a revolution of intimacy and holiness.
I have come to set the prisoners free. My Government is righteous and holy
and I am a loving King and trusted Monarch. I sovereignly care for the
oppressed, the orphans and the widows. There is Grace to trust Me as
Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace. I have redeemed you from slavery
and oppression. I am not a self-
interested God. I care about My children and the land. I call you as My
children and desire that you embrace My Fatherhood. Under my Fatherhood,
all may achieve high status as sons of God and brothers of Christ.
I have created you a nation of thinkers, yet some of you have become
prisoners to liberalism and humanistic thinking. You are independent and
rebellious. You have become self-functioning. Turn and be reconciled to
your heavenly Father and use your gifting to glorify My Name. I will give
you strategies for spiritual warfare that will bless many nations, if you
will turn and depend wholly and only on Me.
I call you to be ambassadors of reconciliation and to build a bridge of
reconciliation for Europe and the nations. I commission you to build and
not tear down, to pioneer and to plant.
The French churches will embark
on a new wave of mission to Africa and China. Russia will also receive a
blessing in this wave of missionary zeal, which will accomplish great works
in My Name. The French church will fight against injustice in the
missionary field, in government and through the judicial system for those
who are oppressed by unrighteousness and will know victory in My Son ’
