Dear Friends and Prayer
Warriors,
Greetings and many
blessings for the New Year. Every December and part of January, I take a
month of focused time away with the Lord to minister to Him and to seek Him
concerning His heart and direction for the New Year. This year's prayer
retreat was met with enormous emotional wrestling, tension, and warfare on
many fronts. Much of the month of December was spent in agony of soul,
humbling myself, and processing various pressures in the spirit and in the
natural. Some clear prophetic focus was identified through this time.
The following are
twelve things that I believe the Lord has revealed for 2003. Could you
please use these prophetic insights as your War Room Prayer Directives for
this month.  Intercede into each one under the direction of the Holy
Spirit.

TWELVE PROPHETIC INSIGHTS FOR 2003
1.  Called To His Presence.
The
Lord is calling His people to a lifestyle of worship in His presence. This
does not simply mean being involved in a worship session at church on Sunday
morning. This is a call to complete focus on Him at all times. This in no
way suggests that we will eliminate other activities throughout our days,
but our heart's focus must be single on Him. He is going to birth vision
and mandates from His presence that will bear much fruit. Distractions to
this position are dangerous in this season. We are to take the posture of
Mary at the feet of Jesus. We are to spend ourselves on Him and receive
insight into His heart and ways and then....go forth to fulfill those things
that He reveals with boldness and confidence. "My Presence shall go with
you and I will you rest." Exodus 33:14
 2.  Â
"Behold A Throne."
In Revelation 4:2, we
see that John had responded to an invitation to ascend into the throne room
in heaven. He said, "behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the
throne." The Lord is calling His people to behold Him and His place of
Dominion. He is the Sovereign Ruler of all the universe and in 2003 there
will be revelation unfolded concerning the Dominion of the Lord. I saw a
trumpet in the spirit releasing a clear sound -- a call to the Body of
Christ in the earth, to submit to the rule of Christ -- to acknowledge His
greatness in authority. We are being called to complete submission to Him.Â
The rule of the carnal
nature of man's soul will attempt to rise up in each of us at times, but we
are to subdue that nature, declaring it crucified and calling up the new man
in our spirit who is in complete submission to the nature and rule of
Christ. Many will experience wrestling's with their own carnal soulish
rule. This must be subdued in our lives. As we conquer these areas in our
own heart under the direction of the Holy Spirit, we will then be able to
walk in authority when the rule of man rises up in the earth and opposes the
Kingdom of God and His righteousness.
3.   The "evil day."
On December 9 and
through to the morning of December 10, I entered a prophetic experience in
which I felt that I was in the 'evil day'. There was insanity everywhere.Â
In the vision/experience people did not know their right hand from their
left. People were calling evil good and good evil. Sexual immorality and
gross perversion was increasing in unbelievable proportions.  Sexual abuse,
rape, and abduction for sexual and ritual purposes were rampant. Confusion
rested on people's minds so they could not see the truth clearly. Violence
and lawlessness was evidenced in increased measure. In the vision, only
those who had completely set their hearts apart for truth and the Lord's
Presence were at peace. PRAY that we will stand in Christ, in the midst of
the evil day.
Ephesians 5:15,16
"Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men, but as wise, making
the most of your time, because the
days are evil."
Ephesians 6:13
"Therefore take up the full armor of God, that you may be able to resist in
the evil day, and
having done everything to stand firm."
Matthew 24:12
"....because lawlessness is
increased, most people's love will grow cold."
2 Timothy 3:1 "But know
this, that in the last days
perilous times will come.."
4.   Shakings
Hebrews 12:26,28
"...Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also
heaven..........Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be
shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with
reverence and godly fear."
Personal shakings from
the Lord will be experienced in the lives of believers (this is not to be
confused with the attacks of the enemy -- discernment will be needed to
determine the difference). The Lord's shakings are a very healthy and
blessed process and should not be resisted but embraced. Invite the Lord to
"shake everything that can be shaken". All that is anchored in the Kingdom
will stand. Trust in His love and kindness to accomplish this in your
life. Draw close to Him in this season. DO NOT FEAR.
Political and economic
shakings will continue to manifest in 2003. DO NOT FEAR. There are some
heavy pressures that will be coming in the earth. The prince of this world
(kosmos) is going to attempt to secure his rule in the earth. Wars, threats
of wars, rumblings, earthquakes, famines, tidal waves in destructive
strength and other events will be evidenced in 2003. DO NOT FEAR. There is
a place of refuge, safety and complete peace and well-being in the Lord's
presence. The consecrated people of God will rise up in power and authority
in this hour. Great blessings are being prepared for us.
The church will become
acquainted with the knowledge of the judgments of the Lord as outlined in
the book of Revelation. Pray for eyes to discern and hearts to respond
appropriately to the Lord concerning this topic.
5.   Consecration.
Deeper levels of
dedication and consecration are required by the Lord this year.  Power and
operative Kingdom authority will follow.
6.   Increased manifestations of His heavenly glory.
Portals of Glory are
being opened and there will be more manifestations of the Lord's presence in
believers gatherings (especially in the environment of worship and prayer).Â
The glories of heaven (including throne room experiences, angelic
visitations, manifestations of heavenly colors, fragrance etc) will increase
in manifestation. More teachings, books, music, and art will be released in
regards to these subjects. A call to spiritual sensitivity is being issued
by the Lord.
"Heavenly Terminology"
will grow in the Body in this coming year. The terms and the teaching
associated with "ascending and descending" will be embraced.
Strategic level
prophetic/intercessory convocations will experience increased "heavenly
evidence" of the Lord's presence and authority.
As the Lord reveals
more Kingdom glory to the church, a greater response of worship and
consecration unto Him will be evidenced. WARNING: There will be those who
will tend to gravitate to experience only through this release from the
Presence of God. Keep focused on Jesus!
7.   Teach the Children.
The Lord says, "DO NOT
FORGET THE CHILDREN". He is desiring the children to be taught to abide in
His presence and to worship Him in spirit and in truth. The younger
generation is going to need to understand the realm of the spirit and know
how to walk in the Kingdom of God under Christ's rule. They will need to
know the person of the Holy Spirit. Children will be exposed in the years
to come (much will unfold in 2003) to the exponential increase of evil
spiritual enlightenment in the world around them. Their generation will
gravitate to spiritual experience. The children must be taught the truth
concerning Kingdom realities and how to live in the presence of the Lord's
glory realm, so that they do not enter into dark and deceptive practices.Â
Children will do great
exploits in many places in the earth in 2003 (see Isaiah 8:18). Miracles,
signs, and wonders will be evidenced through the faith of children. These
testimonies will be reported through various means. WARNING: In this
context (children doing exploits) "Do not exploit the children," says the
Lord.
The Lord is also
calling all of His people to walk in child-like dependency upon Him
8.   Increased publications and productions.
I saw a vision of the
earth being filled with the Word and with the Lord's creativity through
books, magazines, internet articles, CD's, tapes, videos, art, music,
performing arts, dance...etc. The Lord says, "fill the earth with My Word
and ways."Â There will be increased publications and productions in 2003.
9.  Â
Masses gather -- the Spirit of Revival.
I saw massive
gatherings of people, gathering to the Lord in 2003. The "Spirit of
Revival" was drawing the masses to Christ. Evangelistic, Miracle,
Intercessory and Prophetic gatherings will be blessed with the Presence of
the Lord and His anointing to accomplish His will.
10. Knowledge of witty inventions.
There will be an
increased anointing for inventions and discoveries in 2003.
11. Great Wealth -- for harvest and Kingdom advancement.
Last year the Lord
released great wealth to many believers. (see prophecy: GREAT WEALTH, GREAT
WARNING June 2001 on
www.the-war-room.com). There will be an increase of great wealth in the
new year. Keep heart's clean and pure in the area of material desire. The
increase of wealth is for the purpose of the harvest and the advancement of
the Kingdom.Â
All the gold and the
silver is the Lord's (see Haggai 2). He is Lord over material possessions.Â
Many businesses will flourish and entrepreneurship will be anointed as
believers submit to the leading of the Lord. The Lord will teach many how
to "be about their Father's business."Â This will be based on Kingdom values
and submission to Holy Spirit. Many ministries will experience the
receiving of large amounts of unexpected resource.Â
12. Mordecai's and Esthers.
The "spirit of Haman"
will surface in greater dimensions in the earth in 2003. Haman, in the book
of Esther (see chapter 3) had an evil heart against God's people. He
manipulated the king of the land to give him authority. The king's signet
ring (signifying supreme authority in the nation) was actually given to
Haman. As soon as he received that authority, he issued an evil decree
against God's people to kill and destroy them -- the men, women and
children.
In the midst of this
the Lord raised up Mordecai and Esther. Mordecai, received understanding of
Haman's plot and immediately went into intense and fervent intercession with
sackcloth, ashes, and loud and bitter cries (see Esther 4:1). He consulted
with Esther and exhorted her to be willing to lay down her life in order to
stand before the king on behalf of her people. She called for a fast and
prepared herself to stand in the kings presence requesting deliverance.  It
took boldness and courage on both Mordecai and Esther's part.
Haman as well as his
evil plot was exposed and as a result, the very gallows that he prepared for
God's people, were the gallows that hung him.
The Hamans
will surface in 2003. We need to pray much for government
leaders that they will discern the manipulations of the enemy. In some
places, governmental decrees will be made against God's people and His holy
principles. Laws will change to oppose the truth of the Word and
persecutions will arise...some of these "changes" will actually be
initiated, but the people of God are not to be discouraged. (Meditate on
Daniel 7.)Â The Lord will raise up His prophets, priests and kings in the
earth. He will raise up His Mordecai's and Esther's. He is going to
strategically position godly men and women in governmental positions both to
become aware of the enemy's plans and to intervene.
We need to
pray much for Israel in 2003 in light of "the Haman Conspiracy". Â Israel
WILL be a target for the enemy this year and there will be increased
controversy in the nations over it's position. Â God is going to call many to
stand "on the wall" as intercessors (Mordecais and Esther's) and many
Christians will feel the call to pray and worship 'on site' in Israel.
