Greetings friends,
Wanda and I are preparing this newsletter as we begin the final stages of
preparation on the Shepherd's Rod 2003. As anticipated, a clear word came
during this important biblical season. We would greatly appreciate your
continued prayer support in its preparation. It is our earnest hope and
expectation to present a clear trumpet sound that will call the troops to
battle formation and also awaken God's people to their promised destiny and
place of fruitfulness. All of this can only be accomplished with the Lord's
help and by His grace.
On the day of atonement there did not seem to be as much spiritual warfare
in the impartation of the revelations as in times past. However, since the
receiving of the revelations, there has been an escalation of the spiritual
opposition attempting to withstand this word. We are confident the Lord will
continue to release a canopy of grace.
One unique aspect of this year's Shepherd's Rod deals with the fact that
many of God's people have been in a ten-year season of grooming and
separation. This was exemplified to Bob through a series of visions pointing
to 1993 as a significant time of awakening and commitment. For the first
time, we will be including in this year's revelations a portion of the
prophetic blueprint given in 1993.
We say this now so that many of you can begin to examine the things that
have taken place over the last ten-year season and also begin to review some
of the prophetic words that you may have received on a personal level. We
believe they will be of particular significance for many.

THE YEAR OF CLEANING OUT

[NOTE FROM KEITH: We did not begin writing the Shepherd's Rod's until 1994.
The previous revelations were simply depicted in outline form. We
contemplated rewording portions of the revelation for the sake of clarity.
However, we chose to leave the outline as originally written in order to
protect the integrity of the insight. There are certain aspects of the 1993
Shepherd's Rod that may not have pertinence to this day. However, there are
definite highlighted areas that were imparted to many individuals at that
time that are just now beginning to flourish. By receiving the "spirit" of
the revelation we can glean understanding for this day. The “cleaning out”
mentioned below has been an ongoing process within many saints for the past
season of the spirit. The time of inheritance is upon us.]

From 1993
---------
Jacob “He will take by the heel.” We are not yet Spiritual Israel. We are
Jacob and in this year of rest/peace we are to clean out the Barns (our
heads) of all of the junk of the past. For after a year of rest/peace and
the cleaning out of the junkyard of the mind the Lord will begin to teach us
spiritual genetics. We are to clean out the junk of the generations so that
the barn (mind) can be ready for the next harvest. The junk we were
comfortable with in the past we must discard for the things of the future.
Junk was stored in the barn. There was stuff that was once new and useful
but now it was broken down and didn't work. These things were childish toys
and we are to discard them and grow into maturity (Hebrews 6:1) (to grow up
and become Israel “Prince with God”). For so great a cloud of witnesses
(Hebrews 12:1) were watching and the angels are waiting to begin their work.
The angels cannot bring the new grain to our barns (soul and mind) until we
make room for it. They will fill it with seed-faith, Rhema and words of
knowledge. The words (seeds) will need to incubate and eventually be
hatched. The grain deposited will be a great word of knowledge (and awesome
invitation).
Jacob has labored for the last six years for Laban (white washed) and he has
crossbred between the rods in order to strengthen the herds (sheep and
cattle). We have gone from faith crossbreeding to faith and strength
crossbreeding to strength. Jacob shall absolutely take hold of Esau's heel
and prevail and come forth. Division shall come in and between the church.
The churches that crossbreed will be strengthened and the churches that
inbreed will become weak.
For we are called to spoil Laban as Jacob did and to spoil Egypt as Israel
did. Spoil has a double meaning. Both Laban and Egypt were spoiled (with
blessing) as long as Jacob and Israel remained in the land. Then they were
spoiled (with ruin) when they left.

THE CARPENTER'S SQUARE (JESUS) [1993 Continued.]
--------------------------------------------------
The Lord is going to lay a carpenter's square on our being. This right angle
square will be placed on our flesh (carnal nature) and our spirit. It will
square us up to II Corinthians 7:1:
That which did not measure up will be cut away and even the roots of those
things which are cut away will be destroyed. This will be a circumcision of
the flesh (carnal nature) and spirit. The cutting away will bring tenderness
(Galatians 5:23) and will be grace for us to be tender toward the Lord.
Tenderness is a testimony to the New Testament circumcision which means
being sensitive to the Holy Spirit (Romans 4:11, Colossians 2:11 and I
Thessalonians 5:23). The circumcision knife is a special surgical utensil.
He will cut away confusion, ambition and the like (James 3:14-16). He will
cut away with line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little, there a
little, until we measure up to the purpose of His will. He will cut away
until that which is of the Holy Spirit will remain. When this is done, men
will be thankful!
This carpenter's square will be used to build. To square up lumber (saints)
so they can be joined and become a common building (common union,
communion). They will fit naturally together. This will be done in the year
of rest.
Isaiah 55:10. The carpenters will nail it down. The church will conceive the
will of God and a youth movement will begin. The foundation will be laid for
the new grade school.

[NOTE FROM PKD: this is where we believe the Holy Spirit is placing us now.
The cleansing and preparation process has been taking place with a company
of people over the last ten year season. Many of these will now begin to
emerge to construct a spiritual dwelling place for the Lord. That is the
revelation that came with the 2003 Shepherd's Rod. To fully understand the
present release of the spirit we need to also examine what has been taking
place since 1993.]

THE PASSING OF A FRIEND
------------------------
We were saddened with the news of the sudden passing of our friend and
brother, Steve Kenney. Steve quickly became a good friend to Wanda and me
over the last few years. He was the pastor of a church in Kodiak, AK. Please
stand in prayer for his wife Nancy and his two daughters, Nicole and Hannah.
I noticed over the last year that Steve's revelations and insight seemed to
escalate to a much deeper and rich dimension. On the day of Atonement the
Lord spoke clearly and profoundly that this brother obtained the testimony
as the Lord's friend. That is no small distinction. To be considered a
friend to the Lord Jesus would be one of the greatest privileges granted to
man. He once expressed to His disciples that they were no longer servants
but now "friends." We are proud of Steve...although only 38 years of age, he
obtained the testimony as a friend of God.
Friendship with God is a designation depicting intimacy and trustworthiness.
I would much rather be remembered as a “friend” of God than a great orator
or distinguished minister with a large following. I believe there is an
unprecedented open door of opportunity for us in this day to know and walk
with Him as "friends."
I certainly cannot say that I understand the full significance of Steve
going home at such an early age. However, the Lord has begun to speak
profoundly in relationship to his passing through the book of Hebrews.
Particularly Hebrews 11.39-40 and Hebrews 12.1-2.
And all these, having gained approval through their faith, did not receive
what was promised, because God had provided something better for us,
so that apart from us they would not be made perfect.
Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us,
let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily
entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy
set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down
at the right hand of the throne of God. (Heb 11:3912:2)
I believe we in the Church are going to begin to receive a much fuller
understanding of the significance of the cloud of witnesses and their
function depicted in this important passage.

THE CLOUD OF WITNESSES
----------------------
The Apostle Paul emphasized that we are "surrounded" by a great cloud of
witnesses who have borne testimony to the Truth. This company of
distinguished Saints discovered divine approval although not fully realizing
the promise. The Scriptures point out that they should not come to
perfection apart from us. We are presently living in the dawning of a new
day that will introduce a much broader comprehension of key passages related
to our end time mandate.
This is also true as we discover greater dimensions of understanding of the
spiritual realm in which we are seated. We are both natural and spiritual
beings and function in a duel capacity. The more spiritually minded we
become the greater our apprehension will be of that domain and its
attributes. As we move on to maturity we will begin to discover a greater
awareness of the economy of Heaven and the wonderful mysteries of that
realm. That is part of our promise from Jeremiah 33.3 and Rev. 4.1.

MORE UNDERSTANDING OF THE SPIRITUAL REALM
-------------------------------------------
With the Lord's help and by His grace, we are hoping to begin a series of
articles touching on this important realm. It is expressed in 1 Corinthians
2 that eye has not seen and ears have not heard nor has it been contemplated
in the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who are a part of
His inheritance. Nonetheless, the Scriptures promise that these dimensions
are REVEALED and unveiled by His Holy Spirit. These are the deep mysteries
and depths of God that can only be expressed through divine counsel of the
hidden things beyond our natural understanding.
It has been our pleasure to establish relationship with a brother who has
been gifted with incredible understanding of this spiritual economy
involving light, sound and color. He is also one of those who has been set
apart for the past ten-year season enduring many trials and hardships in the
preparation of his character for this important hour. I simply say this as
an introductory comment and ask for your continued prayers for the wisdom
and insight to present these Truths in an edifying manner and to the Glory
of the Father.

AGREEMENT WITH HEAVEN
----------------------
Last week during a conference I asked the Lord why it is now important for
us to have greater insight into heavenly light, sound and color as observed
by the disciple John in his revelations. The answer came during worship in a
clear and distinct manner. It is so that we can be more in agreement with
Heaven. The greater our comprehension of that realm the more in agreement we
will be with the things of the Spirit.
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give
to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him.
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will
know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of
His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of
His power toward us who believe.
These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might
which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead
and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places (Eph 1:1720)
When the eyes of our heart are flooded with light, we begin to comprehend
and understand the hope to which He has called us. We perceive with greater
clarity the glorious inheritance and the immeasurable and surpassing
greatness of His power toward those who believe. This we will do as we
become more conscious of the Heavenly places in which the saints of God
reside as we are seated with Christ. Our spiritual senses become more
acclimated with that domain and the hearts desire of the Father of Lights.

THE THRONES OF OUR SOUL
-----------------------
We are also pleased to announce that the book the Lord commissioned us to
write is now complete and available. We sincerely pray the Lord will use it
to open fresh dimensions of His Presence and power to the hungry and
desperate believer. He promised to satisfy those who hunger and thirst for
righteousness and intimacy with Him. As important as winning the lost and
healing the sick clearly is, there is an even greater mandate being imparted
to this generation. That is to know Him as intimately and personally as He
may be known and live in that place of fellowship. How can we fully be His
representation on the earth if we are not intimately acquainted with Him and
His heart for our generation.
That is the secret that catapulted many of the pioneers of the faith into a
rich and intimate walk of revelation and power. Distinguished Saints such as
John G. Lake, Maria Woodworth-Etter, A. W. Tozer and many others knew this
reality and became a genuine representation of the Lord for their
generation. That is our high calling.
